The room was one of the updated rooms and good, however the rest of the experience was not not good. Construction sounds, swimming pool shut, lobby shut, breakfast relocated to bar! direct access to city centre shut etc. The direct access was out reason for booking this hotel as we had previously stayed. The staff try there best but feels like the whole hotel should be shut for such a major renovation.
