The hotel building is a bit quirky to navigate through, but the hotel staff was very professional and courteous. I especially liked how easy it was to use the parking garage. I will definitely recommend the hotel.

Everything good, except breakfast by the doorstep was a bit unexpected.

Bed was nice and our stay was good. One comment only is we hoped the reception from when we checked in has informed us that we could get breakfast until 11am. We only found out during the check out. But for the rest it was good.

Location good. Booked premium room, got standard room with filled fridge. Standard room with broken TV and phone. Ordered food in grand café puur and became something completely different. So overall acceptable but there is always something.

Room was good, nice decor, friendly staff, nice food in the restaurant. Docked 2 points because the street noise on Fridays and Saturdays is quite loud if you have a street facing room. Could hinder you if you're a light sleeper.

The hotel has a center location in Tilburg. Everything is outstanding. Customer service is second to none. Breakfast could be expensive for some people but you have a lot of things, fresh orange juice too ! Coffee is very good. Rooms are big. You can use a complete spa service if you select a Privilege room and the gym or you can pay it if needed, Parking near by at a good price. so you won't be disappointed here !

The overall stay was one of worse stay at Mercure hotels, at the reseption I was not getting any upgrade for my 3 stays, the room giving was not as expected as the bed was not comfortable, the second day my room was not properly cleaned and they forgot to put toilet paper, towels, water and drinks at the fridge. The breakfast is average The only thing that is attractive is the location of the hotel and the spa

There is not always availability to give our guests an upgrade to a privilege room and we are very sorry that we could not give you the upgrade. Since this month there is no minibar in the rooms anymore except in the privilege rooms only the included soft drinks, we have a shop where you can buy products.
