We had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel! The hotel is very well located, with easy access to nearby Metro and RER stops and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and the Jardin. One of the best surprises was being able to watch the Eiffel Tower light show right from the front entrance of the hotel—a great way to enjoy the show without having to deal with the crowds! The air conditioning worked wonderfully, which was especially appreciated during Paris's heat wave. The hotel was clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My only minor complaint was that the coffee pods weren't always replenished daily, and the body wash/shampoo levels could have been checked more regularly. That said, these were very small issues, and the staff responded quickly when we brought them to their attention. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again!
