Hotel tired, but excellent location for an early flight out. Barajas is worth a wander out in the evening for something to eat on your final night (go to the main square for a few pretty reasonable restaurants). Best thing about this place is it’s walkable to terminal 3 (10/15 mins) but you will need to google map it as it’s a bit twisty-turny. Relatively cheap for an airport hotel, and it kinda shows. Again, great location for an off site airport hotel, but that’s kinda about it. Does what it’s supposed to do, nothing more nothing less.

Needed hand towels

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear that your dining experience did not meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the unavailable menu items and for the inconsistencies between the dishes served and their descriptions. You are absolutely right that a Pizza Margherita should include basil, and we understand your disappointment regarding the soup presentation and missing accompaniments. Please know that your comments have been shared with both our kitchen and housekeeping teams, as they help us identify areas where we must improve. We are currently going through a transition period with new internal systems and procedures, and although the team is working hard to adapt, we recognize that this should never negatively impact the guest experience. Very happy with our room and early check in. The room was compact but clean comfortable and everything electronic worked, good lighting spacious bathroom.

The room is rather poor and sad. Cleanliness could be improved. No service available at bar or restaurant. No shuttle bus to airport, got ripped off by taxi driver instead. I am not going to use this hotel again.

We are especially sorry that you did not like the style of the room and, above all, that the cleanliness was not satisfactory during your stay, as this is actually one of the aspects most highly rated by our guests. We will nevertheless review the situation with our team in order to continue maintaining the standards we aim to provide. Regarding your comment about the lack of bar and restaurant service, we do not fully understand this point, as the hotel offers a food menu available during extended hours from 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM, with part of the menu available 24 hours a day. In addition, we offer breakfast from 4:00 AM to 10:30 AM and a bar open 24 hours for our guests’ convenience. Concerning the airport transportation service, it is true that we do not provide a shuttle service. However, this information is clearly indicated before making a reservation so that each guest can choose the accommodation that best suits their needs. We are also very sorry to hear about your negative experience with the taxi service. In any case, this is an external service completely unrelated to the hotel, and therefore we do not believe it is fair to evaluate the hotel based on an incident that is beyond our control. The service wasn’t very good. After a work mistake caused the key card to stop working, the staff seemed more focused on explaining and joking about the mistake among themselves than apologizing to the customer.
