That said, we sincerely regret the extended check-in time and procedural inconveniences you experienced. Our 24-hour reception team strives to ensure smooth arrivals, and we will review your feedback to improve efficiency. We understand that signing a non-smoking waiver may seem unnecessary. However, we ask all guests to sign it because, unfortunately, some guests still choose to smoke in their rooms despite our non-smoking policy. Our staff actively address this when they notice it, but smoking in a room requires extensive additional cleaning to remove the smoke odor and restore the room for future guests. For this reason, a €150 cleaning fee is charged if smoking takes place in the room. We inform guests about this in advance so that everyone is aware of the policy and to avoid any unexpected charges or misunderstandings during their stay.
