From the moment we checked in we were made very welcome and received excellent service, advice and support from the friendly and professional staff at the Novotel Setubal throughout our stay. The room was very well appointed and comfortable and we relaxed with the lovely amenities provided. We enjoyed the breakfast each day and really appreciated the many suggestions of staff regarding local highlights and attractions. We also enjoyed the pool which we found to be the perfect temperature and very relaxing.

The welcoming at the reception was impeccable with Beatriz. The rooms could be a bit more modern but the bathroom was very well designed and modern. The cleanliness was 10/10. For such a short stay, I did not have the chance to explore the restaurant/bar and pool, but the outside area was equipped with a pool (for adults), a kids pool and a playground, definitely worth it in warmer days.
