Overall a very enjoyable holiday with plenty of dining and activity options. Staff were generally excellent: the management team, reception, dining, bar and pool/water park staff all made you feel welcome and there was a real sense of warmth and hospitality. Great care and concern was shown when my son fell ill and the flowers given were a very nice touch. Our suite was lovely and the gardens were kept very well. The adults only pool was a great spot to relax. The only area that I felt did not live up to these high standards was on the customer services desk, who, at times, seemed overly busy and not as friendly as the others. My only other observation would be that the evening entertainment was not very varied - a dance show pretty much every night. Not that each show wasn't of a high standard but it was noticeable that the night there was a live band the audience were much more engaged and there was singing and dancing. But these points probably only show how high the overall standards were. Thank you.

The staff are unfriendly and only show friendliness toward Arabs; the waiters are rude and insolent. In the main dining hall, they serve food and drinks only to guests of Arab origin—fulfilling any request from Arabs or Turks immediately—while bringing nothing to guests of other nationalities (Italians, Russians, Armenians, or Kazakhs) other than clearing away dirty dishes. They treat these other guests with indifference or rudeness, especially the beach bartenders.

This was my first time staying at this specific property, though I have previously stayed many times at other hotels managed by the Rixos group. Unfortunately, this experience was highly disappointing.
Guest Relations and Service:
The Guest Relations officer at the adults-only building, named Maryam, was extremely unprofessional and indifferent. As a first-time guest at this resort, I asked her about the restaurants, hotel facilities, and how to book the à la carte restaurants. She spoke to us in a completely disrespectful and dismissive manner. Furthermore, while I was right there at her desk, another guest arrived; she completely ignored my family and me, leaving us waiting for over half an hour without even apologizing or asking us to wait. She then walked away with the other guest as if we did not exist. This made us feel incredibly unwelcome. Overall, most of the staff in the adults-only building were very unfriendly.
Dining and Facilities:
The food quality in the adults-only building was very poor. Additionally, the adult facilities are not spacious enough to accommodate the number of guests, leading to severe overcrowding in the Aqua restaurant, which was also heavily understaffed.
Room Amenities:
The towels provided were worn out and of poor quality. Also, there was no bidet spray (shattaf) in the bathroom.
The Positives:
On a positive note, some staff members in the main building were excellent and highly professional. In particular, the golf cart drivers were outstanding and extremely courteous.
Conclusion:
I am deeply dissatisfied with this stay. I am truly shocked that a resort under the Rixos management could provide this level of service. I will definitely never return to this place.

Everything is perfect, staff amd service were friendly and perfect.
What I am not satisfied which I have also told about it to reception during my stay there were not snacks between meals and one time we missed the dinner and had to wait until next meal time.
Next we could nıt reserve the restaurants everytime ıt was shown fully booked.
Third is about meal on dinner amd supper. There were plenty of food but not delicious at all. There were a lot of azerbajanıan there as us. All of them complain about the taste of food. The last days we even didnt eat anything at all ın the hotel.

We stayed at the hotel from the 3rd to the 11th and overall we had a pleasant experience. We liked the cleanliness of the rooms, the regular replenishment of the minibar, and the room itself.
However, there were some disadvantages that we would like to mention. The food in the restaurant was quite repetitive and lacked variety. In addition, when certain dishes ran out, they were often not refilled promptly.
For example, at the pancake and toast station, there was only one piece of equipment working (only one toaster and one machine for preparing pancakes), which meant guests had to wait around 10 minutes. The sushi station also had long waiting times of about 5–10 minutes.
We were also disappointed that smoked salmon (red fish) was not displayed with the other food and seemed to be kept hidden in the kitchen instead of being readily available to guests. In addition, there were no shrimp available at all during our stay.
Another issue was that some of the glasses had an unpleasant smell, which affected the dining experience.
Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the efforts of the hotel staff. We hope these comments will help improve the experience for future guests.

I would like to mention one aspect that bothered us during our stay at the hotel. The music from the evening parties was too loud. Even with the windows closed, we couldn't sleep until the party ended around 1:00 AM.

We went as a large family of 14.My mother and father have been to sham el sheikh 14 times and this has been their most favourite place by far.the care and detail they put in every day it was so humbling. To the waiter who would get us snack/drinks/ice-cream for us and the kids.by the pool. To the towel guy who gave the children life jackets to swim.Beeno at the shops such a lovely soul and kind . To the cleaners who sung happy birthday to me and the rooms they clean anytime of day with the biggest smiles. Ahmed the restaurant boss who was super!!! who would take the time to sit us down and made the children smile and would joke with them you made this special time so precious and genuinely a memory to remember big boss misses you too :) . We as a family have never loved and felt so accepted the people work so so hard!! to make your stay count with the most kindest smiles thank you for your hard work and great sense of humour we miss you already and hope to come back soon. 🧡💛🧡

We travelled with my wife, one-year old son and my mother-in-law. The location was great, with many interesting places, pools, a spa, and a large area for walking. The food was good, but every member of my family got sick during the vacation (either food poisoning or a stomach virus) with all the accompanying symptoms, which ruined the holiday itself. The rooms were also a bit outdated, but the place itself and the staff made a good impression. It was also very helpful that there was a doctor’s office on site, he helped us treat our son.
