My stay at Rixos Sharm El Sheikh was truly an exceptional experience from beginning to end. It is one of those rare places that can genuinely change the way you think about your future holiday plans — because once you have experienced the atmosphere, service, food, and hospitality here, you immediately start thinking about when you can return. The resort itself is beautiful, spacious, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. Despite being a large complex, everything feels carefully organized and professionally managed. What impressed me most, however, was the staff. The entire team was attentive, welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to making guests feel special. There is a wonderful sense of hospitality throughout the resort. If you want to spend a few days feeling completely pampered — almost like a queen or king — this is certainly the place to do it. The food deserves special praise. Breakfasts offered an excellent variety, the main dining options were consistently impressive, and the à la carte restaurants made the experience even more memorable. I would particularly recommend the Brazilian Restaurant. The meat dishes were absolutely outstanding — beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and served with great attention. And the grilled pineapple at the end was the perfect finishing touch: simple, delicious, and wonderfully complementary after the richness of the meat. It was one of my favourite dining experiences during the entire stay. Another restaurant I would highly recommend is Salt Fish Restaurant. If you love seafood, this is a place not to miss. The freshness and variety of the fish and seafood, combined with the expertise of the chefs, created a wonderful dining experience. Every dish seemed to capture something of the sea itself — fresh, delicate, beautifully prepared, and full of flavour. It was truly a feast for the senses. The evenings were equally enjoyable. The professional shows, entertainment programme, and excellent DJs created a lively and sophisticated atmosphere. Whether you want to enjoy a beautiful dinner, watch a show, listen to music, or simply relax and enjoy the resort, there is always something to make the evening special. What makes Rixos Sharm El Sheikh stand out is that all these elements come together: a beautiful and clean resort, excellent cuisine, professional entertainment, attentive service, and a team that knows how to make its guests feel genuinely cared for. Some hotels are simply places where you spend your holiday. Others become part of the holiday memories you want to experience again. Rixos Sharm El Sheikh is definitely the second kind. It is the sort of place you leave saying, “I will come back.” And I certainly will. ☺️ Thank you to the entire Rixos Sharm El Sheikh team for making my stay so memorable.

The hotel is gorgeous. Every member of staff was welcoming and would do anything to make your stay as magical as possible. The food was delicious and plentiful. The hotel was immaculate. Entertainment was varied and always something to do. There is a pool for whatever mood you are in…relaxed, lively, cave pool was like an ice bath 😊 The beach was gorgeous. The rooms are very spacious, modern and elegantly decorated. In short, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. Check in was smooth and staff were welcoming. Room was clean and spacious. Oasis pool was nice with plenty of sunbeds and pool staff very helpful, service at the pool bar has slipped since our last visit, waited sometimes over an hour for service off the bar staff on rollerblades. Food in the buffet restaurant was recycled on numerous occasions, chicken and beef dishes were the same each day but given a different name. Roast potatoes were kept in a covered steamer meaning they became soggy and not crispy. Cakes and waffles were amazing and ultimately we always found something nice to eat. Hotel grounds are amazing and all the staff work so hard to keep the place impeccable. Buggy staff friendly and very helpful. Al carte restaurants were excellent but it was difficult to get bookings unless you booked them just after midnight. Big shout out to Ali the recreation member of staff at the big pool, a thorough gentleman and has now become a dear friend over the last 3 years. Room cleaners did a good job but were a bit stingy on the toilet roll and coffee and milk sachets. Music played by the violinist at breakfast and the lobby bar was a tad depressing. Although this is not the hotels fault, some of the Russian guests were totally vile and rude. Costs nothing to have manners. Overall, we had a lovely, relaxing 8 nights stay and we will think about returning.

We returned for the 3rd time to the hotel and was just as good as our previous stays with some little improvements here and there being able to book the restaurants 3 days ahead is brilliant! Round the pool all the sun loungers are being replaced with wooden ones which is much better and also replacing paper cups with the plastic ones is a much better idea. Our overall impression of the hotel was warm, rich, and memorable. We especially appreciated the ability to move freely between Sharm and Seagate, which added a wonderful sense of variety to our stay. The staff responsible for the hotel entrance and exit impressed us with their phenomenal memory — they quickly learned our room number and always greeted us with confidence and kindness. We dined mainly at Salt, where the selection was truly exceptional. We found our favourites early on, yet every day brought new surprises and dishes to discover. A special highlight was the ice cream counter attendant, who was consistently kind, friendly, and made each visit feel personal. The Easter display was extraordinary and added a festive, beautifully curated touch to the entire experience. It was clear that a great deal of thought and creativity went into it. The outdoor pool area was lovely, though we did notice that the pool itself was not heated, so the water felt rather cold. It didn’t stop us from enjoying the space, but it’s something future guests may want to keep in mind. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and pleasantly cool — a perfect place to rest after long days in the sun. We were especially happy that it was located in a quiet part of the resort, which made our stay even more relaxing. The only issue we encountered was that the shower did not provide hot water, only lukewarm. We were not sure whether this was intentional, but we solved it by using the bathtub instead, which worked well for us. One situation, however, left us feeling uncomfortable. The day before our departure, a housekeeping staff member knocked on our door and insisted that we fill out a Google feedback form on the spot. While the room was clean and we had no notable concerns regarding his work, we did not feel it was appropriate to complete a Google review in that situation. It also seemed he may not have been aware that the Google form reflects the rating of the entire hotel, not only his individual performance. Despite this, our stay overall was wonderful, and we left with many positive memories.

Everything was good overall and the staff was excellent. Special greetings to Aladdin, the driver, and Ahmed Khaled, the bartender from the beach bar. However, we were disappointed that the supposedly heated pool was cold. We visited last year and it was much warmer then. This year it felt like the same temperature as the outdoor weather, so swimming was not very pleasant. We also did not like that drinks such as Heineken and Desperados are available for free at Seagate, while they are not available here. Every evening we had to go to Seagate just to have a beer. I also have issues with stomach acid, so I cannot drink champagne or cocktails — beer is basically the only alcoholic drink I can have, which makes this quite important for me. It would also be much nicer to sit in our own hotel and enjoy a beer instead of having to go to Seagate. I really hope these drinks will return to Rixos Sharm +18 as well (I remember that you used to have Heineken before). We were also disappointed that the pasta with bacon was removed from the Italian à la carte menu, because that was the main reason we used to go to the Italian restaurant. Other than that, everything else was great, would totally recommend this hotel to friends. And we are 100% book this hotel next year! With Love Kamile
