I am writing to formally complain about the terrible experience my family and I had during our recent stay at your hotel.
This was our fourth time staying at Rixos Seagate, and unfortunately, it seems that every time we visit, we end up having to complain about something during our stay. This time, we decided not to raise all our complaints immediately because we had booked the Mykonos restaurant to celebrate my birthday and wanted to enjoy the occasion with our family.
Unfortunately, after eating at the restaurant, we became sick and spent much of the remainder of our stay unwell. This completely ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday holiday.
There were also several other unacceptable issues. At the beginning of our stay, we requested a room change because my wife suffers from back pain and was struggling to go up and down the stairs to our room. Despite explaining her situation, this request was not properly accommodated.
In addition, the shower in our room was not working properly. We reported this to the cleaners in the morning, but nothing was done to resolve the problem.
Before checking out, we requested a late check-out until 3:00 pm. We made this request the night before, yet the following day we were kept waiting at reception for a long time because the receptionist did not seem willing to approve our request. It was only after I explained that my wife was sick that the request was finally accepted. However, what made the situation even more disappointing was that at approximately 3:05 pm, just minutes after our agreed late check-out time, the water in our room was cut off.
After being loyal guests and visiting your hotel four times, we feel extremely disappointed by the way we have been treated. We have always wanted to return, particularly because our son really likes the hotel, which is the main reason we have continued coming back despite previous issues.
However, after this experience, we feel that our loyalty has not been valued. Instead of enjoying my birthday holiday with my family, we experienced illness, problems with our room, poor handling of our requests and a general lack of care.
Unless this complaint is taken seriously and properly addressed, I can honestly say that, despite our son loving the hotel, we will not be returning to Rixos Seagate in the future.
I expect a full investigation into what happened, particularly regarding the illness we experienced following our visit to the Mykonos restaurant, as well as an explanation and response regarding the other issues raised above. I also expect you to explain what you intend to do to address our very disappointing experience.

We spent our summer vacation at Rixos Premium Seagate in Sharm El Sheikh, and it was a truly wonderful experience from beginning to end.
The hotel itself was beautiful, and we had a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday, but what made our stay especially memorable was the exceptional service and, above all, the kindness of the staff. Everyone we met was welcoming, attentive, respectful, and genuinely caring.
I would especially like to mention Abed Elrahman Mahmoud Hamdan and Eslam Muhareb, who work in the main dining hall. Both of them took wonderful care of us throughout our stay and showed my son exceptional kindness and attention.

Eslam Muhareb was also extremely kind, attentive, and caring toward us, and especially toward my son. We are very grateful to both of them for making us feel so welcome.

The food entertainment and staff were all absolutely amazing we stayed with our 11 year old son and can not fault this hotel I would say it’s more like a little village , you jump on a shuttle from little stops outside your blocks to locate every area of the hotel from the restaurants to the beach or going between the aqua park and adult hotel it really has endless amounts to do and the Roxy kids club has everything from PlayStation rooms, cinema room , music room , pottery room , baby sunbeds with canopies and play area and they host their own kids shows where they give the birthday child a gift in a bag and everyone sings happy birthday. The staff were so good with all the kids and loved their jobs, if you child wanted to leave they would message your children miss you for you to pick them up and you can hop on a shuttle a be there from anywhere inside the hotel in 15 mins. They also have a food hall with teppanyaki ice cream and fried chicken which my son said taste like kfc , the entertainment staff in the evening especially Aldana she was amazing and sat with us one night for the show. The jetty is long but the shuttle will take you half way and you walk the rest but their were a lot of fish to see there we visited the mangal bbq and Brazilian which were both great and the Turkish ice cream man was hilarious and had us all laughing. We can’t wait to come back with the rest of our family for another stay 5 stars

We have just returned from an exceptional five-night family stay at Rixos Premium Seagate. The resort is beautiful, exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The pools, beach and restaurants were fantastic, but what made our holiday truly memorable was the outstanding service and genuine kindness of the staff.
The reception and Guest Relations teams were professional and extremely helpful. They carefully considered our pre-arrival requests and provided us with exactly the room we had requested, which made our stay much easier and more comfortable while travelling with our young daughter and stroller. The WhatsApp assistance was also excellent, with every request handled quickly and professionally.
We would especially like to recognise Ezzat and Farid at Turquoise Restaurant for always being welcoming, attentive and helpful.
A special thank you to Sayed from the housekeeping and room service team. He took exceptional care of our room throughout the entire stay. It was always spotless, comfortable and fully stocked, and we never lacked anything.
We would also like to thank Ibrahim from the resort transportation team. He was always cheerful, friendly and eager to help, and he took the time to explain the resort and its facilities to guests.
Ahmed, the lifeguard at the Premium Pool, was attentive, professional and always ready to assist us.
Soliman, the wonderful barista at Coffee Planet, prepared our coffee perfectly every day. We visited him twice daily, and he always welcomed us warmly with a smile.
Mohamed also prepared some of the best fresh orange juice we have ever had.
All the staff at the à la carte restaurants were cheerful, attentive and professional, and they served us excellent and beautifully presented food. We would also like to thank every member of the transportation, restaurant, reception, beach, pool and Guest Relations teams.
I genuinely worry that I may have forgotten to mention someone by name, because every member of staff contributed positively to our holiday. Please extend our sincere appreciation to the entire Rixos Premium Seagate team. No one fell short in any way.

We loved the grounds and the restaurants and food were amazing the staff were so excellent and catered to our needs.
The room we stayed was starting to look a little worn out especially the bathrooms etc .
We had a room on the 3rd floor which was too high so we asked for a room on the lower floors which we managed to get one the 2nd day which was lovely. We did find booking the restaurants a little tedious as the QR code wouldn’t work sometimes and the Que in the lobby around 4 pm would be so long. We just booked one day.

Overall satisfied with our stay. The range of entertainment was lacking in the evenings for adults, kids club was good. We found the service was slow on several occasions especially around the pool's and the main dining hall. On two occasions we were asked what we would like to drink and then forgotten about. We enquired about a room upgrade and felt the front desk were rude and dismissive, a simple 'sorry nothing available' would have been okay. Disappointed with the booking system for restaurants, over a ten night stay we only managed to get a reservation at 3 places.

We had a lovely experience at Rixos Seagate Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is great, and the food was delicious with plenty of variety. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful holiday.
There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. Some members of staff would benefit from additional training, especially the staff at the kids’ club. Unfortunately, one of the girls there needs to improve the way she communicates with parents and should be more respectful and welcoming. I also felt that some of the information given to parents was not always accurate, which can be frustrating when you are leaving your children at the kids’ club. I hope the management can provide better training in customer service, communication and inclusivity.
The food was excellent, but the cocktails and mocktails definitely need improvement. They would benefit from having more experienced staff preparing them, as unfortunately many of the drinks we tried were not very good.
Another area that could be improved is accessibility. It would be much more convenient to have lifts available in the buildings where the rooms are located, especially for parents travelling with young children and pushchairs.
Apart from these points, we had a beautiful experience at Rixos Seagate. It is a lovely resort with great food, beautiful surroundings and plenty to enjoy. With some improvements to staff training, drinks and accessibility, it could be an even better experience for families.
