Comfortable room and bed. Dinner choices very limited. Hôtel had a large group having dinner. We had to wait 45 minutes to order food.

Staff excellent. Very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant evening meal also excellent, simple menu but everything was well presented and perfectly cooked. Clean room, good breakfast, absolutely nothing to fault. Great value for monet

Room not suitable for 3 beds, had to climb oit thr end to get out. Shower very poor, could not increase height and temperature either hot or cold. Room extremely noisy from motorway even with windows closed. Staff were really nice.

The hotel is well located with good secure parking. The rooms are clean and functional. Evening meals are available and there is a good selection of food at breakfast. Laon is easily accessible on foot from the hotel, just a 25 minute walk.

Rooms good, staff good, breakfast was terrible. Day one no food left as too many people at breakfast so nothing left, sadly went without anything to eat. Day two was even worse, waited 30 minutes in the queue then gave up and went without breakfast again (both myself and my two friends).
