I love Twin Waters Novotel and feel like I am home every time I arrive. The rooms are comfortable and the venue is well laid out. Whilst we recognise Twin Waters Novotel is part of the Accor chain, I do believe they should support local spirits and beers. Their lack of community support in this area, is very disappointing. The Sola Bar menu is boring. Very few options for people with dietaries or wanting a small snack. I had an event, and this was the biggest feedback, that the menu is boring and needs to have specials, or change mor regularly.
