Stayed 2 nights in a "superior queen size " and was quite disappointed that the room was only meeting very basic requirements : no slippers in the room, no blankets, only instant coffee with a boiler. When questioned, the staff answered that my requests were not included in this room category. Eventually I was provided with the sleepers and an extra blanket the second night which was appreciated but I was cold on the first night : (noisy) heater wouldn't go higher than 24 degrees though it felt much colder. I left with a feeling that the standards expected in a 4-star hotel were not met in this hotel. I found the over all appearance of the room old-fashioned and not very welcoming.

1- Reception access from parking through narrow stairs is really not convenient 2- breakfast supply on 01/01 (scrambled eggs for instance) not available as early as 10:30; staff verbally stating :”no more” 3- dinner on 01/01 ; the menu written on a movable board was presented to other tables excepted mine 4- the mini fridge almost fell down when opening the door: one front leg was missing (room 411) 5- the sofa left armrest was broken
