Needed a place to stay for an early flight out of Madrid Airport. Clean, newer property. Staff was good and room was comfortable and quiet.

The free shuttle bus at Madrid airport a was not where your employee wrote in an email prior to arrival. It also took ages to arrive The restaurant was very expensive, obviously knowing there were no other eateries within walking distance. Service in the restaurant was very slow, and surprisingly for a hotel near an international airport, staff didn’t’ Really speak English. Portions were small and really average.

The room is nice for a short stay. For a longer stay an addition of a mini fridge and some extra storage space for clothes be ideal. Also internet speed could be improved.
