We went there with our toddler and booked a studio with kitchen. They provided a bed crib and it was perfect. They even had a kids corner in the main area next to reception where our little one played. Also, a piano and lots of space to chill with our group of friends. The parking (20€/night) was convenient too. The area is nice with cool places nearby to have a cup of coffee/brunch and just across the bridge everything you must visit when in Toulouse. If we ever go back, we will definitely repeat the same accommodation!

Every little detail was taken care of, excellent kitchen facilities, large comfortable bed, the room was clean and I truly enjoyed my stay. Large and well designed lobby, friendly staff.

I would have given a score of ten but notwithstanding external day temperatures of 24-26 degrees, the aircon wasn’t functioning. Staff advised that it was too early in the year to activate. Perhaps you should amend your website to show that aircon availability is subject to the whims of senior management. WiFi reception was generally poor.

Regarding the activation of the air conditioning, it is actually dependent on French regulations concerning energy consumption reduction and the environment. We are only permitted to activate the air conditioning when temperatures exceed 26 degrees. During this season, we indeed do not reach these temperatures, which is why it is not activated. Despite a bad start with our online booking being cancelled without us knowing, this hotel is definitely worth staying in. I rang to see why my booking had been cancelled and despite not knowing the lady was helpful and rebooked me in. We arrived later that afternoon early to be told our room was ready. We asked for a quiet room and it definitely met our expectations and exceeded them. Large room, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and bedding, nice bathroom, and quiet. Downstairs you can have free hot drinks after 10 am which was a nice touch. Staff very friendly. Easy to walk to pont neuf bridge or over the bridge next to the hotel and in the capitol area in 10 mins. Lots of places to eat and drink just around the corner too. Nice area and ambience.
