Great location, friendly on reception. Comfy beds. Good breakfast. However, no hand towels provided and we were a large towel short- I think each guest should have a towel. No extra blankets in room but luckily it was warm enough not to need them.

It is the 3rd time this year I have received a room that has had flooding on the carpet outside the bathroom. Even after leaving towels on the wet patch it hadn't made it better. I had to buy extra socks as I didn't account for this. The curtain rail also came off when opening them in the morning. It should be attached properly to begin with.

Easy to find & park under hotel. Comfortable room although lighting was a little dull. One of our rooms had a wet carpet on arrival from a leak and we were offered another room immediately. All of the staff were friendly & helpful. Didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food but would happily recommend hotel and stay there again.

I booked last minute for an overnight stay. I was greeted on my evening arrival, the room was clean, cosy and comfortable. I ordered bar food which was a fresh salad and nachos, delicious and served by a polite and helpful young man. I felt that nothing was too much trouble. I slept well and breakfast was good the next morning. An excellent stay.
