It’s our third time traveling to Egypt and the first time staying in this area, and Novotel Sharm el Sheikh, which we chose based on the recommendation of family friends, is the best hotel we’ve stayed at on the shores of the Red Sea. It has a charming architecture, distinct from that of other resorts. It feels intimate, with spacious and very well-equipped rooms (slippers, bathrobe, ironing station, toiletries, minibar, etc.), clean and modern. We stayed in the Beach area, where we had direct access to the heated pool and the beach. At the main restaurant, we found a series of favorite dishes at each of the three daily meals, such as tahini, falafel, all the soups, pastries, and locally inspired baked goods. Fresh fruits and vegetables are also served daily, as well as a variety of beef dishes among many other meals (pizza, pasta, meat- and vegetable-based dishes, and desserts). We also had an à la carte dinner included, served by a kind waiter in beautifully presented dishes. The beach is clean, with a smooth sandy entrance, and also a fascinating underwater world, which you can discover effortlessly just a few meters from the shore. The main pool was heated and, although our stay was in December, we had no problem swimming. I also love the modern-design bar at the main pool, as well as the beautifully maintained landscaping of the gardens. Another hidden gem is the adults-only pool area in the Palm zone — a peaceful oasis with a charming small bar next to it, where we also enjoyed the services of an attentive bartender. We visited the SPA area twice, where we enjoyed the spacious jacuzzi, the sauna, and the steam bath. Besides the shows organized by the hotel, we played ping-pong and tennis (the court is in the Palm area — I recommend bringing extra balls). In the immediate vicinity of the hotel, you’ll find a pharmacy, shops, supermarkets, and more. I would definitely recommend this hotel! In the end, I would like to thank Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Romani in particular for their kindness, attentiveness, and hospitality! We hope to return soon!

we stayed for 7 nights in the section by the beach, the rooms were very nice, cleaning was done or not, as per our request. full amenities available. the food was decent, there were different options every day. the beach was very nice, with coral reef. they didn't have balls for the tennis court, even though you pay to rent the equipment. the animation team exceeded their selves on Thursday. maybe here there could be an improvement, as in the other days, there was nothing special.
