I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Rixos Hotel Spa. The atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious from the moment I arrived, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. My therapist, Oil, was exceptional. I chose the Thai massage, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Oil was highly skilled, professional, and attentive, applying the perfect balance of pressure and technique. The massage truly relieved all my tension and left me feeling refreshed and energized. I highly recommend the Rixos Spa, especially if you have the chance to book a Thai massage with Oil. It was an outstanding experience, and I will definitely be coming back. Soha garcin

Stayed as a family at the hotel. Feels like things downgraded since my last stay, however some other things are great, and the overall stay is very positive The cons: Buffet food is disappointing You re entitled to food at "a la carte restaurant" which are good. However the booking process is broken : when the booking window opens, restaurants are already fully booked. However you can go to the reception and they will book for you ahead of everybody else... Everybody is booking a seat at the swimming pool. This is actually rncouraged by the hotel as the staff will help you to book... The pros: Swimming pools are heated in winter The spa is amazing. Had a thai massage with Nittaya that i enjoyed a lot! A la carte restaurant are good Facilities are clean and nice (even if the furnitures mighr deserve a renovation) The gardens are perfectly maintained The area with pools and slides are monitored carefully, which is not something you always get in egypt

I had an absolutely fantastic time at Rixos Premium Seagate Aqua! The resort exceeded all my expectations — from the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.The Aqua Park is a true highlight — great fun for all ages with plenty of slides, pools, and relaxing spots. It’s the perfect mix of excitement and comfort. The food selection was incredible, with so many delicious options that it was hard to choose just one favorite.A huge thank you to Rita for her exceptional hospitality and warm personality. She made our stay even more special with her helpfulness and genuine care. People like her really set this resort apart — you can see she truly loves what she does.Overall, our experience was unforgettable. Whether you’re visiting for family fun, relaxation, or a bit of both, Rixos Premium Seagate is the perfect destination. We’ll definitely be back soon! 🌴✨

Year in, year out, it consistently delivers what is, in our experience, the best value-for-money luxury family resort across Europe and Africa. The formula works because it is relentlessly consistent: exceptional service, polished entertainment, and a family offering that is genuinely thought through — not just marketed. Service That Builds Loyalty, Not Just Satisfaction What truly sets this resort apart is its people. Many of the team members we first met four years ago are still here, and that continuity creates something rare in hospitality: real relationships. Ahmed Adly, lifeguard at the main pool, is outstanding. Attentive without being intrusive, genuinely warm with children, proactive in safety, and meticulous about cleanliness. He embodies trust — exactly what families want around water. Behoy at the Turquoise Restaurant represents polished, international-level service. Articulate, calm, efficient, and welcoming — he elevates every dining experience and makes guests feel personally valued. Raghab, a familiar and reassuring presence year after year, is the definition of consistency and reliability. Junior from the animation team top guy very good at explaining and engaging the audience getting us involved with all of their entertainment. Especially the dance my wife loved it fantastic service really appreciate it. Ayman, poolside bartender, delivers flawless service with professionalism and warmth. His cocktail skills, speed, and attentiveness set the standard for leisure hospitality. Karim, the roller-blading waiter, is a standout personality. Honest, honourable, and exceptionally knowledgeable, he gives confident guidance on quality spirits and drink pairings — a rare skill that adds real perceived value. Chef Gazal at the Mangal restaurant deserves special recognition. Over four years, he has consistently gone above and beyond, particularly for dietary preferences. Our family does not eat beef, and the alternative dishes he prepared were not compromises — they were highlights. The Best Kids Club We’ve Seen — Anywhere Without exaggeration, this is the best kids club we have encountered. It’s engaging, well-run, safe, and genuinely enjoyable for children — which directly translates into relaxed parents and longer stays. For family-focused resorts, this is where loyalty is won or lost, and this resort wins decisively. Reef, Water, and Experience As a diver, I can confidently say this: you do not need to dive here. The house reef is so rich and accessible that snorkeling alone delivers an unforgettable experience. It’s immersive, vibrant, and world-class — an enormous asset that many resorts underplay. The resort offers a luxury-grade water park that children love. One practical note: the park is strict on height restrictions (under 1.2m), which some families with younger children should factor into planning. That said, safety is clearly the priority. Final Verdict This is not a one-off success — it’s a repeatable, proven model of family luxury done right. The resort understands that real value lies not just in facilities, but in people, consistency, and emotional connection. We don’t return because it’s convenient. We return because it’s exceptional.
