Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay with us. We are sorry to read that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. As a small city-centre hotel in the heart of Versailles, we unfortunately do not have suites or extremely spacious rooms. As we mentioned in our answer to your previous comment, our family rooms are designed to accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old, offering a practical solution for families visiting the city. The sofa bed is specifically intended for children. We are nevertheless sorry that the room configuration and available space made your stay less comfortable than anticipated, particularly regarding luggage storage and circulation within the room. Please also accept our apologies. We sincerely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us better explain room configurations and ensure guests choose the accommodation best suited to their needs.
