It is unacceptable that the maximum room temperature from the A/C unit is set to 22 °C, specially when it's snowing outside. If you don't want to freeze, you have to go and ask in the reception to raise the temperature of your room. But then, if you try and lower it or raise it, it goes back down to cold air. It is also unacceptable that room service is not provided in the name of being eco-friendly. I understand that towel replacement is done under request but please someone explain to me how clearing bins and making the bed is harmful to the environment. If you want to have room service you need to request it the day before and before 20:00. Ridiculous, specially when considering room prices. For the rest, the facilities are okay, bed is comfortable and breakfast is acceptable.

The overall experience was disappointing. The weather was terrible when I arrived, and although I reached the hotel around 2 p.m., the front desk made me wait exactly until 3 p.m. to check in. I understand the policy, but a bit of flexibility or kindness would have been appreciated. I simply wanted to rest, as I had to check out early the next morning around 7 a.m. Later, when I was taking the elevator, the door opened and a staff member saw me. She immediately sighed loudly and didn’t even greet me — apparently, she had pressed the wrong floor. It left a very poor impression; the staff’s attitude really lacked professionalism and warmth.
