We visited for the Christmas markets and found this hotel to be ideally located to walk to the centre of town. Some of the best customer service we have experienced in a long time leading to an excellent, laid back but efficient atmosphere.

Breakfast only scramble eggs every day and as a Muslin I can’t eat anything else. There are no room service if I need anything I have to wear my clothes and go down to take it myself.

Great hotel, well located and staff are very friendy. However, I could hear everything in the corridors - even when people were pressing the button for the elevator! Otherwise, great value for money and a great stay

We liked the hotel. Well located, very close to Colmar center. The staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast very good and with many choices. The only "negative" comment is about the room which is a bit small, but anyway good for a short stay.
