We enjoyed our stay and the Hotel was in a great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative was that there was a smell coming from the sink in the ensuite.

Expensive and not worth it Not a twin room (beds together) Mattress toppers kept sliding off the bed Small room Could not cast or stream Netflix etc to TV No tea or coffee or water facilities in the room (was told bathroom water was ok to drink) Expensive self service coffee near reception Shower sealant : bathroom not clean in places Some could find the trains noisy Not very secure luggage store room I think some of these things (coffee in room especially) are pretty much a basic requirement of any hotel room. Disappointed at the price I paid for the room.. expected much better.

We enjoyed the location however the big bed had a lump that made it uncomfortable to sleep on. It was weird to have our window open directly to the train platform. We had to keep it closed the entire time.

The safe was broken and couldn't be repaired until Monday (we stayed Friday - Sunday so was broken the whole time) The towels were small, thin and mine had black tyre looking stains on it. We had 2 bath towels for a group of 3 female friends.

Arrived c1pm, 3 mins walk from Amsterdam Centraal Station, room ready to drop off bags.. in city centre 10 mins later. Fab.
