The hotel is excellent, with high quality food throughout. The bar near reception serves a great selection of premium drinks and spirits. Hmada, who cleaned our room, was outstanding, extremely attentive and always willing to help, ensuring the room was spotless every day. This was our third stay here and we have loved every visit.

3rd Rixos we have stayed at. Dubai the Palm and Ras Al Khaimah. 2 adults, 16 year old and 11 year old. Service is very slow at every bar and restaurant, lots of staff but mostly stood around. Trying to book A La carte restaurants painful, app is terrible. No availability. Wouldn’t recommend based on our first few days here.

During me 7 day stay at rixos premium seagate i had such a wonderful time experiencing a plethora of different cuisines at the numerous different restaurants at the hotel. From the regular day restaurants like the food court, and turquoise and veranda to the Al la cartes in the evening. I also enjoyed the plentiful activities offered from the grass gym to the wooden gym and even the football, table tennis and volleyball. Mohamed who runs the football is great and so fun to be around makes the whole activity a blast.

Underwhelming. Don't bother.

Ultra All Inclusive? More Like Ultra Underwhelming. We arrived at Rixos Premium Seagate Sharm El Sheikh expecting ultra all inclusive. What I got was… moderately inclusive with a side of confusion. Let’s start with the positives, because they’re quick: - Nice room (we had junior suite) - Excellent housekeeping - Heated pools And… that’s genuinely it. Food & Drinks (or: How to Feel Mildly Hungry at All Times) The main restaurant is repetitive to the point where you start recognising meals like old acquaintances. Meat? Dry. Fish? Dry. Potatoes? Also dry (impressive consistency, really). Salads are… experimental. Sometimes they look fresh, sometimes they look like they’ve lived a full life already. Table service is patchy, and the wine situation deserves its own paragraph. You’re served a quarter glass of wine.. not a tasting, not a pour, a gesture. Naturally, you learn to order two glasses immediately just to construct one normal-sized drink. Want juice or water? Don’t you dare pour it yourself. You must wait for a man with a trolley. Why? No one knows. Coffee is forgettable at best, tragic at worst. Lukewarm. Ice cream? Limited choice (mostly 3 flavours ) no cones, and you can get two small scoops in a plastic tub , like you’re negotiating dessert rations. I know what ultra all inclusive is. This… absolutely isn’t. À La Carte Restaurants (Book Now, Eat in the Distant Future) The website proudly advertises many à la carte restaurants. Reality check: you can only book at 4pm, and only for the day after tomorrow. Blink and you miss it. Miss it and you’re back to dry potatoes. - Salt Restaurant: Underwhelming doesn’t cover it. Strange-looking starters, dry fish, and lumpy pasta so clearly reheated it practically admitted guilt. We fled before dessert. - LaLezar (Turkish): Why are we drinking red wine from plastic blue glasses? Portions are tiny, the beef skewer was nice , a rare bright spot , but not enough to redeem the experience. Menu? What Menu? One more modern inconvenience disguised as innovation: there are no physical menus anywhere — for drinks or food. Everything is locked behind QR codes, assuming you have your phone, battery, signal, and patience at all times. Not exactly relaxing when you just want to see what you’re being served without conducting a digital scavenger hunt. Pools & Service At the pools, there appears to be one waiter, who may or may not be mythical. Drinks are sub-par, enthusiasm even lower. One ice cream station nearby, offering two flavours of ice lollies. Premium, apparently. Snacks or(gasp) Lunch by the pool -nope, never seen any. Nightly Noise Bonus As a final “premium” touch, there’s a blasting concert every single night from 21:30 until midnight. Great if you’re here for a festival, less so if you were hoping to relax, talk, or sleep (or get your young kids to sleep). The volume is not optional, unavoidable, and thoroughly exhausting.. because nothing says luxury like involuntary nightclub attendance. Final Verdict This is not a premium 5-star experience by any stretch of the imagination. For the $7,500 USD we paid (junior suite), we could have had an exceptional stay at a real ultra all inclusive ..like Ela Excellence in Antalya, for example. Instead, we got disappointment wrapped in branding. Ultra all inclusive? No. Ultra frustrating? Yes PS - I am writing this from home after managing just 5 days at the resort, I could and would not stay here for full 14 nights we had booked, couldn't wait to leave!
