In general it was ok experience with some cons: - the hotel is "occupied" by Russians, who drinks in bars from 8 am in the morning and are load people in general. Occupants behave like occupants even during holidays.. - I did not like a fact, that hotel staff was approaching us in Russian language always, assuming that we are Russians too!! - The pool area and the arena was just TOO LOUD!!! We had a premium room just in front of the pool and arena and it was tiring as there was no rest from constant load music especially during the shows in the evening. There is no understanding in the hotel, that guests also want to rest without loud music all the time! It felt like being in the amusing park all day long (the music was cheep pop and dum..) and not in a 5 start hotel.. - the main restaurant was ok, the brasilin restaurant was also ok. But italian and indian - do not recommend to go there. Too far from what the real italian /indian food is. Pros: - in general the staff was friendly and helped us with the issues we had.
