This hotel is very well located in Saint Cyprien, the bedroom/bathroom was clean, quiet, comfortable and much spacier than many rooms on offer at a higher cost. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. We didn't have breakfast. The charge for the dog was 5 euros per night (other hotels have charged up to 60). There is hotel parking available but it was full up the night we stayed. (The Indigo parking close by was fine - 2m height restriction). We would definitely stay here again when in Toulouse.

The staff were very kind. I arrived earlier than expected and planned to wait in the lobby, but thankfully a room was already prepared, and they allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The room was very well organized and efficiently equipped. Everything needed for cooking was properly provided, and I liked that the window could be opened for ventilation after using the kitchen. It would have been even better if basic items like cooking oil, salt, and pepper, things that are inconvenient to buy for short-term use, had been available (I didn’t ask at the lobby). I would definitely like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.
