Shower head would not stay in place. No hand towels. Room too hot. Not enough pillows.

No es una de las quejas recurrentes de nuestros clientes , más bien nos califican de silencioso . Si tiene a bien aclareme cuales fueron esos ruidos para tratar de paliarlos si esta en nuestra mano. It is good for being close to the airport

This is my 2nd Ibis Hotel experience, and I only stayed at this location for 1 night, at the end of my vacation. I had traveled this day from Malaga to Madrid, the day before needing to be at the airport the next morning to fly home. I found the hotel very clean, and the atmosphere was modern and lovely. They have a restaurant that is open most of the day (I believe from around 430am to midnight), as well as a coffee/drinks bar as well in the lobby. There are also a couple of video games near the bar. The restaurant and coffee/drinks bar are pay as you go. The lobby also had a decent sized computer monitor next to the elevators that had the current flight information available. I thought this was a really modern and excellent amenity. The staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. They assisted with determining what time I should come downstairs the next morning based on what time I needed to be at the airport and assured me that there would be plenty of taxis waiting to help me. When I went outside, just as promised, there were at least 4-5 taxies waiting for potential customers. My room while small was nice and comfortable. Unlike the other Ibis location earlier in my vacation, this one did not provide wash cloths with the towels. All in all my biggest complaint about this location is that despite having a microwave on premises, they do not allow the guests to use it, and the only exception is if someone needs to warm up a baby bottle. I had arrived with my own food, so need of the restaurant, but because they wouldn't let me use the microwave, I had to eat it cold. I would expect though, that different locations, and even different levels, whether Budget, Ibis, or Styles, would all have similar basic items available at all of them, including always providing washcloths and a microwave in the lounge area, available to guests. Not being able to access the microwave was very disappointing. I would stay here again if only needing for 1 night.
