We are sorry to hear that your early check-in was not properly prepared and that you had to wait at the reception. However , it is worth to mention that the standard check-in is 14:00 and the early check-in is a subject of hotel availability and can not be guaranteed. Regarding the condition of your room, we regret that it did not meet your expectations and that cleanliness was an issue upon your arrival. Please be assured that we take these matters seriously, and we will review our housekeeping procedures to prevent similar occurrences going forward. We also understand how frustrating it can be when requests are not fulfilled correctly. Our staff is trained to assist guests promptly and efficiently, and we will follow up with them to reinforce proper service protocols.
