I had a fantastic stay at Naama Bay Promenade Beach Resort and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, polite, and always willing to help, which made a big difference throughout my stay. The location is one of the best things about this hotel. It's right on the beach and just a short walk from the restaurants, cafés, and shops along Naama Bay. It was so convenient to spend the day relaxing by the sea and then enjoy an evening stroll along the promenade. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The beach was beautiful, with clear water, plenty of sunbeds, and a relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind. The food was fresh and offered a good variety, so there was always something to enjoy. The breakfast was especially good, with plenty of choices to start the day. The restaurant staff were attentive and worked hard to make sure everyone had a pleasant dining experience. What really stood out was the hospitality. Every member of the team seemed genuinely interested in making guests feel comfortable and happy. Their positive attitude and excellent service made my holiday even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and left with great memories. If you're looking for a hotel with a fantastic beachfront location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere, Naama Bay Promenade Beach Resort is an excellent choice. It was nice and comfortable stay the rooms are so clean the service was super fast if we needed anything the staff are so friendly , the food was on another level honestly I didn’t expect that variety of food and literally was 10/10 soo tasty . Well recommended If I get back to sharm I will not hesitate to reserve in this hotel and I told the receptionist before I leave that this hotel is 10 stars not 5 thank you for letting us feel like home.❤️

My stay was great and above expectations. Special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim (Reception)for facilitating our accommodation. Kudos to the house keeping, life gaurds for their efforts. Also Thank you to Chef Mohamed ( El zamalekawy) for his wonderful meals and service. Just had negative point about Mr.Reda who is always upset and he also wasn’t helpful when I requested to fill a small box of baked goods for my little kids , he denied my request meanwhile the foreigners did the same without asking for hotel permission and nobody cares.

Good: location, clean beach, view from our room , cleanliness, food at buffet was good compared to other restaurants nearby. restaurant staff were very welcoming. organized. pool. coffee machine not too bad. Bad: no outdoor restaurant with a view like other hotels. bed sheets/pillow sheets not soft but fine. no wash clothes. no conditioner or lotion. No uber in Sharm!! taxi on site is a complete rip off. couldn’t find English option on tv, no streaming. lobby seating is very outdated.
