Great and efficient check-in. It is our 5th stay. Great room and you can Co trip the temperature to a comfortable level. Not too enamoured with the menu , so we always eat at the little bistro across the road.

We had a lovely stay—we have been with you several times. However, I originally booked 2 rooms for one night (Feb 27-28), then later added a second night for the two rooms (Feb 28-Mar 1). I’m worried we were only charged for one night. Can you verify? Thank you, Adam S.

The room was immaculate and the bed extremely comfortable. The restaurant staff (I am sorry I did not get her name)were charming and friendly as was Magalie on check out. However the young man who checked us in on Saturday 21st February at 18.42 pm was extremely unpleasant and rude. He was sarcastic and smirked every time I asked a question. He openly yawned in my face and seemed to find it very amusing that I would have to walk up stairs from the car park with luggage. As someone with difficulty walking who uses a stick I did not find it funny. That young man needs retraining and thoroughly tarnished our stay.
