The Check-in and Check-out process was easy and the apartment i had was nice, but there were no bowls in the room, which made breakfast unneccesaily hard and the shampoo in the bathroom was empty, which hadnt happened before

We had sewage smell coming from the sink’s drain in the bathroom. This filled the whole room as there was no way to close the bathroom door. it’s a sliding glass door which was stuck. now if this wasn’t bad enough, in our room the window couldn’t be opened (no handle to open, as designed) The room has poor lighting for prepping up before going out, not enough room in the bathroom to put the toiletries and functionally speaking the room has a poor design. We had two suitcases and didn’t have room to store those and our clothes for our 1-week stay. Besides this, the hotel enforces a policy where the cleaning of the room is done by request in the name of environment as if the environment suffers if the cleaning staff makes the bed and throws out the trash each day. Even if requesting the “cleaning”, sometimes they are not going to do it when you’re asking :-). So they’re just going to clean the room every 3 days by default. The gym is quite small and it’s the first hotel gym I’ve seen without a dumbbell rack. It also has a strange smell but at least the window can be opened. Some staff members are not quite friendly nor professional and there’s always a sense that you’re bothering them just by being there. On the plus side, the cleanliness of the hotel in general, room included was good.

i finally had the opportunity to book the suite including the jacuzzi and sauna. it had been 15 years i tried to book that specific room but each time it was not available or to expensive for 2 nights. Now the jacuzzi did not work, 1 of the 2 tv's did not work, no bathrobes available. i am happy with the discount given when checking in, but i would have preferred a communication in advance.
