Good location close to metro, bars and shops. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but good for a short stop over.

Location was ideal from the airport and nice to have a few shops around, especially the supermarket. Great stopover. Hotel was clean and comfortable and staff very helpful and friendly. Parking underground and easy to locate

Good, clean, friendly suitable and fair price. However website indicated there was a shuttle service, but when we called for the shuttle we were told it wasn’t available due to COVID. With transport added we could have stayed at other hotels close by for quite a bit less.

When the hotel was reopened , we decided that the shuttle service must be postponed till the COVID situation was more controlled. We can't guarantee social distance in such a sort space , different luggage is sharing the same space in the bus etc. This information was published in our site on June 23rd. I know that shuttle is a great service for our guess and I hope that the service will be available asap. Kind regards. Javier

Hotel as usual was simple but nice and comfortable. Good to have the food and drink options on-premises especially in the current setup. I was disappointed that the airport shuttle has been discontinued though. Very helpful staff as usual.

This was a one night stay. Everything was well organized and I generally felt safe. However, there was a minor incident: I was given the keys to a room that was already occupied. Fortunately, I didn't come in contact with the guest.

Due to some trouble with my flights, I needed accomodation for me and my dog. All hotels do not accept pets during Covid, but this does. The privat parking was also nice.

It would be much better if there's a fridge.

At Ibis, There is not a fridge in each room because we have our bar open 24/7 where you can find a larger and cheaper choice than in a little fridge. Our hotels , Novotel and Pullman are equipped with minibar and Coffee&Tea facilities in each room. They are located at 5 minutes from us. For a night it was ok. Cleans and bed comfortable. Reception was great (very helpful people) Great location to go to the airport.

Te ruego que en tu próxima estancia si tienes cualquier incidencia nos lo digas en el transcurso de la misma. En lo tocante a las TV estamos buscando una solución. Ibamos a reformar todas las habitaciones en octubre , incluido TV. Ahora estoy buscando como mejorar la recepción de estos televisores analógicos. It's a fine location for getting to the airport but the area itself is quite dull. So is the hotel. It's clean and bright but very boring and simple. Also, there were no room service of any kind or water/fridge.

It's August and there is a lot of people on holidays , we have to add that some restaurants, hotels and shops are still closed due to the Covid crisis and the open hotels have a few guest only. Accomodation was fine. The best bits: the bed (very comfortable) and the staff (helpful and courteous, going the extra mile to ensure a good stay). I missed the buffet breakfast, one of the added-value of Ibis hotels, but the breakfast provision was fine, with a number of choices available, and staff offered refills and extra food if needed. The not so good bits: the TV could do with an upgrade and the choice of channels was rather limited. The negative: one of the main reasons I chose the hotel was because of the provision of an airport shuttle bus but I was only told about the suspension on the morning of my stay, by which time it was too late to consider cancelling the booking. This kind of information should be prominently displayed on the website so that guests can make an informed decision.

We have always stayed at ibis because it is conveniently located to take our plane. Price is good and also it is very clean. This time we missed the shuttle. The shuttle was so convenient but this time we were a little disappointed because we need to take the taxi instead.

The hotel was as I expected from the Ibis group. The positives: - What I like best in Ibis hotels is the bed. Beds are really comfortable and so are the pillows. The bedroom was spacious enough for an overnight stay and it had basic facilities. - Another thing I always like about Ibis hotels is the breakfast buffet but, unfortunately, this was not available due to COVID-19. We were offered a decent selection of breakfast items which we could take to our room or eat in the dining room. - Hotel staff were efficient and courteous and went our of their way to help guests. The negatives: - I was disappointed with the TV both in size and channel options. I would have expected more choice from an airport hotel and the TV looked like it could do with an upgrade. - The biggest negative aspect I would like to mention was the fact that one of the reasons I chose this hotel was because of the shuttle bus to the airport service. I messaged the hotel regarding the service and I only got a reply on the morning of the actual day I was going to arrive to inform me that the shuttle bus was not running due to COVID-19. If I had known this beforehand I may have chosen another hotel to stay in so I think they need to make this information very clear on their website.

We have planned to refurbish all our rooms in October , I guess that we have to wait a little more due to the COVID crisis but I'm going to work hard to improve the reception of the TV channels. Unfortunately the shuttle bus didn’t work. The room was nice only the shower was a little bit broken. They should check it before some else checking in

Deberiamos haberlo detectado antes de poner la habitación a la venta.
