The facility and room was very decent, we stayed as a family, 2 adults and 2 kids. The room was big enough and the beds were decent as well. The price was very competitive, the best for the family stay! The room can have some basic amenities, like a kettle and some tea and coffee but then if this is the business model then fair enough. The duvet cover had some blood stains, the cleaning staff didn’t notice that when they tidied the room for a week. The place is slightly remote and a slightly far way from the train station. So if you a for passenger, need to find your way to use the bus to get around, no helpful guidance or advice either displayed or given by the reception staff. As my title suggests this place can be a little gem with what they have to offer if they can get the advise stuff sorted. Overall it was an reasonably pleasant stay.

Stayed in a ibis budget hotel few days before and it was lovely hotel very polite staff very tidy and clean hotel then stayed in this one and wow soon as we walked in the place stank the rooms was very smelly the area was rough and didn’t feel safe and didn’t feel welcomed by the staff or like I should have been there at all which isn’t great when we have young children , then the breakfast the next day was very poor and the other guests was so rude pushing and shoving to get food first no manners at all Car park where my car was is supposed to be a secure car park yet the gate opens all the time to any car that arrives and the walk in gate doesn’t lock with people hanging around in the car park making me question if it was safe to get out the car with my kids and if my car will be safe over night here

This hotel is everything you would expect from a budget hotel, it was clean and comfortable. The parking outside is secured at night and the reception was very warm and welcoming. The breakfast was great too, would recommend as there is not many options around. Would stay again no problem!

Room looked clean but in reality it wasn’t - there was a full pack of gummybears, opened, under the bed. It just showed that clearly the room was not vacuum cleaned or mopped… Apart from that it is a basic room, but the fact that it has no carpet is for me a big plus. Small but sufficient to sleep. Front desk guy the day we arrived was very nice and helpful! There is free car park, but it was full; we were allowed to park in the restaurant car park near by which was ok. 20cm drive from Disney

This was booked as a last minute stay due to a change of plans. The location was convenient to where we needed to be. We were a party of five and booked two rooms. We were disappointed that the bunk bed was not made ready for our arrival and we had to do this ourselves and were given a towel at check in rather than it being in the room ready. The towels are a very poor quality and very thin and very small. These need to be improved and were just big enough for my 8 year old child. On our second day our room was refreshed and towels only left for two people.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. None of the nights were comfortable because the air conditioning was not working properly. The room thermostat seemed completely non-functional as we couldn’t adjust the temperature, and the room was unbearably hot. As a result, my son developed an allergy due to excessive sweating during the night. We reported the issue to three different reception staff members, and every time we were assured that it would be fixed, but nothing was done. One receptionist even told us that the problem was with the hotel walls and suggested we open the window to sleep—completely unacceptable for a hotel stay. Additionally, we had prepaid for breakfast for all three days via our booking, but on the first day, we were stopped by the hotel staff and told we hadn’t paid. We had to show them the confirmation email from Booking.com and were made to wait outside for 10 minutes before being allowed in, without any apology. To make matters worse, on the last day, we witnessed staff taking plates away from another family because their room number wasn’t on the breakfast list. This behavior was shocking and completely unprofessional. It is clear that the staff lacks proper training in customer service and basic hospitality standards. I will definitely not stay at this hotel again and strongly urge Booking.com and hotel management to review the service quality being provided to guests.

Regarding the breakfast service, if any errors were made during check-in upon your arrival, our reception manager personally expressed his regrets on his behalf and on behalf of the establishment from the very first day. Furthermore, he helped you choose the products, which were present, that you did not find on the buffet, even going so far as to prepare hot drinks for you. Furthermore, we never take the liberty of removing any guest's tray if they have not paid, but rather invite them to pay afterward. Regarding the air conditioning, our technical manager took the necessary steps, even going so far as to clean the unit's filter.
