Check-in was tedious, the room (Executive Suite) was very spacious, the bathroom had an awesome bubblebath. Breakfast was fine. The Spa experience was an absolute letdown because of poor hygiene, closed facilities, unwelcoming and a bad overall vibe, no personnel in sight.

We would like to know what you want to see different so we can strive for improvement. I can imagine that our Spa is different then you had in mind. Because of all the measures we had to take we had to close some of our facilities. Also their are no colleagues at the Spa and we only have swimwear days. The Spa is an extra for our guests. Perfectly located in the center of Tilburg, walking distance from EVERYTHING you need. Amazing view of the cathedral from the room. Just some suggestions to improve customer experience: 1) the breakfast buffet is constricted in a small area (not so good in a covid-era). 2) there is some noise in the down street on Friday night but I know that is not a fault of Mercure. Maybe you can provide ear plug to your guest.

Even with the online check in, the pick up from the keys took 30min. The same with the check out.

Almost all the rooms were taken last weekend so it was very busy with checking in and out. We had our wedding earlier that day and stayed for one night. We took part in the private dining. Our room was decorated for the occasion with balloons, garlands en confetti. The room was cozy, well cleaned and the dinner was extraordinary.

The hotel building is a bit quirky to navigate through, but the hotel staff was very professional and courteous. I especially liked how easy it was to use the parking garage. I will definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel has a center location in Tilburg. Everything is outstanding. Customer service is second to none. Breakfast could be expensive for some people but you have a lot of things, fresh orange juice too ! Coffee is very good. Rooms are big. You can use a complete spa service if you select a Privilege room and the gym or you can pay it if needed, Parking near by at a good price. so you won't be disappointed here !

The overall stay was one of worse stay at Mercure hotels, at the reseption I was not getting any upgrade for my 3 stays, the room giving was not as expected as the bed was not comfortable, the second day my room was not properly cleaned and they forgot to put toilet paper, towels, water and drinks at the fridge. The breakfast is average The only thing that is attractive is the location of the hotel and the spa

There is not always availability to give our guests an upgrade to a privilege room and we are very sorry that we could not give you the upgrade. Since this month there is no minibar in the rooms anymore except in the privilege rooms only the included soft drinks, we have a shop where you can buy products. Modern, cleanliness, friendliness, location, breakfast, parking, bar, quality, mini bar, convenience, and fabulous spa area. Exceeded all my expectation. Indeed its a tad noisy from the bars nearby but did not bother us as much. Our room was facing the town square and had a nice view of the city. Everything is in walking distance!

All was excellent except for the noise outside during night. There are many bars in front of the hotel and noise from restaurant on ground floor when having a room on first floor, right above that restaurant..

This is a great hotel in central Tilburg. Walking distance to train station, shops, restaurants and 013 music venue. Have stayed here about 10 times. Very convenient and my go to choice when I'm visiting for Roadburn or other festivals. Close to other attractions like Efteling and safari park too! Wish the rooms had a safe.
