One of the reasons we booked here was that the website said there was a shuttle to the airport. There no longer is. Otherwise, hotel is clean, staff friendly, and great breakfast. We ended up walking to the metro to get to the airport. Easy to do and one stop away. Also had dinner the night before in a terrific Nepali restaurant nearby.

I would like to clarify that our hotel does not offer an airport shuttle service, and this is accurately reflected on our official website. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding with the Ibis Budget Aeropuerto, which is located farther from the airport and does operate a shuttle.
