The room was ok, we did have to make up our own sofa bed for our daughter which i would have expected to be prepared for us. The restaurant was not good. Staff were rude and food poor. 3 out of 6 of our party were then ill thr next day.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Its location was very convenient, and the check-in process was efficient and straightforward. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional. The only issue I encountered was a broken soap dispenser in the bathroom. As there was another dispenser available in the shower, I did not report the issue during my stay and used the alternative provided. I mentioned the broken dispenser at check-out and was informed that, had I reported it at the time, the hotel's in-house service team would have been able to resolve the issue promptly. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would be happy to stay at the hotel again.

Overall the stay was excellent. The staff were warm and friendly and spoke excellent English, I am sorry I do not speak much French. The rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant food was good, though I thought €20 for breakfast was expensive. We just wanted coffee and a croissant so we ate out. Just two small areas for improvement. The bar is not continually manned.That in itself is not a problem but I would recommend a bell, rather than leaving your guests wondering and then having to go to reception to ask if the bar is still open. Room 427 - I reported that the air-con was not working twice, both members of staff told me it was mended. However despite the screen showing 19 degrees, the room was stifling warm at least 24 degrees throughout my stay.

Nous prenons toutefois en compte votre remarque concernant la signalétique ou la possibilité d’une sonnette afin de rendre son fonctionnement plus clair pour nos clients. Enfin, nous sommes désolés que le problème de climatisation dans la chambre 427 ait persisté malgré vos deux signalements et que la température de la chambre ait nui à votre confort. It was only two nights but great experience. Delicious food, friendly staff and most important for me super comfortable bed. Specially after 9 hours driving.

Perfect location for visiting the Palais of Versailles, restaurants etc are all within walking distance. Every member of staff was excellent, accommodating, friendly and always eager to assist. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, everything you could possibly want from a hotel room was provided. The carpark is extremely safe and secure. The food was great. We will definitely be making a return visit and would not hesitate to recommend this fabulous hotel.

Stayed 5 nights as a family of four to visit versaille and Paris. The hotel was very nice with helpful and friendly staff. Lovely comfortable bed, and spacious room. Breakfast had lots of choice. I really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was as expected. Rooms were clean and of a good standard. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Parking was an issue. The car park is not big enough for all guests, we were told to park in the street opposite as this is free but the family we were travelling with got a ticket. Be careful.

**Good location for a basic stay.** The hotel is in a convenient location, but in my opinion it did not feel like a four-star property. On our first night we arrived late and slept in the following morning. When we requested the room to be serviced, the cleaner appeared unhappy about the request. When we returned later, only the beds had been made, while the rest of the room had not been cleaned properly. We had to speak to reception before the room was cleaned to an acceptable standard. The breakfast was average. Food items were not replenished promptly, which meant several trays were left empty for periods of time. I was also concerned to see members of staff handling some food directly with their hands rather than using utensils, which did not give the impression of good hygiene practices.

A well run and friendly hotel. I had a great stay for two nights. The room was comfortable and quiet and breakfast was nice. And a 15 minute walk to Chateau de Versailles.
