Everything overall was great. The room was great, the view was great. Having access to the sauna and pool was amazing. Staff was friendly and very helpful. One thing that caught me off guard was the breakfast. The selection is very good but it didn't feel as fresh as I was expecting it to be. Maybe some fruits were a day old already as you can taste it. For 27€ that seems to be asking for too much. Other than that, I would definitely come back.

The room’s ventilation system was extremely noisy and could not be turned off, which made it very difficult to rest and even caused some health discomfort during my stay. The bed was also uncomfortable and produced loud noises with the slightest movement. What was particularly frustrating is that the staff acknowledged they were already aware of the issues with this room and confirmed them, yet despite my request to be moved, they were unable to relocate me. Considering I stayed at the hotel for five days, this was very disappointing and significantly affected my overall experience.

As you requested an early check-in upon arrival, the room you stayed in was the only room available at that moment. Later during your stay, we offered you the opportunity to move to the originally booked room type once it became available on the same day of your check-in. Unfortunately, an upgraded room was not available at that time, as upgrades are always subject to availability. We regret to hear that the ventilation system and the bed caused discomfort during your stay. Please know you can always contact our team during your stay in case of any questions or concerns. This gives us the opportunity to investigate the bed or address the noise of the climate system while you were with us. Guest comfort is very important to us, and we always encourage guests to inform our team immediately if something in the room is not satisfactory so we can try to resolve it as quickly as possible. A great four-night stay, we arrived on Thursday evening and departed again on Monday morning. We booked a superior suite and it was a great choice. Plenty of room and easy access to the suite at ground floor level. Housekeeping was excellent. Our sixth trip to Eindhoven and the best hotel we've stayed-in to-date.
