Plenty to do, lots of space and never felt crowded. You can eat and drink around the clock. Staff make the place what it is, they are all willing to go above and beyond for you and I now understand how people can return to the same hotel. Entertainment wasn't the normal run of the mill, it far exceeded my expectations like everything did to be honest. The pier was a joy to walk down with no 2 days being the same. The restaurant staff were amazing and catered for my gluten free diet - big thank you for my omelette, spaghetti bolognase, pizza, pancakes and sweet and sour chicken. The shuttle bus service was a great addition and we would often just have a ride around on it lol. The drinks menu was extensive. and A massive plus for me was not being pestered to buy things or do things all the time and every member of staff were professional and not like other hotels in the region where men try to chat women up. To find fault with this hotel I would be really be going out of my way - thank you so much Rixos for making our holiday one we will never forgot and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Stayed in room 7104 from 15/06/2026 until the 22/06/2026. Previously stayed in Rixos Premium Belek (RPB) and having stayed in different resorts in Egypt, thought this might be a good fit. On our previous stay at Rixos Premium Belek, we rated our experience as 10/10. Our stay at Rixos Premium Seagate (RPS) is rated as 9/10. The differences between the two properties (in our opinion) are below; Drinks around the pool; At RPB, drinks around the pool are free flowing, easily served 6-7 times per day, without the constant need to tip to guarantee the bar staff returning. At RPS, on multiple days we were asked if we wanted a drink only 2 times. This is despite tipping the bar staff on multiple occasions. Drinks fridges around the property; At RPB, the drinks fridges around the property have water, fruit juice, and soft drinks in (Coke, Coke Zero, Fanta, Sprite etc). At RPS, the drinks fridges only have bottled water and the odd carton of fruit juice. Booking of à la carte restaurants; At RPS, the booking system for gaining a reservation at the à la carte restaurants is completely flawed. At 1600 you are expected to log in, and try to book for the following 48 hours. We tried this multiple times and at 1601, all booking slots were already gone. Overall, a very good family holiday, but adopting a few more touches from other Rixos Premium properties would make the next step up from 9/10 to 10/10.
