Bedroom was fine as we were given interconnecting rooms as opposed to all of us being in one room. Breakfast was very busy with many items being unavailable even though breakfast was still due to go on for an hour. orange Juice ran out and wasn’t replenished, water was slow to replenish and still wasn’t enough. Fruit ran out and plates. There was only one high chair available and loads of families needing one. Left a poor impression.

We have been staying at the Mercure Tilburg Centrum every year, and once again we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is always clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We always feel at home here. This year, I accidentally left my neck pillow in our room after check-out. The team found it immediately, carefully packed it, and even took it to the post office after I sent them a shipping label. This level of kindness and service is truly exceptional and not something we take for granted. A very special thank you to Nurah and the entire team for going above and beyond to help us. Experiences like this are exactly why we keep coming back year after year. We are already looking forward to our next stay. Thank you so much! ❤️
