Staff were extremely helpful. Early check in and bag drop/lockers were a big plus. The room was a good size and very comfortable. Convenient location near bus stations.

Sad that the espresso machine was not working.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the espresso machine not working during breakfast service. Unfortunately, there was an unexpected issue that same morning, although we are pleased to confirm it was repaired and back in operation later that day. In the meantime, we did offer coffee served in carafes during breakfast to ensure guests could still enjoy their morning coffee. I picked your hotel because it indicated a free shuttle service to the airport. When I arrived and tried to schedule, I was advised there is no shuttle and I had to take a taxi. I was assured there were many taxis, all the time, parked out front. I did see several when I arrived. The man, who arrived after me, asked the same question about a shuttle service and he was told the same, "You need to take a taxi". I told the female checking me in that the website needed to be updated and she said, "Yes it does". My shower head would not stay up high, when the water was on. It kept sliding down the post to a 4-ft tall size person, so I had to duck down to try to wash my hair. I tried tightening the mechanism several times but it would not work. It only started high when the water was off. The next day there was only one taxi out front, which I was grateful for. Other than that, I slept well and the shower felt nice. I just finished walking Camino French Route, so I was too tired to explore the entire hotel. 40 days of walking can do that to you.

The information displayed on our website is carefully reviewed and updated on a monthly basis to ensure its accuracy. It is clearly stated that we do not provide a shuttle service, and we also detail the various transportation options available for reaching the airport. For this reason, we believe there may have been some confusion with information from another hotel. Regarding taxi availability, there are usually taxis waiting directly outside the hotel. In the rare event that none are available at the moment a guest requires one, our reception team is happy to call a taxi, which typically arrives within less than five minutes. This is possible because the local taxi dispatch center is located just a short distance from the hotel. The smell of whatever was used for the smell was way too strong. It was hurtful while breathing. The AC was not really working, it was better to open the window to let the 37 hot air in than to use the air conditioning.
