unfortunately this experience was one of the worst I have ever had. Considering the price charged and the fact that the hotel promotes itself as a five-star property, the level of service, professionalism, and food quality I encountered was completely unacceptable

Your feedback regarding the condition of the common areas, elevators, and overall property maintenance is extremely concerning. Visible dirt, poor upkeep, and lack of attention to hygiene are completely unacceptable for a hotel promoting itself as five-star, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment this caused. We are equally concerned about the breakfast experience you described. The state of the restaurant, with construction areas, dust, understaffing, and unclean tables, as well as the poor quality and presentation of the food, is far below the standard we aim to provide. The difficulties you encountered in communicating with the kitchen and the lack of basic service like water delivery or timely clearing of tables are unacceptable. This feedback will be shared directly with our culinary and restaurant management teams to ensure immediate review and improvements. It is clear that your stay was negatively impacted by multiple operational issues, including staff responsiveness, cleanliness, food quality, and property maintenance. We sincerely apologize that what should have been a comfortable and enjoyable stay turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. Please know that your concerns have been escalated to our senior management team, and we are committed to reviewing every point you raised. Amazing location and beaches, lovely room and housekeeping from Ahmed, good food, perfect pool and lovely lifeguards who were great with the kids, sorry can't remember his name. The only thing was the kids club was a bit boring. Mido at scorpion was really helpful for trips.

It was a wonderful week in February 2026. The room was very quiet and had a magnificent view. The main restaurant surprised us with fish dishes, service was very good too. 2 times we went for horse riding by the hotel - this is a real jewel of the place. Lifeguards at the beach were most friendly and served sun beds and towels for us.
