Ventilation issue : noise all night long

Hello, The staff was nice but there was a ventilation issue (confirmed by staff next morning) and so I could hear the sound of a washing machine running all night long. This was really disturbing. I'm asking for a refund as i couldn't get sleep. Thank you

The way to room is ok but there is bad smell in the elevator and lobby The draps and bed contains some hairs from other customers so cleaning team need to put more effort.

The hotel is in a great location for Disney! The room was lovely and clean. The beds were really comfy and the children loved the bunk bed set up. We could park next to the car park with free parking. All the staff we spoke to on the front desk were really friendly and professional. Thank you for a great stay.
