Just when you think it can't get better.

As world traveler's we have realised that it's not the location of the hotel, the number of pools or restaurants but the level of service that is the most difficult to maintain. Having stayed at Rixos Seagate earlier in the year we were so pleased to find that "thing have just gotten better" this was our fifth trip. . Food and Drinks great value and quality and so much choice. The staff are without exception what brought us back and had us book our third stay in February next year. A little kindness on the part of the quests goes along way remember so many of the staff members are away from their families. We feel part of the Rixos family and are so looking forward to our next stay. Party on. So many stand out staff, sorry if we haven't mentioned you but here goes.....many thanks to Jacqueline in the lobby Bar, Andrew and Islam in the all the restaurants, Khalid at the pool, Tarek and the girls in the entertainment team, DJ Bob and his giant of a minder head of security Artef and all the other great members of the Rixos team.

Arrived around 19.00,check in was quick and easy.got to our room which spacious and very comfortable.our cleaner (Ahmed)done a great job.everywhere we ate we couldn't fault but our favourite was the Brazilian steakhouse,food was superb and good service from gamal the guy who served us.drinks were fantastic in every bar we visited.staff were great, very friendly apart from one of the girls on the guest relation team,I think her name was Oksana,we found her incredibly rude and unhelpful,I visited the desk to ask a couple of questions about the resort and both times she was really abrupt, when we went there the following day we didn't approach the desk as she was sitting there and I wasn't going to be spoken to again in a rude manner.this is the best hotel we have stayed in and we had an incredible time from start to finish,the only blemish was the rude guest relation person.

Excellent hotel but poor room

The hotel has exceptional facilities for children and families. The food was amazing. The location of the hotel is 15 min cab drive from the airport so is conveniently located. The only issue we had was the room we were given- Aqua side. It was a deluxe room on the top floor which meant we had to climb 2 flights of winding stairs with our baby. There was no lift. Our room was a 3 star- very average, and in need of serious renovation. We had a birds nest above our bathroom (see video) and the hot water for the shower was very slow.
