The location is perfect and mostly because of the shuttle to the airport they offer. Also I had to stay there for another two days because my flight was delayed and they were always really kind.

Staff really good. The room wasn’t good enough the shower with drain problems and the water tap loose. The rug full of stains the towels not good . The breakfast not good at all. For 106 euros I think it is overpriced

The free shuttle bus at Madrid airport a was not where your employee wrote in an email prior to arrival. It also took ages to arrive The restaurant was very expensive, obviously knowing there were no other eateries within walking distance. Service in the restaurant was very slow, and surprisingly for a hotel near an international airport, staff didn’t’ Really speak English. Portions were small and really average.

I have been 2 times, and both times has been really difficult to be attended correctly. The Restaurant is busy and slow, and I was asking several times for an iron for 3 days and never had one. System was down, big queues in reception and the bar. The employees are good, but you can see lack of time to attend customers correctly.

I wanted to take a moment and acknowledge this fantastic hotel. Firstly, the theme is well executed with fine details around the hotel and rooms. I believe Hannah was working reception when we checked in and she was beyond amazing. We had a rough day, delayed flight and arrived at the hotel at 2am. Hannah was friendly, offered us our complimentary welcome drink, acknowledged my status and informed about the complimentary room upgrade and hotel facilities. The welcome gift in the room with rabbit shaped ‘eat me’ cookies was brilliant and on theme for Alice in Wonderland. Honestly, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for a while. Compliments to the manager, team working and restaurant staff. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
