The hotel is sweet (although our room was small) and the staff were patient and helpful but the location is spoilt by sex shops and table dancing bars. I know I should have checked out the street beforehand but I wanted to be within easy reach of the Gare du Nord, Boulevard Haussman and the Basilica at Saint-Denis and this seemed like the best option.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The entire staff was extremely kind, polite, and always willing to help with anything we needed. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our experience even more special. The location of the hotel is perfect, in a lively area full of shops and restaurants, and the metro is literally one minute away, making it very easy to get around the city. The room was spotless and cleaned every day with great attention to detail. Additionally, whenever we needed anything, the response was immediate. For example, when I got injured and needed ice, the staff brought it to us right away. Overall, a truly wonderful experience that we would definitely recommend.
