Room was very small, with nowhere to unpack or put anything. Comfortable bed, but hard pillows. Breakfast was ok

Nous sommes heureux de lire que vous avez apprécié le confort de la literie ainsi que notre petit-déjeuner. Nous regrettons cependant que la configuration de la chambre n’ait pas totalement répondu à vos attentes en matière d’espace et de praticité. Nous tenons à vous préciser que, selon les chambres, celles-ci sont équipées soit de banquettes, soit de portes-bagages. Par ailleurs, chaque chambre dispose d’espaces de rangement, complétés par une zone buanderie dédiée pour les vêtements, afin de faciliter l’organisation de votre séjour. Nous prenons également bonne note de votre remarque concernant les oreillers, qui sera partagée avec notre équipe dans une démarche d’amélioration continue. Unfortunately our room was extremely hot and stuffy and the beds uncomfortable. The staff however were extremely nice, helpful and welcoming.

Coffee machine didn't work, no plates available unless you asked the staff member and the egg/bacon wasn't replaced the entire time we were there. Poor.
