Great hotel with Friendly staff. Pool good but packed at times. Food enjoyable, breakfast buffet good. Beach a bit far to walk but Bolts cheaper, taxis reasonable. Buses available at shopping centre opposite but not very clear which bus goes to where or which stop as timetables vandalised.

Nice hotel, a bit noisy but overall pleasant. Family oriented but the playrooms felt dusty and unkept, with material worn down which could do a serious upgrade. Nice pool on the small side. Very good breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff.

Well located, extra bonus that it was walking distance to the shopping mall. We really enjoyed the pool.

We stayed for 7 nights. The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff did a nice job with keeping things looking good. We enjoyed the pool, it was a good temperature and well maintained. The breakfast was plentiful and we especially liked the juice bar and fruit selection. The atmosphere and service at the bar in the evenings was very relaxed and provided a welcoming place to chill after a fun day out exploring. Dulce at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. Just a few suggestions to make it even better. 1. Wash clothes in the bathroom would be nice. 2. More hangers in the closet, 2 people staying for 7 nights, 4 hangers was not adequate. 3. Hooks in the shower, or other means to dry swim wear… we had to get very creative. 4. Greater variety on the hot breakfast selection.

Room is business-like but very well maintained (cleaned) by the cleaning team. Breakfast is extra-ordinary with some key ladies taking care of you. However, many young people staring at the shoes talking to each other and not being managed properly. We dined most days in the hotel but were disappointed a couple of times - having to wait longer and about the quality One big problem is the non-secure internet being offered which really exposes you. We would also very much appreciate a vault to put our valuables in.
