I arrived at the hotel at 9pm at night with 2 suitcases and 1 hand luggage. I checked in and was told my room was on floor 4 and was directed where to go. I followed the directions which led to a staircase. I went back to reception to ask where the lift was and was told that they do not have one. I then checked into my room which was small but clean and the shower was similar to a toilet on an aeroplane - very small but had hot water and did the trick. Wifi was good and whilst the bed was somewhat firm, I appreciated it. The killer for me though was the NOISE. there were kids throughout the hotel and even though I put my head on the pillow at 10pm, the kids above, below and to the side of me were running around screaming, babies were crying and you could hear EVERY footstep thunder through my room. You could also hear every footstep when people came back to the hotel from their night out and this went on until about 2am. It was only then that I realised that I had my noise cancelling headphones which I duly put on and got some shut eye. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel but their offering was decent. I know it is a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for, so my only advice would be to take NC Headphones & you should be able to get an 'ok' nights sleep.

Bonjour, bizarre car notre hôtel comporte uniquement 2 étages, de plus nous ne possédons pas d'ascenseur comme indiqué sur notre descriptif. Aviez vous notifier le bruit au personnel afin de vous changer vers une chambre plus calme ?

I have booked the IBIS Val D’Europe and paid, When email come it was of different IBIS hotel. I immediately called and sent email, but there was no response. They even didn’t reply once to my email. The booking was non-refundable and I lost my all money without using hotel. They even didn’t help to change the hotel to same IBIS chain.

Our room smelt so strongly of cigarettes it was suffocating and hated that we had to stay there.

i will not recommend this hotel.staff very unfriendly. breakfast poor and a lot of mosquito flying over the food. rooms has no air-conditioning and this is not mention. a problem to get a ventilator and if u get one is a very cheap small one that do not even works good. staff has to learn more languages if you are expecting tourists from other countries!!
