We only stayed 2 nights at this hotel but we're blown away at the quality of the hotel the rooms the way its organised and the staff It was a short stay but we will definitely stay again the next time we visit The aqua park was great for the kids I loved the little extra touches such as slippers and bathrobes for the kids-so cute!

A fantastic hotel - has everything you need! Great restaurants, great entertainment for everyone. Pools were brilliant, kids loved aqua park and also the daily walk along the jetty to spot fish, with the amazing reef at the end - our daughter (eight) has always been nervous in the sea but this was a great experience for her! Our room was looked after fantastically well by Gamal, who made some beautiful towel animals that the kids enjoyed coming back to every day.

Since I keep receiving emails asking how my experience was, here is the truth: I did not have a good time. We reserved an Aqua room specifically to avoid the noise from the evening entertainment, but we were given a room at the main site instead. At check-in, we were assigned to Building 17, which is very close to a stage. I immediately asked the receptionist if it would be loud at night. He assured me, "All the entertainment will happen at the stage near the sea, not this one. It will not be noisy at all." While we liked the convenience of the location, we are furious that we were deliberately lied to. The music went on until 11:30 PM. My son had a terrible case of food poisoning and was lying in bed, completely unable to fall asleep because it WAS noisy. If we had chosen this room, we would have accepted the consequences—but we didn't. I explicitly raised my concerns and was completely deceived.
