We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. None of the nights were comfortable because the air conditioning was not working properly. The room thermostat seemed completely non-functional as we couldn’t adjust the temperature, and the room was unbearably hot. As a result, my son developed an allergy due to excessive sweating during the night. We reported the issue to three different reception staff members, and every time we were assured that it would be fixed, but nothing was done. One receptionist even told us that the problem was with the hotel walls and suggested we open the window to sleep—completely unacceptable for a hotel stay. Additionally, we had prepaid for breakfast for all three days via our booking, but on the first day, we were stopped by the hotel staff and told we hadn’t paid. We had to show them the confirmation email from Booking.com and were made to wait outside for 10 minutes before being allowed in, without any apology. To make matters worse, on the last day, we witnessed staff taking plates away from another family because their room number wasn’t on the breakfast list. This behavior was shocking and completely unprofessional. It is clear that the staff lacks proper training in customer service and basic hospitality standards. I will definitely not stay at this hotel again and strongly urge Booking.com and hotel management to review the service quality being provided to guests.

Dear Sir, We have taken note of your comments and sincerely apologize for any inconveniences, even though our staff did their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Regarding the breakfast service, if any errors were made during check-in upon your arrival, our reception manager personally expressed his regrets on his behalf and on behalf of the establishment from the very first day. Furthermore, he helped you choose the products, which were present, that you did not find on the buffet, even going so far as to prepare hot drinks for you. Furthermore, we never take the liberty of removing any guest's tray if they have not paid, but rather invite them to pay afterward. Regarding the air conditioning, our technical manager took the necessary steps, even going so far as to clean the unit's filter. Even if the proposed temperature did not suit you, we simply followed government regulations regarding the settings. Sincerely, Team Manager
