the place was clean, but the room I was staying was too noisy (apparently it was near some big air conditioning) and the lights were too low - making it very difficult to see/work with the computer.

Took me 50 minutes to do the check-in and get the keys to my room. There is a big group of foreign travelers in front of me with problems in their reservation, and all 3 attendants were working at the same time with the group, leaving the other guests waiting. Overall, the check-in process is very slow, asking too many information, and in my case, I have been to this same hotel several other times. After I got my key, it didn´t work in the room. I came back to the front desk to complain, and the attendants thought the problem was me. One of the attendants went with me to my room to check, and key did't work again. So we had do go a second time to the front desk to magnetize the key again (the room was on the 16th floor, and each time I needed to go down and up at 7pm, it was taking almost 5 min). Getting to my room I was extremely disappointed with the very low number of channels on TV. I wanted to watch a game on ESPN, and this channel was not available. I had to get out of the hotel looking to some place in the street to watch the game. Finally, when I went to bed, the air conditioner (room 1603) was not cooling properly, and the guide vanes where broken, sending all the air directly to the bed. Summarizing, very expensive rate for a very poor service.
