Great stay as always. Repeat guest and member recognition on point. Always nice to return to this hotel. Only two things that did not go as intended. Firstly, I had mentioned at check-in I wanted to pay using Rewards Points at check-out. I was assuming that in order for reserving a deposit, the check-in staff member would use my card on file, but she actually charged my card already. This had to be fixed at check-out. Secondly, paying with Rewards Points was a bit of a disaster. After messing up the code a couple of times, the system did not seem to work anymore. It was only possible to use 1000 Rewards Points in the end, which was really disappointing as I was hoping to start using my Points more going forward. I do recognise though that this is very much related to the failings of Accor IT. Also, one towel in the bathroom smelled a bit weird, like it had been lying there for quite some time. It was a bit musky (in NL: muf). The other towel was fine though.
