I already stayed in your hotel many times. This time it was unfortunately less comfortable: the heating system did not work and although I informed the reception three times, the situation never changed. The room was cold during the entire stay. I was also disappointed by the fact that the heating system in the room was disconnected. The room itself in terms of furniture and amenities, the staff, the breakfast experience was as good as other times.

The hotel is lovely and I like it. The room had a pull-down bed, that felt very budget and not in keeping with the rest of the hotel.

The wardrobe bed option is highly appreciated by our long-term stays or clients working in their apartment as it allows for increased floor space. Nice stay and Good staff but only 2 points, normally hotel includes cleaning charges during booking but here it costs extra, also not many vegitarian breakfast options.

I have been to multiple Adagios and it is always a nice experience: the hotel is really nice, the small apartments are great, and the staff is always sopportive. This time I was unlucky and the heating system wasn't working in room (not the best for January). They haven't been able to fix it within my staying (4 days) and I had to rely on an electric heater. It is no one fault but it was unfortunately unpleasant
