Location is amazing. Attached to a fantastic mall with a train station, can’t ask for better than that. The hotel is nice, great staff and security. The bar is great but unfortunately you’re allowed to smoke in there which is a negative but food in both restaurants is pretty good. The rooms are reasonably small, the bathroom has a shower but it’s in a bath, so it’s extremely small and hard to shower in, the water pressure is also really bad. The room was clean and housekeeping were good. I’ve stayed in this hotel twice. The location suits me and outweighs the negatives but the rooms could do with a bathroom renovation.

Enjoyable stay, good location close to the airport, beautiful accommodation, nice room with a beautiful balcony. Dinner buffet during iftar period was also really to be recommended.

The location was great and liked the hotel in general. However service was not as 5 stars hotel. Sulochana - march 5th night shift The lady working here was def not friendly, staring at phone all the time, not answering to question, chit chat with others in front of the customers, can clearly see that she is not taking care of the customers. She made whole impression of this hotel bad before I leave Dubai. I would like to give 1 for the experience rating but there were two people I found friendly. 1. Maya - march 5th afternoon night shift She was friendly and nice. 2. Guy who added extra bed. Dont remember his name but he was nice and passionate.
