While the service was as usual very good we felt the upgrade was a downgrade and that we had not been treated thoughtfully. In addition since check out we have received our points allocation which is wrong requiring your urgent investigation. We have stayed with you several times previously on an indentical basis and received over 900 points and this last stay only allocated 88 . Please can you explain.

Warm welcome and service, very comfortable rooms. Only negative was the room service experience (expensive soup dish, but the bread was forgotten and then the cutlery, so it got cold... it was a lot for room service soup especially if this needed two further trips before eating it. However this was removed from the bill.)
