Hello. I stay at Ibis Budget pretty much every time I travel. Considering that, besides sleeping there, I stay very little in the hotel rooms I rent, I find Ibis Budget to be OK for me. Obviously, nothing fancy. Just the basics. My last stay was a catastrophe! When I got in the room, it smelled like sewer, so I opened the windows wide even though it was cold outside. Then, during the night, I could hear every noise coming from the room located above (water coming down like a huge splash from the toilet when it was flushed...) and also from the reception desk. I never complained before about my stays, but this time I honestly feel that you shouldn't refund my money or send me a voucher. Thanks for following up and have a good day. Eddy H. L.

Incorrect Price and low quality

We had done a booking more than 1 month before the stay and paied everything. At arrival we normally had to pay only the toerist tax, but we needed to pay also the actual dayprice of the room and not the early booking price. The lady of the reception said that we were right, but in the computer system it was not possible to change of give reduction. Rooms needs a renovation, a lot of damages in the wall. Breakfast buffet was rather limited.
