Appreciated the move of the room to a double, but there was so much noise from the outside even with the windows closed. did not get to sleep properly until around 4am and i had to be up for work at 6am.

Well located just 10 minutes from New street station, bus and tram stops. Usual Ibis room with large bed, comfy and clean. Bright and comfortable reception and bar area. Good welcome from the staff.

Easy hotel to get to near New street station and Chinatown. Nice meal and drink at the hotek at a reasonable price. Room was comfortable if basic, pillows on bed seemed quite hard with only one extra in a double room.

Clean room with basic amenities. The bed was comfortable. What really made the stay pleasant were the helpful staff. One of the night staff was especially kind and helped with getting some delivery set up (could not use our number, as our phone doesn't take calls overseas). He gave us updates on our food.

I had to complain that my room smelt bad, a damp, musty smell. I couldn't leave the window open as the nightclub was downstairs. Reception moved me to another room, which still had a damp smell but on the quiet side of the building so I could sleep with window open. Rooms need a deep carpet clean and to fix the water leaks from the bathroom to bedroom that's causing these issues. Staff were helpful and responded reasonably quickly
