Delicious food, friendly service. Only one moment a bit disappointed me. It was my wife’s Happy Birthday. We booked a table in the Salt restaurant for the celebration for 9 people by the guest relation. But it was only 7 places when we came. The stuff added table and chairs - no problem, thanks for that. There was only one decoration on the table a red rag, it will be better without anything then this. What was really amazing it’s a fire show in Rixos Radamis before concert and a disco after the concert of Lara Fabian. Especially we liked Japanese restaurant. We’re lucky because nobody was there and the chef did a great show only for us! Rixos Premium Seagate is our regular place to stay. We will definitely go back.

The hotel has very friendly staff and a very beautifully decorated environment (environment). Compared to the outside, the room was very outdated and dirty (in the corners) Which does not meet the standards of a high-class hotel at all. The kids club was boring when there were no events. I really liked the opportunity to visit the hotel restaurants, although some of them were disappointing, but a very interesting concept that you don't have to eat bistro all the time.

We stayed at Rixos Premium Seagate for our honeymoon. Everything—from the food and activities to the rooms and drinks—was absolutely perfect. I would especially like to thank Ahmet Jomaa (our waiter at the entertainment pool), and Yesi and Tarek from the entertainment team. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. In fact, all of the staff were very welcoming. If I had one suggestion, the cocktails could be improved. We tried the Salt and Epicure restaurants; I personally enjoyed Salt, while my wife preferred Epicure. The chef at the Turquoise restaurant constantly checked in on us to ensure everything was okay, which was a very kind gesture. The temperature of the entertainment pool was great; we never felt cold. Unfortunately, the jetty was closed for maintenance during our first 3-4 days, but that was okay. We had a wonderful time!"
