Everything was great. All personnel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel as such is extremely comfortable. The only unfortunate exception, for me, was the staff member at the bar/restaurant which I intended to visit on my first night. The restaurant is nearly empty: no stress, no rush. The person at the bar sorts certain business papers or something. I stand in front of him. Obviously, I need something. One minute passes, 2, 3. The person shows absolutely no acknowledgement of my presence there. I am sorry to say, even in a neutral situation I feel this is disrespectful: if someone were looking at me that way, I'd ask, hey, do you want something from me? Here, it is doubly disrespectful: obviously, I am a paying customer. I am working in a retail business myself; in our store there is an iron rule: if a customer enters the room, YOU JUMP UP to them. No such luck here. I have briefly expressed my dissatisfaction, and left. Well, it's gonna be Burger King, then. At least, there I was greeted and made feel welcome. So I cannot say anything about the restaurant at your premises. I am really sorry to say all that and to be so negative on this - admittedly minor - point. Again, everything else was amazing, and I had a very enjoyable stay.

hotel design is very welcoming but the sofa bed very small for my 2 kids. the old one is 15 years old and this is a previous information to the hotel. with 15 years old he has a grown up size body so the sofa bed was small. they should provide a 3 seats sofa bed instead of 2 seats. The breakfast was 5 stars and the pool looks very invited

I stayed on Novotel Setubal for business for a couplemof days and it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is situated near a commercial Plaza across the road and has all Amenities that one requires for a comfortable stay. The breakfast restaurant was sumptous and the items were well laid out. The room is decent size and super clean bed. The AC was good and welcome accesories included a fruit bowl and few baled condiments. Overall , it s a very good place to stay and value for Money.

The experience was very good overall. The rooms have a decent size, the beds are comfortable and the cleanliness looked perfect. Also the location is awesome inside the city and there isn't anything missing for the breakfast. I also liked the fact there is a very decent free private parking.
