The "apartment" turned out to be a hotel room with a small fridge.

Decently sized basic twin room with a desk, chair and coat hanger. Toilet and sink clean but shower walls clearly needs a good scrub. Breakfast buffet enough to start the day but nothing more than that.

Carlos at the front desk is fantastic - professional, helpful, knowledgeable. Great location, great rate for stay and good breakfast. Room had issues - the door stopper in the bathroom was broken, leaving a nail without padding on the floor. Cables are all visible on the walls through pvc pipes - unsightly! Air Conditioning had issues - ran all night and room never got colder than 25* Celsius. Spoke with front desk the following morning, they sent a technician who said A/C was dirty and air was not flowing - he did not fix the issue and not offer to reduce rate or provide options was given - had a very poor night of sleep in a hot room.
