We were so glad to find a hotel with a room (a suite in fact) that could accommodate our entire family of 5 people. The suite itself was excellent, with two separate sleeping areas, each with their own door, separated by a private hallway. The beds were excellent and really comfy, and the bathroom with shower was clean and modern (although no bath. Not an issue for us as our children are now a bit older). The lobby of the hotel was inviting and bright, providing a nice environment for a fresh and diverse breakfast.

Really nice stay only marred by a mix up over payment of a small bar bill which I paid at the same time as paying for a meal in the evening. At check out the receptionist insisted I pay for the drinks again as the drinks still appeared against my room. Of course I refused to pay twice for the one drink!

We stayed a couple of nights on our journey through the region and really liked the hotel, it is very stylish, well equipped and the staff are very friendly. It's just a shame there was no climatisation in the hotel or the bedrooms - it was hot!

Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was good. No drinks facilities, fridge or ironing equipment in room. No air conditioning but a fan was available at reception. Location near to busy road so some traffic noise to be expected. Staff very friendly. Breakfast options were good. Restaurant offered a limited choice but food was good. Price was reasonable. Would use an Ibis Styles again.

Furthermore, the noise from the nearby road may be a source of disturbance for some guests. Our restaurant offers homemade dishes, with a menu of 7 starters, 7 main courses, and 7 desserts. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Ibis Lisieux. Clean, comfortable and very good breakfast. Excellent choice of bread, cheeses, meats, jams, cereals and eggs for boiling. We had an evening meal too, which was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would use this hotel again.

We arrived late following a breakdown. Restaurant closed but staff very kindly made us a platter of charcuterie and cheese. Room comfortable but shower base very slippery when wet, a hand rail would make it safer.
