The rooms were clean, cleaning and changing towels every day. The drinks and alcohol were impeccable. Excellent children's room and entertainment for children with animators. I really liked the SPA, Thai massage therapists work here. Special thanks to Ahmed Turky for the help with check-out.

I would like to specifically mention The reception team Adam, Mustafa this guys could not do enough for us. Girls Noor, Tasmeen were also very helpful and patient with all our requests. Really amazing members of Rixos. Houseman looked after our rooms in block 7( 7006.7007) for all the days we were there was so kind, so attentive could not be happier. Mohamed Mustafa at the beach a real credit to the Rixos seagate. Man is a legend. He made sure our 80 year old mum feels safe in her first time snorkeling . He went in the water with her and she felt amazing. Rixos Seagate we are coming back next year. Thank you!

Amazing friendly, helpful staff where’ve you go. At the beach Mohamed, Ismail, Kahled, Ahmed and the others, very helpful sorting out the beds and windbreakers and also our ice bucket and drinks. We didn’t have the ice cream man at the beach this time which our grandsons really missed. Last year we happened to book our holiday when it was Mayfest, I did email the hotel but didn’t get a response as to if was happening in 2025 The lights and entertainment last year were far better than this year. It’s a very large hotel but spread over a vast area. The Aqua rooms are at the Aqua park at the back of the resort, restaurants and beach at the front of the resorts. Golf buggies transfer you throughout the resort. it’s a good idea to look at the hotel map/plan online to see where you would prefer to have your rooms, which you can request at time of booking, but they won’t be guaranteed. The amenities offered are excellent, read the notice board by the towel station on the beach. Tells you everything that’s going on each day, entertainment and sport. Sadly the food court was closed for refurbishment during our week, but will be open now. The alternative offered was not a good move, with food being stood in the sun beachside. Either not do it at all, as the Tourquoise restaurant would have sufficed, or do a proper beach bbq which would have been a lovely substitute. This was disappointing for us. Our meal at O’livio the Italian was not very good. If you are offering Italian food, then please use a chef that can offer Italian cooking. Very disappointed with it all. Food everywhere else was pretty amazing as were all the helpful staff. This was our third visit, shame management don’t recognise repeat visitors- well not that we were aware of. We intend visiting again - the short transfer from the airport. Friendliness of staff. Particularly if reception can give us a room of our choice. But please start updating your bedrooms and bathrooms they are not up to the standard we enjoy or your hotel deserves.

Family Holiday Easter 2024

Awesome resort, with brilliant staff, wide variety of food and mega night time entertainment. We went on a holiday over Easter 2024 (last year), the resort was that good we actually had to force ourselves on an excursion to see some of the outside, but literally could have just stayed in the resort the whole time. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Lots of choice of food in the different restaurants. Night time entertainment is on a different level to anywhere we’ve ever been, it’s like a concert every night. We’re returning next week for our second trip, we don’t usually go places twice but this place is too good not to return.

Fantastic 10 days at Rixos Seagate Aqua. The resort is huge! We stayed in the aqua side and absolutely loved it. This side has a more chilled atmosphere away from the hussle and bussle of the main area. Yes the 2 sides are separated by a road or a tunnel on a shuttle service. The road is by no means a major highway as sone described and neither is it a problem with security gates. We enjoyed strolling over every night for dinner in the a la carte restaurants, it’s a nice walk pre and post dinner. If u didn’t want to walk shuttles are always available to take u and operate every 15 minutes. The aqua side has a buffet style restaurant and also a speciality Greek a la carte. All a la carts need to be prebooked, which u can easily do on the app. We had no problem booking each day and managed to try out all of them. The food was exceptional throughout the resort! Abundance of choice for every meal. Snorkelling off the end of the jetty is breathtaking!! Just as good as paid for Snorkeling excursions in their national park. There are a lot of jelly fish, however all were non stingers and able to touch/swim with them. They were beautiful purple colour. The water park was superb 👌 loads of slides, beautiful setting. We found it to be less busy between 10-11am. Our son loved this area and visited most days with his friends. Staff were fantastic, friendly, smily and always there to help. They are amazing with kids, pay so much attention to them. The resort was spotless, clean and beautiful. We loved it so much we are already planning to come back next year If you pondering over booking, do t hesitate and don’t let sone of tue comments on other reviews put u off. You will gage an amazing time. Thank you Rixos Seagate Aqua, we will be back 🙌
