There seems to be some rooms that have been recently upgraded and I had the opportunity to stay in both types of rooms. One in the fourth floor and other one in the third floor. However, in both rooms, lights are dim and its hard to have a good lighting at night, mainly if you want to work a little bit in your room at night.

Location was fine for that part of our trip- not much around the hotel, dump of a mall. Reception staff excellent and helpful, made some suggestions and organized the dinner in Versailles. Rooms a little old but perfectly acceptable.

Very nice room, great service, but irritating constant noise coming from outside

Great experience! We lost a doudou/teddy bear from the room and thought it might have gone to the laundry so we told the staff and they got in contact with the laundry place and we got our doudou back all ready in our bed with a lovely note. Staff were really friendly and helpful

Room 202 was TOO HOT ! And the temperature control unit did not work. I had to open the window, but then it became too cold in the night. So I closed it, and my room was too hot again in the morning.

My first experience was not at all good, services given was not good. - No hot water - Sleepless nights - Too hot rooms and not controllable with remote, had to use window to make temperature stable. - No table for laptop - No charger point near to bed - Many more

Old and overused building and rooms. Fell out of the bed as the mattress was sliding down at the sides.

This hotel is very convenient for us and we will be returning and will take a superior room again. The staff are very helpful and polite. The rooms are very quiet. The only criticism I have is of the shower which is badly placed in the bath.
