Beds gave us a terrible backache

For a 4-star hotel we would have expected decent beds. The mattresses were so bad that all three of us could hardly sleep and had a terrible backache for hours. Also the housekeeper should have at least spoken French (!) and a little English. Having worked as a quality assurance manager in renowned American hotel groups previously, I truly hope our comments will be taken with a constructive attitude. Thanks in advance, Verena BIETAK-B.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. I am sorry that the bedding was not at all comfortable. What a shame that you didn't report the information because we acted immediately, and we would have changed your room. As soon as a problem is reported to us, we do everything possible to resolve it and provide you with complete satisfaction. Regarding our chambermaids, please know that we have experienced significant recruitment difficulties since COVID 19, some of them not speaking our language very well, but we have prioritized the quality of the work and the person, the training are in class.
