Parking very easy and felt secure, check in was very smooth, room was comfortable beds very much so, bathroom however the toilet was tucked in a corner behind the door not great if you have any restrictions in your movement. (Seemed like an after thought)

Myself and other family members stay at this hotel at least twice a year and have done for 20 years as we have family in Le Chesnay. The reception staff and staff at breakfast are all very friendly ,very helpful and professional , we have never had any issues. My only comment would be that certain rooms are now in need of a quick makeover ( new carpet/ re-painted) .

The room was comfortable, well organised and what we needed. The big downfall of this hotel is the breakfast. It was lack lustre and limited offering. We have stayed at budget hotels with better breakfasts, including an Ibis Styles. I would not recommend breakfast, I would recommend the hotel. It was well located with access to Versailles via car or bus. Carpark was large and free parking. Reception staff were pleasant, breakfast staff were simply rude.

The hotel was great but the receptionist wouldn't bother to check if our room is ready and let us check in, something that other hotels do. She said 12 o'clock check in. She also asked to double pay city taxes and I had to argue back and show her my booking. She needs training and attention to details. The same when we were leaving early in the morning had to look around for the 24hrs receptionist to open the gate for the car, very distracted person.

Hotel is quite old and requires rennovation. From cleaning perspective i would say that it was ok if not considering cobwebs on the ceiling of the toilet (cleaning staff need to look up also whats happening on the ceiling ;)). Breakfast was ok, tasty but poor - not so much variery to choose from. Plus side is the free parking.

We booked a family room. But a last minute issue meant the children never came. On arrival we were told we had our room upgraded as a result. Handed keys to 113. Tiny room that could not have been a upgrade. We didn't expect an upgrade, but were actually given an inferior room?

Generally, the room is comfortable. The only issue is that the bathroom door is not working in my room and not having slippers resulted in myself having to walk around in the room with my working shoes.

good standard hotel for short stay to visit Versailles, bit of a distance from Versailles but close to Westfield shopping centre. Stay was cosy and comfortable, room was clean and tidy.

Quick find on the way back from ski trip, reception staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast team friendly and nice, however we upgraded our room thinking we’d get a comfier bed and this was not the case. Solid hard beds and super hot room with the air con on the highest. It would be a struggle to stay here in the summer.

I booked a classic room for 4 days. It was our anniversary of marriage. When we arrived we were shown to a family room that more than showed its age. We went for a meal and settled for a nights sleep. We realised during the night that the room was not connected on the main heating system. In addition we had a most peculiar sink that didn't hold water. Also the toilet was peculiarly situated with only about 20 cms between the toilet bowl and the wall. On the Saturday we complained to a member of staff who said we couldn't move because they were fully booked and to ask the following morning. He did however come and show us an electric connector heater that did hear the room. Most annoying was the light in the entrance that could only be switched off by removing the room key controlling the electricity. On the following day we were given a classic room that was exactly what we had expected on our arrival. Throughout our stay the staff were friendly and helpfull, apart from us not getting on arrival the room we had booked.
