We are truly sorry to learn that you found the hotel lacking in comfort. Our hotel typically receives excellent feedback in this area, and we take pride in providing a comfortable environment for our guests. Nonetheless, we understand that comfort is subjective, and we are committed to addressing your concerns to ensure that future stays meet the high standards our guests expect. Regarding the limited fruit selection at breakfast, we are truly sorry that the buffet was poorly stocked at that time, and we acknowledge that this escaped our attention. Please do not hesitate to inform our team if this happens again, as we will be happy to provide additional fresh fruit right away. We also apologize for the lack of room refreshment during the day. This is certainly not in line with our usual service standards, and we’ve shared your feedback with our housekeeping team to ensure that all rooms are properly maintained throughout the day. Finally, we understand your disappointment with the absence of a bar for drinks. Unfortunately, we do not have a license to serve alcoholic beverages. However, there are numerous bars located less than 2 minutes away from the hotel, where you can enjoy a drink.
