My husband & I stayed for 2 nights (24 - 26 October 2024) at the Pullman as our son was graduating university & exhibiting during Dutch Design Week. Our room 903 was perfect for us, clean, with a comfortable bed, fantastic shower & a splendid view of the cathedral. But especially, I've got to highly compliment the staff at the Pullman, especially the Greek lady Poppy who looked after us so kindly every morning for breakfast, she was cheerful & made us feel so welcome. The 3 of us also ate dinner there both nights & the service from the 2 girls on duty were second to none. On the second night we got a special sharing desert as a celebration for our son - so a Very Big Thank You to the chef on duty that night. It was delicious and a very thoughtful gesture. On previous visits we've stayed in other hotels in Eindhoven but we would 100% recommend The Pullman way above any other hotel in the city. It has everything - location, cleanliness, warmth & above all the welcoming personalities of the professional & friendly staff. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one, we will return soon. It would have been an amazing experience except for one employee in reception (a tall guy). Upon arrival (let me share this is 1:30am in the morning), before driving to carpark I stayed in a car as I was blocking entrance to carpark, and I asked my husband to walk to reception to ask how to get into carpark. My husband came back saying they won't give that as booking was under my name and I have to come up. My husband tried to argur im in a car and employee said that "he as in my husband, was being difficult". That is not what a customer wants to hear arriving exhausted at 1:30am. I got out of the car, went to reception and a different employee served me and all he did is gave me carpark card. He did not ask me for an ID or anything, so I am not sure why my husband couldn't have taken the parking card in the first place. When we got to car park E1 I believe, we asked for help to remove one of the barriers, and when 2 employees arrived, the tall one who was not polite to my husband, he was giving out to his colleague that he should have sent us to other carpark. Again, I don't think he should have done it in front of a customer. The other employee (smaller guy let's say) was a bit less experienced but he was extremely polite, contrary to the tall guy. We left the hotel at 7am so we're there for such a short time and all we expected is a smooth check-in, payment and exit as we had to be on the road. That's the reason I have given 7 stars though was debating giving 6 stars as if I were up at the desk initially and someone told me I was being difficult I would have made an official compliant vs my husband just got on with it.

I had a lovely stay, all staff were so nice and answered any questions I had. Clean and well-kept facilities. However, the room doors slam extremely loudly which is very annoying - no way of shutting the doors quietly form the outside.
