We travelled with my wife, one-year old son and my mother-in-law. The location was great, with many interesting places, pools, a spa, and a large area for walking. The food was good, but every member of my family got sick during the vacation (either food poisoning or a stomach virus) with all the accompanying symptoms, which ruined the holiday itself. The rooms were also a bit outdated, but the place itself and the staff made a good impression. It was also very helpful that there was a doctor’s office on site, he helped us treat our son.

Good à la carte restaurants, friendly staff, fairly new rooms, and quite tasty food by Egyptian standards. This is our fifth time in Egypt, and this time all family members were satisfied.

Staff was non English speaking or just didn't understand a lot. + It was poor UAI as the alcohol whiskey was some local tastes. Food for a week seemed the same. Poor entertainment.

We stayed as a family of four, two teen boys and two adults. Stunning hotel, great facilities (we didn't get to use them all!) and wonderful staff. Food excellent. room brilliant. Just loved everything about the hotel and the Egypt in general. Would happily go back again - in fact I hope we do!
