The hotel was extremely overpriced at $350 per night and offered very poor value for money. The room was dirty, the faucet was broken, and there was not even soap provided in the bathroom. The hotel was also very noisy, with practically no soundproofing, making it difficult to rest or sleep properly. To make matters worse, the room only had a single bed, which was quite disappointing considering the price charged. The staff themselves even seemed embarrassed by the condition and quality of the hotel, which says a lot about the overall experience. Overall, it was a very frustrating and unpleasant stay.

The room was as expected, and I had arranged for a late check out which worked. However, after checking out I was assured that my full invoice would be e-mailed to me-I have still not received it, I checked out on the 15th May. The person at the checkout assured me of this. I need it for the reimbursement of my payment from my employers in the UK. I insisted on checking that they had the correct e-mail for me-it turned out to be wrongly spelt, which I got corrected with great difficulty. I also forgot my cardigan in the restaurant, and I didn't see it handed over to the reception. The night of the 14th, I had a meal at the restaurant and ordered a vegetarian pumpkin soup-but I was given a soup with meat pieces in it. I removed the meat and had the rest of the soup! Not pleasant.
