The parking area is terrible, and I had to pay for it! The hotel needs a renovation. The team of staff were extremely helpful and friendly, which saved my trip.

Dear Madam, Thank you for highlighting the professionalism and friendliness of our team. Your kind words are greatly appreciated, as our staff always strives to make every guest feel welcome. Concerning your remarks, allow me to clarify a few points. Our establishment is indeed an Ibis hotel (red category), not an Ibis Styles (green category), which explains the differences in concept and design. The hotel has been fully renovated recently, and therefore does not fall into the description of being "shabby." Regarding the parking, it is important to note that it is not the property of the hotel but a rented facility. For this reason, we are unable to modify its structure. While it was offered free of charge for over 20 years, the current context no longer allows us to maintain this. The fee is now €12 per night, which remains among the most competitive rates in the neighborhood. Of course, you were free to choose alternative street parking if you preferred not to use our secured underground option. We value your feedback and are glad that the helpfulness of our team made your stay more enjoyable despite these inconveniences. Best regards, Valentin.
