All the staff we were served by was extremely helpful and welcoming. It's been two days we came back from Sharm El Sheikh and it still feels as if a dream :) Wifey and I are so thankful for turning this holiday into an adventure. Normally, we don't want to visit a place twice as there are countless spots to visit, Swissotel and its staff made us reconsider our decision and we definitely want to visit again :) Special thanks to Ms. Selin, Ms. Reem, Ms. Maria for their assistance and help through our stay as well as to our room cleaning personnel Mahmoud, he did an excellent work and kept our room clean every day. Mr. Eyüp and his colleagues (can't remember their names) at the bars and restaurants made sure everyone is well served, and their attention as well as efforts weren't unnoticable. The personnel at the bars, beach (especially Moustafa) no matter what we asked (drinks, changing spots, replacing our sunbeds, etc.) they were always happy to help and never said "NO". In fact, we never heard "NO" from the staff :) We probably can't thank you enough for this journey :) There might be two things you might want to improve, 1- I found the quality of the coctails served at the bar can be improved to hone your hollistic services. I understand that majority of your guests might not be interested in coctails, or in fact not necessarily interested in high-end drinks, but customers like us, we grasp the joy with such small gestrures and high-end coctails does the job :) 2- Wifey is vegetarian and being one is mostly a hassle in all-inclusive stays, despite the fact that there are a dozen of cold and warm options available. Often times we find ourself hunting for vegetarian options, which restaurant has better selection etc. Time to time we find it hard to identify Even if the food is vegetarian. So labelling the food as vegetarian, gluten free, etc. It would help for those with special needs/requests. Hope to see you again! İlknur & Yasin

We had a situation that made us feel uncomfortable and annoyed during our stay at this resort, which is that the housekeeping entered without permission using his key, knowing that when we returned from the pool the room was ready and that I did not ask for anything from the reception. I do not know why he came and his purpose. I filed a complaint with the receptionist and he conducted an investigation into the matter and he told me that he would review the cameras and called me back and it was proven that what I said was true, but he only apologized, but I am not completely satisfied.

Took 2 hours to check in, had a broken balcony door and broken fridge cabinet door on arrival, forgot to bring our luggage and left the bags at the entrance of the hotel in open space where anyone could have taken them. Very unfortunate experience trying to sort all of this out however the stay after this was ok.

I came for a stay with my partner, to fully charge your batteries. The estate and design is astonishing and truly 5*. The reception team of both hotels - Swissotel and Adults are wonderful. Of course, in the bigger hotel, there is a sense of people being more drained from a larger amount of clientele and the children. I also noted a big difference with making any changes in the booking via Accor and the hotels sales team. The animation team is fantastic, however, I expected perhaps more activities and also couldn’t find any way to be informed about them, although I asked at the main hotel lobby. Our room was absolutely beautiful, situated in the adults section, The pool was being heated, I just wished we could’ve also used it after sundown ( I believe there was a chlorine being put every night). The TV in the room was useless since you cant connect to any device, but we didn’t feel like we missed much as we had our books and iPad. The staff of that hotel was especially excelling at every single level of hospitality, such as Atef, the hotel reception managers, receptionists, even the pool safety guards. Not to mention the bar and restaurant team - like Mahmoud who managed to find hot chocolate for me at 23:00 at night in a newly opened hotel and prepare it due to my preferences - the amount of milk and sugar. That is true hospitality! The overall food selection quality in the other hotel was a bit surprising to me since I visited some recommended restaurants around the hotel and their menus, and the amount of seafood and meat selection, and the creativity. The locals had was a positive shock and I really really enjoyed trying it. But the selection at the main hotel was quite plain and very repetitive. The hotel beach was also wonderful, and I was really surprised with the amount of sea life. You can observe from that part of the coast. I also believe that they should definitely repair the saunas in the spa As they were literally falling, apart during usage while we were inside. Overall, this was a fantastic stay and experience! I hope you didn’t mind some constructive criticism since we all need it in order to improve.
