We have stayed here numerous times and always had a great nights sleep - last week's overnight stay was not good. We were awakened between 1.00am until 2.00am with several noisy Ibis employees in the courtyard/car park shouting and generally causing a disturbance. After driving 500 miles we were not impressed to have such a poor experience and lack of sleep!

Dear Madam, I would like to thank you for you loyalty and for you feedback after staying. I had an interview with my colleague who worked the overnight of your stay. (She is a temporary staff member who is new to our team.). She explain me she has some trouble with drunked customers. She had to speak a long time to stop the trouble, it was quiet difficult. I've check our camera and I saw her keep cool. She would like also to sincerely apologize. I am also pleased to pass on your compliments to Sandra on the morning shift. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. Ibis/Accor are my favorite options for one night near train stations or airports. This did not disappoint. It was right by the Saint Quentin Gare. It was clean, inexpensive, convenient and the breakfast was exceptional including a self-service egg fryer!

The property is great and staffs are dedicated to provide good services. Only problem is the morning loading and unloading which happens around 4 plus. Then again it is not really the problem of the property.
