On this occasion we were disappointed .We have stayed here 8 times in the last 2 years.On this visit which was over a week we were without hot water for 4 days without any apology. Also when we went for a drink no wine .Not everyone is a beer drinker.So verty disappointed this time

I was told that the hot water is being fixed.. but I still insisted to check-in.. I was offered an upgrade and a late checkout. No hot water till checkout the next day... and I was bothered( they woke me up) inspite of the DND at 1 pm by the cleaning lady.. and again after a while, and he was arguing with me for 5 min... and I couldn't catch back my sleep... I have already booked for next Friday... hopefully will not face the same issues....

We had no hot water. We came expecting a good experience after coming from Ibis Budget in Colmar, France. However it was really horrible. We realized that the hot water was not available and when reported to the receptionist, she simply said that the entire hotel had no hot water and couldn’t get us another room. Can you imagine if you are on a paid vacation during autumn when it is cold outside, and to come to your room and having a COLD shower!!!! It is absolutely horrible experience! I am very disappointed that the hotel could not provide hot water even next morning!! Absolutely disappointing!! The receptionist was apologetic and gave us Euros 15 from her cash drawer. But I didn’t see a single manager taking care of a such an important task.
