Well located but not maintained. General not good smell at reception and restaurant. Shower leaking, wc looks very tired. General looking of public and room spaces not of my taste at all, all too busy and claustrophobic.

The service in general is fine, the breakfast was good, the options of eggs are very limited, also the hotel should offered adapters to connect devices. The service through WhatsApp is too bad. As I was traveling for business it is difficult to get the bills, too much time asking for them.

For me it is an overall excellent exprience. The only thing I dn´t like is the room´s decoration. The bold colors and the graffitti on the roof really don´t bring a relaxing and resting experience. There should be at least a few rooms with just white walls.

Air conditioner not working, we book two rooms and neither AC was working. Hot weather and no air conditioning is not a good thing.

Well-sized, clean rooms, polite staff, great breakfast - if I had to find a negative point: there was no hot water one morning before breakfast but it is understandable as the hotel was fully booked.
