We are pleased to see that you appreciated the quality of our team, as well as your room and the cleanliness of the hotel. However, we are truly sorry that the connectivity issues caused you such difficulties, particularly as you were travelling for business and needed to work during your stay. Regarding the mobile network, coverage in the area can vary depending on the operator. SFR and Bouygues offer very good coverage in Versailles, whereas Orange, RED by SFR and Free can experience weaker coverage. Unfortunately, these variations are related to the individual mobile network providers and are beyond the hotel's control. We would therefore recommend directing any feedback or complaint regarding mobile coverage to your mobile service provider, who is best placed to investigate and address these issues. Our hotel also offers two Wi-Fi networks. The standard Wi-Fi is available without any username or password; for security reasons, the connection is automatically disconnected every 24 hours, after which you simply need to reconnect. We also offer Premium Wi-Fi, which provides a faster and more reliable connection and requires you to log in with your ALL Accor account. We fully understand how frustrating it must have been to have to leave the hotel to book an Uber or complete your flight check-in, and we regret that the available connectivity did not meet your needs on this occasion. We had a great stay. The hotel is perfectly located near restaurants and the château. The room was small but it was not an issue. Service was good. Not the hotel, but we were pleased to find that on-street parking was free in August, courtesy of the municipality.

This is a delightful hotel in central Versailles. The Palace of Versailles is a 10 minute walk away, and it is also near a collection of lovely cafes and restaurants. Although centrally located, it is very peaceful. Even with the windows open in the evening, I was not disturbed by outside noise.

Overall satisfied. Nice location, kind and helpful staff, clean room, clean bed linen and towels. Shower is missing a little shelf for my soap and shampoo so I had no choice but keeping them on the shower floor. Also, I missed fresh vegetables of any sort in breakfast.

I received a very pleasant welcome at check in and as I had arrived early I appreciated the offer to check if my room was ready and as it was to be able to check in immediately. Also I was given useful information on the local area and reminded of the option to order breakfast in my room if I wished. I decided to try it the following morning and it was very nicely delivered exactly on time and just as I had ordered. I found the bed extremely comfortable and the air conditioning in the room very effective. I also liked being able to open the window. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again

Hotel room was very small. Very difficult for one person to get around the room and desk was very small limiting time spent at it for work purposes. Safe did not work in room so had to carry personal items with me at all times. No iron in the room and the one provided burnt my shirt as it was defective. However, staff were helpful and above all else the hotel was quiet which enabled a restful sleep. I would return to this hotel.

The hotel is located close to a square with lots of restaurants and shops, and is within easy walking distance to the Palace. My room was very comfortable with a comfortable mattress, and the A/C worked very well, The breakfast buffet is good too

As a small city-centre hotel in the heart of Versailles, we unfortunately do not have suites or extremely spacious rooms. As we mentioned in our answer to your previous comment, our family rooms are designed to accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old, offering a practical solution for families visiting the city. The sofa bed is specifically intended for children. We are nevertheless sorry that the room configuration and available space made your stay less comfortable than anticipated, particularly regarding luggage storage and circulation within the room. Easy to find and good location, friendly and helpful staff, clean room and comfortable bed. Unfortunately insufficient noise insulation / doors not buffered, as we were woken be continued door slamming when other guests let their doors fall shut.
