My stay was very good! The breakfast is excellent, great variety of items and delicious. Staff is very attentive. On my last day, they kindly gave me extra 2 hours and that was extremely good to me, as I would be flying late in the night.

This hotel is only for Portuguese speaking guests. Foreigners do not seem to be welcome. The reception staff is not trained for customer service. Any derogation from an initially planned reservation seems to be difficult for them to deal with. For example: I wanted to arrive a day earlier than booked which caused several email exchanges and when I arrived, I had to wait 20 minutes for the receptionist to tap on keyboard, the system either not functioning, or the receptionist not able to deal with it. There was no excuse, there was no welcome, there was no service. The rooms are basic much too expensive for what they actually offer. The breakfast is mediocre in comparison to what is being offered in other locations throughout Brasil.
