Nothing negative to say about the Bordeaux Central Mercure, the position is very close to the local tram line, appropriately central to the City and the Rugby ground via the trams. The staff were unfailingly helpful from cleaners, reception staff and management, and the rooms were excellent, clean and well maintained. A very good breakfast in nice surroundings was a good way to start the day.

Problem with noise from flushing of the toilet was rrvtified quickly. Loss of one of the lifts was an issue.

We stayed at the Privilege room with double bed. Nice room with plenty of space for two luggages and big bathroom with Nuxe amenities. Very good breakfast including caneles and crepes. Close to the tram station to airport and train station and 15 min walk to old town. The hotel restaurant not that good, with a few pizza choices, the only thing I don't recomend.

Reception wa impeccable, for the parking there is the parking of the shopping center at 300m. The road along side the shopping center is a grey, smelly. The center of Bordeaux is very near, excellent location. We did not try out the breakfast.
