Naama Bay Promenade Beach Resort is a very good place to have a relaxing vacation. The hotel has its own sandy beach and coral reefs. The food selection is diverse and delicious - everyone will find something to their taste. One day there was a crab stew in the menu which was especially tasty. My husband couldn't stop eating it. The hotel staff is very friendly, always smiling and ready to help out with everything. I always felt secure and cared for. I had an amazing vacation there, and I certainly want to go back 😊

A lovely hotel by the sea with beautiful views of Naama Bay. Good service and food, lots of fruits and vegetables and a favorite Japanese restaurant in the main building. I would like to mention the animators separately, it has always been fun, interesting, there are many programs to choose from: yoga, stretching and others. Daily trips to night parties accompanied and delivered, everything is organized, fun and safe.

Was a bit sceptic about going Egypit as read and heard mixed reviews. Arrived pretty late at hotel and was welcomed by staff at reception. He accommodated us really fast so that we could grab a few drinks before closing. Soup and fresh bread was available as kitchen was already closed. From there it only got better. Food was freshly made every day with good variety. Water juice and coffee stations all around hotel. Hotel looks absolutely amazing so does the pool area. Never a shortage of sun lounges. Towels issued each day. Staff at the bar were outstanding and couldn't be more friendly or helpful! Entertainment team were always available and checking on us. Very close to airport and in middle of town centre. Guys at shops also deserve a credit. Not once have we been asked for any tips and even if wanted to give some they wouldn't take. At time it felt that staff at bar were watched by supervisor (blue shirts) which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. They wouldn't speak to any guest just watch what everyone was doing. Overall great experience and would recommend.

Right I will start with the description 5 stars 🌟 hotel ( I’m sorry, but for the rooms conditions and hotel conditions it’s 3 stars 🌟 hotel. old rooms, old bathrooms, the tiles are moving on the floor) Food: needs to improve a little, try to change the food..not all days ( almost )the same food ( more types of food ) ( from 1 to 10 = 6 Sweats and cakes: big improvement is required ( from 1 to 10 = 4 ) Food service personal: satisfied, respectful personal ( from 1 to 10 = 8 ) Bar service personal beach side: Needs to improve in service and how to talk with the customer ( from 1 to 10 = 4 ) Team leaders, the guys in the blue shirt that all the time are going around the hotel and staying at the beach bar :: I don’t know how and who gave you the jobs there guys, but definitely you doing the job very bad and wrong You guys are the image of the hotel, in my opinion: smile a little, talk with the customer, make them feel welcome, ask them how things are going, how they are feling( I saw only bad attitude from their side) I remember a lady came to the bar beach, obviously the lady ben a little drunk..and she asked for a small drink ( that told guy team leader in the blue shirt told her like this : The woman should not be drinking) Honestly like customer a big NO NO NO..very bad attitude from the team leader Never in my life I saw so bad management Team leadership ( the guys in the blue shirt 👔 seating all the time next to the beach bar) from 1 to 10 = 0 Tips money for the workers: in my opinion let the workers getting tips from the costumer, that’s how we showing our gratitude to the service that we receiving. For ending the feedback For the owner of the hotel, you need to improve some things..and in my opinion start with the team leaders ( the guys in the blue shirts 👔 the guys that are seating all day next to the beach bar ) That guys are the image and the face of your business, and believe me is not good at all.
