I’m used to different level of comfort. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel, or you should provide us with different scale of evaluation. I would rate it 6 out of 10. Won’t come back definitely, sorry🫠

We are especially sorry to read your comment regarding the noise disturbance during the night. Please note that our team is available 24/7, and we strongly encourage guests to inform the Front Desk or Duty Manager immediately should any inconvenience occur. Unfortunately, as we were not made aware of this situation during your stay, we were not given the opportunity to intervene and resolve the matter at the time. Regarding your remarks about room condition, we would like to assure you that the hotel is regularly maintained and inspected. Nevertheless, your feedback has been shared with the relevant departments for further review and continuous improvement. While we regret that your experience did not lead you to consider returning, we truly appreciate your comments, as they help us enhance our services and guest experience.
