I believe the maintenance could be better. Breakfast was basic but I believe in line with expectations. Not able to open up a window in some rooms and carpet smell not my favorite experience.

Quick and easy check in, friendly staff Clean room Only small problem for us was travelling with children meant there was only one pillow each and they were very soft and there were no spare when we asked- not a major problem though. Everything else was exactly what we needed

The room is not clean at all. When you arrived in the room your first impression is clean. But if you look properly with all the little detail. In the bed there is a little hair. It the toilet you can see hair also. Kitchen is not so clean. The bathroom floor, full of hair also. The sofa bed, down part is full of dust. I accidentally fell down my earphones and i was surprised with all the dust that didn’t even vacuum. Doesn’t mean you cannot see it. You will not clean. The cleanliness of the room is the most important. Not worth the money we paid for. The staff are nice specially the Receptionist who check you room number for the breakfast. She is kind and asking always if everything is fine.

the hotel is conveniently located close to the motorway, the pairi daiza zoo is about 40min drive away, so great for pre-evening stays, we had the deluxe „honeymoon“ suite with a infrared sauna cabin, a jacuzzi bathtub and a round bed, it was a very pleasant stay, breakfast was also surprisingly good for a budget/business style hotel, nothing too fancy but still nice selection of local products, there is also a little gym, a small bar where you can buy can beer, and a vending machine for soft drinks and snacks, the parking area is huge with a lot of charging ports for electric cars, however there is nothing much in the neighborhood of the hotel except a business/industrial park, so better buy all things necessary along the way in town

We arrived, early evening, very pleasant member of staff we booked a breakfast on arrival for the next day no problem, but there was no option for food in the evening as there wasn't any other staff on which was very disappointing as we wanted to eat but got told we could have food delivered if we wanted, the room was great very clean it worked really well having two intaconnecting rooms, very comfortable breakfast was very good

The Check-in and Check-out process was easy and the apartment i had was nice, but there were no bowls in the room, which made breakfast unneccesaily hard and the shampoo in the bathroom was empty, which hadnt happened before

We had sewage smell coming from the sink’s drain in the bathroom. This filled the whole room as there was no way to close the bathroom door. it’s a sliding glass door which was stuck. now if this wasn’t bad enough, in our room the window couldn’t be opened (no handle to open, as designed) The room has poor lighting for prepping up before going out, not enough room in the bathroom to put the toiletries and functionally speaking the room has a poor design. We had two suitcases and didn’t have room to store those and our clothes for our 1-week stay. Besides this, the hotel enforces a policy where the cleaning of the room is done by request in the name of environment as if the environment suffers if the cleaning staff makes the bed and throws out the trash each day. Even if requesting the “cleaning”, sometimes they are not going to do it when you’re asking :-). So they’re just going to clean the room every 3 days by default. The gym is quite small and it’s the first hotel gym I’ve seen without a dumbbell rack. It also has a strange smell but at least the window can be opened. Some staff members are not quite friendly nor professional and there’s always a sense that you’re bothering them just by being there. On the plus side, the cleanliness of the hotel in general, room included was good.

i finally had the opportunity to book the suite including the jacuzzi and sauna. it had been 15 years i tried to book that specific room but each time it was not available or to expensive for 2 nights. Now the jacuzzi did not work, 1 of the 2 tv's did not work, no bathrobes available. i am happy with the discount given when checking in, but i would have preferred a communication in advance.
