I'm not sure how many times I've been there by now, possibly 8-9 times, primarily because of the friendliness and service-mindedness of the staff. I had come with my kid alone sometime and some other times with my partner too. The hotel manager is one of a kind, far and beyond, very hospitable, kind to my kid, and generous. The beach has immediate access to a coral reef, so I could snorkel there without paying for those excursions. The food is great, tasty, and quite a wide variety. Events for adults and kids twice a day, brilliant to get some change or a break from the kids in that kids club. Very flexible even if you book via the Accor app which I regret having been using it before.
