The hotel itself was ok, rooms and breakfast were what you'd expect, however we've had a horrible experience with payment and invoicing. The hotel staff seems very confused with the billing system, not able to bill people correctly when checking out and we've gotten multiple wrong invoices after our stay. When trying to correct them, it's really difficult to get a hold of an employee that's willing to help with the issue. No answers to emails, no willingness to help over the phone, and no way to reach out to anyone else. So, if you're booking this hotel for a business trip (which is what we did), you need to be extra careful to get the right invoice after your stay.

Typical Ibis Standard room, however the mattress was old and worn out. The mattress needs to be replaced.
