At first, I was very surprised that we can stay in more better room than we booked. Than, we were surprised again! Because Rixos PS have 24/7 restaurant! It is very comfortable, because we love sleep))) Great aquapark with pool, where we can swing on the waves, funny carting, our granddaugthers were delighted! Nothing compares clean in our room! Cleaner left different funny figures every day)) Especislly thanks! Sea is wonderful! Reef is fantastic! Colorful fishes, cristal water, waves, attentive lifeguards! A lot of souvenirs stores around hotel, official Adidas, that was very comfortable. And "cherry on the cake" - personal cake for my birthday! Thank you so much!!! It was very pleasant! I think, no, I sure, we will back to the Rixos Premium Seagate!

Generally we had a good stay. But I'd like to notice the incident with the receptionist Mohamed. He met us and said that there's a better room available for our honeymoon and we have to wait an hour for it. We waited. And that room appeared to be very old, dirty and with additional bed that we didn't need. And after our complain we were transferred to another better room
