1. no english in the front desk, it was not convinience for international guest 2. I stayed for 4 consective nights and wish to stay in the same room, and I was adviced to change after the first 1 night. it was not my favorite as I have already expressed when I checkedn in, and no information at that time suggest I should not keep the same room. 3. Lift is very small and only for laggage at the entrance. 4. not soundproof in the room

Returning stay and due back in a few weeks time. Hotel perfectly located for racecourses at Longchamp and Saint-Cloud. Staff very welcoming and helpful. However upgraded to privilege room last time but layout very odd with big bathroom seemingly bolted-on to bedroom and little privacy as only sliding door between the two. Also on all three nights of stay there is a strange noise that happens once or twice during the night which seems like someone is attempting to open bedroom door. This is a quite loud and woke both of us up each time its happened which was a tad annoying. Also not enough coffee sachets in room. This was a little disappointing seeing as we had paid the extra money.

A lovely friendly hotel with a very nice atmosphere - spotless clean and very helpful staff. The hotel has a very nice family feel to it. Service was excellent and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Suresnes wa a great place to stay, with a friendly village feel but only 15 mins from the centre of Paris by taxi. The room was comfortable if not over large but fine for our purpose and the staff were great. Would go back.

All reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast had limited hot food but extensive cold options and excellent breads and cake. AC in room worked well. Room and bathroom were small but that's Paris ! Great public transport, train/tram/bus. Town of Suresnes felt very safe with good selection of shops and a few restaurants within walking distance
