The hotel is ok, the staff on the whole are friendly (some aren't but the majority were nice), the facilities are good but a little tired. Food wasn't great, the buffets looked like they'd be sat there a while (definitely saw the same dishes at lunch and then still there at dinner - yuk!) and I personally got gastro issues from the food unfortunately. We had a good time as a family, mainly because our children had a good time in the pools, waterpark and the sea - we just don't feel like the hotel was good value for money overall.

Stay was enjoyable with helpful staff! Rooms are dated and could do with refurbishment. Booking system for à la carte restaurants is a concern with most restaurants fully booked at the time the system opens. Guest services were helpful in securing bookings.

Beautiful hotel but the buggies are far too many cannot have a leisurely stroll around the hotel as getting pushed onto the grass every 2 minutes. Hard with small children as they don’t move out of the way fast enough, grandson nearly got run over at one point. Events tent should be positioned away from the hotel rooms as it is far far too loud.
