Incorrect Price and low quality

We had done a booking more than 1 month before the stay and paied everything. At arrival we normally had to pay only the toerist tax, but we needed to pay also the actual dayprice of the room and not the early booking price. The lady of the reception said that we were right, but in the computer system it was not possible to change of give reduction. Rooms needs a renovation, a lot of damages in the wall. Breakfast buffet was rather limited.

Smallest hotel room I’ve ever been in. I had booked a room with 3 separate beds (no bunk beds) on the website, but once in the hotel, we were in a room with a bunk bed. My daughter doesn't like to sleep in it, so my husband did. The issue was that it was not properly stuck to the wall so he ended up sleeping in the floor because he was scared of the bed falling on the floor. On top of that, the room was not properly clean, we found some dirty napkins on the floor. The bathroom was also not really clean. When I complained about all of this to the receptionist in the morning, he said nothing. no sorry, nothing. To the point that I wasn’t sure if he heard me. Really unfriendly man. We left the hotel this morning and made the decision to never stay in an Ibis budget ever again!

Well located and not expensive but most of the things in the room need to be repaired/ changed ( the window hanging by one hinge only, the toilet cover not fixed, etc etc)

This hotel is looking very tired and run down. Overall condition of the hotel is old and run down. Bathroom very small and tatty. Despite the condition of the room the beds are comfortable enough and we got a decent nights sleep. Breakfast service was very poor though. Went to breakfast room which was busy but not overcorwded and there were no bowls, no spoons, no baguettes, no sliced bread. The customers waited patiently but the chap behind the counter didn't produce anything for about 25 minutes despite being asked. After 25 minutes 2 more staff appeared and then bread was produced but some customers had already left.
