We had an amazing time at your hotel, food was good with a wide choice to choose from, staff were friendly, it was very clean, wasn't too busy, hossam and eslam at the pool bar were helpful, alot of agents walking round trying to sell trips and excursions, probably too many but we tried a few trips and although we felt they were expensive compared to what others paid we found the trips we'll organsised. We will definitely recommend the hotel to other friends and family and we hope to return next year. Looking at the price for next year for me and the family of 6 it looks expensive. If there's a cheaper way to book the holiday we would like to know. We have 4 children aged 4, 8, 12 and 16. Thanks so much for your hospitality. From Steven and Hayley from England

Luxury everywhere

Luxury hotel, service everywhere, all what you need os available. There were two exceptions only, the first at the Mangal, where service was not as expected and food was too salty. The second is a suggestion to add towels at the sea deck

Poor service and favouritism to certain people

When coming to the resort, we were pushed aside by other guests. No queuing system and took over 4 hours to receive our room key. We were celebrating our honeymoon and they made me cry! The room given was dirty. We asked for an upgrade and happy to pay. They said none available. After a while e found out they did have many available but didn't want to give them to us. Even though we were willing to pay for it. Other guests were treated like 5 star, because of where they were from. I also have an accor account and wanted to put my details alongside this and was just dismissed!

my experience was acceptable however, the water in the toilet's faucet and shower was brown every single time which means the water pipes were not clean at all, because it didn't happen only once but every single time i used the toilet/ shower. The cupboard hiding the minibar was broken, all the furniture was outdated. However the only thing that made me satisfied was the food.
