Room is big, good is good, service is fantastic. The location is wonderful, as it's just in the City Center, so it's easy to get good food in the city center

Nice hotel, staff and experience overall, with good breakfast. The room had holes on the walls and no TV, which may or may have not been specified beforehand, and took away some of the comfort and visual experience for a Pullman Hotel.

Upon our arrival, we discovered that the hotel had only been open for three days. Unfortunately, this appeared to have caused several operational issues, including the lack of hot water for showering or bathing during our stay. This is information that, in our opinion, should have been communicated clearly to guests at check-in. In addition to these inconveniences, some members of the staff came across as rather arrogant and unprofessional in their communication with us. While we did receive partial compensation in the form of a breakfast refund, this did not adequately make up for the overall disappointing experience. The hotel presents itself as a luxury establishment; however, upon closer inspection, it felt more like a standard Ibis hotel attempting to create the appearance of luxury without delivering the corresponding level of service or quality. Furthermore, not all staff members were able to speak Dutch, and overall the team appeared inexperienced, giving the impression that many employees were either recent hotel school graduates or interns still undergoing training. Unfortunately, due to the combination of these issues, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
