Very welcoming even though we arrived at midnight. Great breakfast. Rooms are quite small but perfectly ok for an overnight stay.

Orange juice at breakfast had been diluted with water; this is below the standard I had come to expect.

Following your comment, we reviewed the service and identified a one-off technical issue with the juice dispensing machine, which resulted in an incorrect dilution of the product. This issue has now been fully resolved, and the equipment is operating normally again. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. I was in this hotel with my family on 8 January. The hotel looks good, but there is a problem with the heat. It is too cold in the room.... I not recomand in winter time.

costumer service was not nice. I arrived from the airport around 11:30pm. just to sleep for a few hours before my next flight. my key did not work. went back downstairs. they did not apologize. did not give my member discount (I asked). they said I booked from accord and not from Ibis ... anyway, overall it was a good experience with the hotel. the pizza was very good.Room cleaned.
