The room was nice, but air conditioning could be better. Even though it was set to 18 degrees, it was not possible to reach that temperature. Room amenities were just fine, and breakfast was excellent! The staff was very welcoming and helpful at anytime.

While we slept after checking in in the afternoon, a staff came into our room. When my eyes opened I was startled and he was going out of our room. I was completely startled and did not feel safe during my stay. I had to carry all my valuables with me in Paris due to this which was a big inconvenience and impacted our trip. It was one of the scariest experiences and not expected from Mercure or Accor properties.

Very well located, very near to the train station and buses outside the door. Many market places around and nice neighborhood overall with good places for food and drinks. I had a very comfortable stay, the room although a bit small was very clean. It has the necessary amenities.The only thing I missed was a place to hang a long coat, like a simple hanger on the corridor. In overall it was great, quiet, and the personnel amazing. I will stay there again. Extremely good value for money!

Its a hotel so I obviously have luggage and I had to hike it up and down too many stairs before and after the elevator only to enter a room with no working AC. Kind of a nightmare. Reception was great though and the only reason its not a zero.

A l'arrivée premier raté, on m'a placé dans une chambre déjà occupée. Deuxième chambre hyper bruyante, bruit venant de la VMC, horrible. J'ai signalé le pb 2 fois, mais aucune solution ne m'a été apportée.

L’hôtel est bien situé mais je pensais que le parking était plus proche ( sachant que je suis arrivé sous la pluie ) petit déjeuner bon mais pas un choix extraordinaire
