i finally had the opportunity to book the suite including the jacuzzi and sauna. it had been 15 years i tried to book that specific room but each time it was not available or to expensive for 2 nights. Now the jacuzzi did not work, 1 of the 2 tv's did not work, no bathrobes available. i am happy with the discount given when checking in, but i would have preferred a communication in advance.

It is unacceptable that the maximum room temperature from the A/C unit is set to 22 °C, specially when it's snowing outside. If you don't want to freeze, you have to go and ask in the reception to raise the temperature of your room. But then, if you try and lower it or raise it, it goes back down to cold air. It is also unacceptable that room service is not provided in the name of being eco-friendly. I understand that towel replacement is done under request but please someone explain to me how clearing bins and making the bed is harmful to the environment. If you want to have room service you need to request it the day before and before 20:00. Ridiculous, specially when considering room prices. For the rest, the facilities are okay, bed is comfortable and breakfast is acceptable.

I had a great time. The only challenge I had was that the hotel was too far from the venue of my conference, a fact that wasn't available to me at the time I booked the hotel.
