My only complaint is that, since there were two rooms and I booked with All Accor, I requested that the rooms be close together, side by side, and this did not happen. We were on the same floor but far apart.

I had a great stay at Ibis Madrid airport. The hotel is quite new and it looks like there is a small core of staff that has been there since the opening who now have experience and are carrying the service. The rooms are new and nice ( although we had issues with the fire alarm light which staff couldn’t resolve). We had a nice dinner and breakfast was very good. Although the hotel is pet friendly, the rules appear to be overly restrictive and need to be improved with additional areas where pet owners can sit and eat. Staff super friendly and supportive which brought the experience to the next level

We were only able to stay two nights, but we were really satisfied from the time we checked in (lovely, friendly staff) and almost until we checked out! I say almost...the ONLY thing that stopped me giving a 10 was that the restaurant was extremely cold! It was the first time we've ever had to have a meal with our coats on! The food was great though!

Ibis staff was wonderful and helpful for our first time in Spain. Despite the language barrier they were friendly and flexible while we figured out our plans. Very clean rooms and nice accommodations- appreciated they allowed pets!
