1) check-in staff was welcoming, €25/night ~ without any amenities offered for her ie. bowl, dog bed, good thing I brought hers as we are going to be in Latin America for a few months.~ for my ES dog for the duration of our stay almost cost as much as our room for one night. 2) gentleman (bearded with glasses, pardon I respectfully didn’t ask his name) at restaurant was the best even though we didn’t dine there! His presence of mind and inter-personal skills is what most service staff can learn from him. His colleague at the reception on the same day (he has a pleasant smiling “can do” aptitude demeanour, pardon I also respectfully did not ask his name)has good communication skills. 3) had to tell 4 times to have my beer served at the lobby bar lounge, 3 times to the same girl!! however they allowed my best friend/dog to be with me and have her dinner within this area.

We had a very comfortable and high quality stay where we checked in late (11:30pm) and everything went smoothly. They gave us disposable toothbrushes which we needed due to a last minute flight delay. The check in process was a bit slow but the staff were very helpful.

Stayed a couple of nights, great for sight seeing and for dropping off rental car at airport. Local shops an restaurants a few minutes walk away. Very comfortable rooms/beds and great showers.
