I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mövenpick Resort Sharm El Sheikh, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended for all travelers. What I loved about my stay: • The View: The hotel’s location is unmatched, offering one of the most beautiful panoramic vistas of the entire Naama Bay. • Exceptional Restaurant Staff: A massive thank you to the restaurant team, especially Mr. Sherif, Mohamed Abdel Moati, Mohamed El Sayed, and Abdelrahman. • Hospitality: A special mention to Fatma for her beautiful smile and great hospitality. • Service & Safety: The rooms were spotlessly clean, and both the housekeeping and security teams were incredibly kind and cooperative throughout our stay. • Entertainment: The Animation Team is fantastic and full of energy. Special shout-out to Gigi for being so wonderful and kind. • Dining Quality: The food was tasty and well-prepared, though I believe the main buffet needs more variety to truly meet 5-star expectations. Areas for Improvement (All-Inclusive Experience): While the stay was overall great, I have some feedback regarding the All-Inclusive package: • Coffee & Beverage Policy: I found it very strange that between 12:00 AM and 9:00 AM, all beverages must be paid for, even for All-Inclusive guests. Being denied a simple Espresso at 6:00 AM during check-out unless I paid extra was quite disappointing for a 5-star resort experience. • Snack Variety: The snacks are quite limited—usually just a single option like a cheese sandwich and a piece of cake. I expected a much wider selection given the price difference of the All-Inclusive package. • Welcome Touch: As a Diamond Member, it would have been a nice addition to find a welcome note or a small amenity (like fruit or sweets) in the room upon arrival. While the personal invitation to El Kababgy was excellent by Kamal, front desk assistant manager, having that traditional in-room welcome as seen in many other hotels really helps round out the premium experience. Between the stunning views and the amazing team, this hotel is a gem. I truly appreciated the hospitality and hope to see these points addressed to enhance the guest experience. I will definitely be back.

We stayed as a family of 5 in villa 3. The villa was enormous and impeccably clean. The pool was stunning as was the view. The hotel itself is absolutely incredible. Looked after to a high standard throughout Every single member of staff were very kind and friendly throughout and couldn't do enough for you. There are 4 beaches 2 of which have amazing snorkeling opportunities. We had the most wonderful week with our family and would highly recommend to anyone.

Nice experience aside from the power outage and elevator malfunction the first couple of days
