Me and my mother had a lovely weekend stay here, staff was friendly and helpful especially raju who was very friendly and approachable and made our stay very enjoyable, the breakfast was excellent also, the best part the bar was open 24/7 which was really convenient, would definitely be staying here again on our next revisit

We were very disappointed with our experience, the main issue being the quality not meeting the price of the stay. The entrance was dark and there was a strong cigarette smell. Our room was worn out, poorly decorated and seemed almost neglected. seems like some redecorating needs to take place. i have attached photographs of the state of the room. Bedding wasn’t clean, many hairs found and mattress was uncomfortable. Didn’t have a pleasant nights sleep, although there was a fan in the room which made the heat bearable. During breakfast, we were warmly greeted by staff. Food was fine with good options. Overall, wouldn’t recommend staying here, staff were friendly but it seems that this hotel needs a big makeover.

Overall a decent enough experience, just far too warm.

Bed was comfy, pillows were great, amenities were decent. Room was super hot and stuffy, so was the breakfast fining area. We had an air conditioning unit in the room but it didn't cool the room down unfortunately. The breakfast buffet was good, eggs were a smidgen dry but the coffee was great! Love the coffee selection and ease!

A really poor hotel. We had an extremely noisy room with a nightclub underneath it! We were understanding of the music early on in the evening - it was loud enough that we could sing along and dance in our room. When it was still loud at midnight with no sign of stopping I contacted reception. Eventually, at 2.30am with the nightclub still in full swing and bass reverberating around our room we were moved to a different room. The new room we stayed in was much quieter although like the first extremely dated and a bit scruffy. Hotel offered us a free drink to make up for no sleep on the first night which I find really insulting given that the room was totally unsuitable for anyone to sleep in. Breakfast was very average, beds not comfortable. I won’t be returning!!

we had the best stay! attended for a concert. nice decor loved the 24 hours bar and the people serving were the best it was one of the best customer service we have gotten. pooja and sam were amazing and really nice just made getting drinks more fun!! standard rooms close the the venue. everything you could ask for
