This was booked as a last minute stay due to a change of plans. The location was convenient to where we needed to be. We were a party of five and booked two rooms. We were disappointed that the bunk bed was not made ready for our arrival and we had to do this ourselves and were given a towel at check in rather than it being in the room ready. The towels are a very poor quality and very thin and very small. These need to be improved and were just big enough for my 8 year old child. On our second day our room was refreshed and towels only left for two people.

Everything went perfectly. My mother-in-law had forgotten something and after sending a mail we received an answer very quickly and they put her jacket aside, so we could pick it up after our visit to disneyland.
