Friendly staff. Being at the train station, it's very convenient for travelling, getting to an early morning flight/train, etc. And that's It's main purpose. I wouldn't really plan on this hotel for an extended stay. Nothing at all wrong with it, just I would prefer probably a bit different hotel if I was going to stay longer. Can't beat the location though.

I arrived at the hotel at around 10am, but the reception staff found me a room and checked me in straight away which was great after a tiring journey. The room was clean and a perfect size for me. The bathroom was also great. If i could make one suggestion, could you provide a toilet brush to be able to keep it clean (don't want to elaborate on this). The iron facility on the corridor is a great idea that i have not seen before. Also, i liked the informal reception area. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. Overall, a great stay and this will now be my go to hotel when visiting Amsterdam. Thanks.

We were impressed by the helpful, friendly staff at the front desk. They consistently provided a broad range of assistance.The hotel location was outstanding with quick access to transportation, restaurants and the train station. Generally, the food in the restaurant was good. For the most part, our room was quite nice. The view of the river from our window was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was excellent and the amenities were satisfactory. The one shortcoming was the cramped size of the room. Each time we wanted to move about the room, we were forced to redistribute everything--a tedious way to spend our time. Nevertheless, we would stay here again because of all the positive features of the hotel.

Everything about the property was great except the kitchen. Why do you close it after breakfast, advertise snacks available but don’t offer. Saw several guests try and order snacks around 2pm as we did.

Hotel was very nice. Within steps of the train station. Very convenient. Booked a small room and it was small. But it was OK as all I did was sleep there. Breakfast was very nice with variety. Staff very helpful. Liked the option not to have the room serviced and you got a credit to use the restaurant. Nice perk.

comfortable enough and convenient hotel for Amsterdam. the thing that lets the hotel down is the rooms! the bar is great, staff are excellent, food and drink are fairly reasonable… but the room was weird. no bottom sheet on the mattress just some kind of pad on the top, three pillows in a twin room, and the wardrobe situation was a solid semi circle of wood! very odd…
