We stayed at Rixos Seagate Sharm El Sheikh for 7 nights and 8 days. Overall, our vacation was amazing! The food was delicious and of the highest quality, and the service was top-notch—fast, professional, and genuinely warm. The facilities are excellent, leaving nothing to be desired. A very special and heartfelt thank you goes to the Rixi Club (Kids Club) team, especially Fatma! She gave our children so much love, warmth, and care, playing with them like they were her own younger siblings. The kids formed such a strong bond with her that they cried during check-out because they had to say goodbye. My family and I are deeply grateful to Fatma and wish her all the best! The only point for improvement: Throughout our entire 8-day stay, it was impossible to book a table at the Salt and BBQ restaurants due to lack of availability. On our last day, we visited Salt in person and explained to the manager that it was our final evening, but he refused to accommodate us even though the restaurant was mostly empty at the time. We hope the reservation system is addressed to make the guest experience 100% perfect. Thank you to the entire Rixos team

We enjoyed our stay. The amenities, food, staff and services were excellent; however, our main issue was with the room itself as it was dated and in need of renovation. The furnishing and bathroom appeared old and definitely not a 5 -star hotel room. I wish there was more flexibility to accommodate a family of 5 like us with 3 kids in a suite, but I called before booking and that was not an option, neither the option of 2 connecting rooms.

Thank you for your hospitality. The hotel staff truly made our trip happy and enjoyable. The team at the pool, bar, and housekeeping were wonderful, and Mustafa at reception was especially helpful and welcoming. However, the hotel itself was somewhat disappointing. Some of the facilities and equipment felt outdated, and the quality of the ingredients used for the food, as well as its presentation, was below the standard we had experienced during previous stays. In past years, the food and ingredients seemed fresher and of a much higher quality. Most concerning, four members of our group suffered from stomach illness during the stay. This is not what we expect from a hotel of the Rixos standard, especially considering the price we paid. We had expected more from this visit. Nevertheless, this remains one of our favorite places, and we sincerely hope that the quality will improve and return to the high standard we remember from previous years.
