Stayed for a conference with 100+ other delegates. The self-checkout kiosks saved a lot of congestion when we were all checking out on the same morning! The room is fine - I had two beds which made my room feel quite small. The bathroom is also small. Please consider adding small touches like bottled water and body lotion! Compared with other hotels I've stayed on business lately this room felt quite basic. The hotel breakfast offers so much variety and value for money

The stay was good. The room was very comfortable, it was a little bright over night. Room service was good, but it took a few goes to get it sorted, I advised it could be charged back to the room, they called 3 times requesting payment before I was able to convince them to check with reception. The food was cold when it arrived, that is the room service challenge, but it wasn’t a cheap meal. Overall, I would stay again. The staff I encountered everywhere were lovely
