Lovely hotel however was let down by the customer service on our final night when we wanted 24/7 pizza and the guy at the till rolled his eyes, huffed and puffed at us and hold complete attitude tp everybody.

The attitude you describe — eye-rolling, huffing, and displaying visible frustration — is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the level of professionalism and courtesy we expect from our team. Our 24/7 pizza service is meant to be convenient and welcoming at any hour. You should never feel uncomfortable or unwelcome when making a perfectly reasonable request. I am truly sorry that this interaction negatively impacted the end of what had otherwise been a lovely stay. Please be assured that your feedback has been taken very seriously and will be addressed internally to ensure this does not happen again. Overall stay OKish. Great parking. Good location for a stopover before Disneyland. But strong smell of cigarette in the room. And no eggs for breakfast (except the powder-based fake scrambled eggs). Excuse received from the staff: sorry we're out of eggs. There is a supermarket 300 meters from the hotel, is it really that hard to procure some essential breakfast item for your clients?

Regarding the strong cigarette smell, please accept our sincere apologies. All our rooms are strictly non-smoking, but unfortunately some guests do not respect this rule. In such situations, our reception team is available 24/7 and can arrange a room change or immediate intervention—please do not hesitate to contact them next time so we can react right away. Concerning the eggs at breakfast, we also apologize. On the day of your stay it was a public holiday and our suppliers and nearby stores were closed, which prevented us from restocking fresh eggs. We understand your disappointment and will work to avoid this situation in the future. I was just a bit confused how I had the do not disturb / do not enter sign and one of the staff members decided to ignore it and clean my room. I had my suitcase opened with money / my personal things. Hense why I didn’t want anyone in. I have no idea why she went it. I was quite upset
