This time I came with my sister and we both very much enjoyed the hotel in general with its facilities, its location, its quality of standard in service provided as well as its proximity to everything. Although all staff were second to none in terms of professionalism and kindness, I would like to put forward some names who made this particular stay extra special through their dedication, ‘Can Do Attitude’ and friendly disposition… Shara, Ria and Seif (Exec Lounge), Wajira (Housekeeping), Shamina (Medley) and Lakshika (Medley Reception)

Hotel is very nice, the staff is brilliant, the food at the executive lounge is delicious and all amenities are there. The location at the mall is very convenient and gives you many options. This also includes the metro station which is at the other end of the mall.

It was amazing staying in pullman and it's so amazing breakfast food and dinner and I would like to appreciate on staff guy who are working with a kind heart and good service that I have seen any other hotels than pullman hotels thank you so much Ashuu and Amlesh and his friends Chandra to be friendly and good service with talking so politely I would like to come again next year on summertime 😊

Aircon for hotel rooms is very bad specially at night. No idea what the staff does from their main control that aircon doesn't work properly and room gets hot. Then in midnight have to call repair person to reduce aircon temperatures. have stayed in pullman more than 20 times since last 10 years and have faced same issue in all my trips.
