Arrived after midnight, no problem accessing carpark as reception opened gate for us immediately, room was fantastic size for 4 people, beds were really comfortable and breakfast was very good. Great value for money

Hello, I am a regular at your hotels. But this time I am not satisfied about my room. Upon entering it was very hot in the room, there was only a fix window so impossible to turn or tilt it in order to bring in some fresh air. Then turned on the A/C at the lowest temperature, yet after 30 minutes still no cold air coming from the device. By then I was ready for bed, and I felt too tired to go down and ask for another room. No opening window, make sure the A/C is working.
