Our overall impression of the hotel was warm, rich, and memorable. We especially appreciated the ability to move freely between Sharm and Seagate, which added a wonderful sense of variety to our stay. The staff responsible for the hotel entrance and exit impressed us with their phenomenal memory — they quickly learned our room number and always greeted us with confidence and kindness. We dined mainly at Salt, where the selection was truly exceptional. We found our favourites early on, yet every day brought new surprises and dishes to discover. A special highlight was the ice cream counter attendant, who was consistently kind, friendly, and made each visit feel personal. The Easter display was extraordinary and added a festive, beautifully curated touch to the entire experience. It was clear that a great deal of thought and creativity went into it. The outdoor pool area was lovely, though we did notice that the pool itself was not heated, so the water felt rather cold. It didn’t stop us from enjoying the space, but it’s something future guests may want to keep in mind. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and pleasantly cool — a perfect place to rest after long days in the sun. We were especially happy that it was located in a quiet part of the resort, which made our stay even more relaxing. The only issue we encountered was that the shower did not provide hot water, only lukewarm. We were not sure whether this was intentional, but we solved it by using the bathtub instead, which worked well for us. One situation, however, left us feeling uncomfortable. The day before our departure, a housekeeping staff member knocked on our door and insisted that we fill out a Google feedback form on the spot. While the room was clean and we had no notable concerns regarding his work, we did not feel it was appropriate to complete a Google review in that situation. It also seemed he may not have been aware that the Google form reflects the rating of the entire hotel, not only his individual performance. Despite this, our stay overall was wonderful, and we left with many positive memories.
