No Air-conditioning in room 215

The receptionist was one of the best almost providing a concierge service for our group of 5. Unfortunately for some reason the AC in our room did nothing which meant we had t open the window which overlooked the main road so was noisey.

Indeed we have a reversible heating system and the weekend of your arrival being the first heat in our region we were at the beginning of the air conditioning system. The only okeish hotel in the city

Its not the first time staying in this hotel, the rooms are extremely small and the cleanliness of room sometimes is poor. Is already a habit to find hairs in bathroom. The people are reception are usually nice but for example they did not offered a welcome drink as this is happening in all other hotels according to my status.
