I prepaid for a three-night stay and checked out after the first night. The room smelled bad, the towels were dingy, and the walls had scratches and stains. The baseboards were chipped and sloppily painted over. Nothing about the room felt clean or well maintained. The hallways were dark, narrow, and depressing. I also did not realize the hotel was on a main street in the red-light district, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I asked to be moved to a different property and was willing to pay the difference. That request was denied. I was told I could not receive a refund. The only option offered was a room change, and the second room was barely an improvement. I would not recommend this property. The condition, location, and complete lack of willingness to make things right are unacceptable. Not the Paris experience I wanted! Unfortunately, I didn’t capture the entire room with photos

Nice hotel with a boutique feel. Lift out of order on our last days, which wasn’t a massive problem, we were only on the second floor, but carrying luggage down the spiral staircase was a bit precarious. Only real issue was breakfast, with seemingly only one person in service, they were a little overwhelmed leaving customers constantly asking for things and the buffet unreplenished.
