Well located, clean room (a bit cold in the beginning), great breakfast although expensive and very polite and helpful staff. The room "art" is always an issue in hotels but thats fine given everything else. My only dissapointment was the completely digital process of checking in and out and paying, and i say that as someone making a living from designing digital experiences. Its so weird to stand next to a human that can do the same work better and have to input so much information and download an app and accept user terms just to check in. Where is this going? terribly unpersonal, cold and frustrating experience. I sincerely hope you reconsider it!

The room was on the first floor facing the very busy square that hosted the Christmas market and I must say the windows are not soundproof as the partying went on well past midnight. Ask for a room in the back of the hotel facing the garage. Staff was accommodating but felt a bit lost. The breakfast buffet was fine but I think they were shorthanded but basic crockery was missing and tables were not cleaned in a timely manner. Room was clean.

Nice hotel that was directly at the Christmas markt. The self check in terminal failed as it was making the room keys causing another 10 or so minutes waiting in line at reception for them to make the keys. Otherwise, it was good.
