Everything perfect except for the pool, which wasn't so clean as in previous stays. Quite a lot of long hairs, even hair balls and dirt around.

I did not really enjoy the upgraded room I did get. Too big, too cold.

My experience was excellent as usual. The staff is courteous, polite, and very professional. The breakfast is second to none. The bar and restaurant are very well decorated. The menu items are superb.
