This is not my 1st time to stay in this hotel, yet this time had been very special as we took our 6 year old niece with us as her birthday gift. The staff was amazing, trying to make her trip unforgettable. Special thanks to Mennah on the reception as she was so helpful and friendly. Ehab, Mohammad, Wael, and everyone in the restaurant who went the extra mile to make her happy.

Super friendly staff, specially Menna from reception and Mohammad from the restaurant. It was my niece birthday, and they sent her a cake to the room, she was super happy with the surprise.

We stayed for a week and every day the room was cleaned well and we were topped up with water. Staff were consistently greeting us when walking around the hotel which was nice and the WiFi worked well everywhere. It was a relaxed clean environment everywhere and the free chocolate hour, drinks in the evening etc all added a nice touch to our stay. We went to the rangoli restaurant 3 times during our stay because there were so many amazing options to try. The food was amazing there and the staff were really engaging.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Nice spacious clean room, great variety of food at the all inclusive buffet. Great location with stunning views, the staff all very welcoming and friendly. The beers at the lobby bar were on the small side, and the spa people were a bit annoying at first, but those were the only negatives and didn't impact our holiday at all. Would definitely return
