The hotel is great. Only comments is that the hot water were not hot enough and that on my last day I had to leave very early to the train and due to delay at the reception I had to wait for a while to check out and didn’t have time to breakfast although I pre paid for it :(

Room was clean; a bit more attention to cleaning in restaurant and bar esp. the chairs. When cleaning the table also weep the chairs.

Too much chlorine in the pool and possibly too little in the shower. There was black mould on the floor of the shower in my room, the shower was not clean. In the restaurant, not everything on the menu was available, not just that day but until next month!

I was traveling with a couple of colleagues. Issues we faced; ran out of food for dinner on Tuesday night; not enough seats for breakfast, both mornings; my colleague didn't have running water both days and had to use my shower. Generally abit chaotic. Employees, as always, were nice and tried to accommodate.

Staff friendly, food was good, however the room was freezing - with the aircon on (high heat) or off, the room was like an ice box - room was only cleaned once in 4 days of a stay and had to ask for clean towels.
