I stay in the hotel few times a year and unfortunately I see it is not keeping the high level of past years. Thinks broken, cleaning can be better

pricey room with bad view, doesn't look as good as on booking.com, has to walk all the way inside the matrix, lounge and restaurant are ok, reception charged wrong amount so got money stuck for the whole week. Luckily company paid for.

Dear Ngoc, Thank you very much for your stay at Pullman Eindhoven Cocagne. We sincerely apologize that your experience fell short in some areas. We deeply regret any billing discrepancy encountered during check-out. We checked our system but at this moment we do not see any overcharge on your reservation. Upon check-in we always ask for a direct payment or a credit card guarantee. When making an authorization on a credit card we block an amount on the card which we can use upon check-out to do the payment with. This amount is always a bit higher than the original room charge so guests can book any extra’s such as a bar or restaurant bill on their rooms. After check-out the amount we blocked too much will be automatically released but this might take a few business days before you will see this back on your account. I believe that this was the case with your reservation as I cannot see any overcharge at this moment. In case there was an overcharge after all, may I kindly ask you to contact us so we can look into this? I would like to apologize if we did not explain the guarantee procedure correctly upon check-in. Regarding your feedback about the room type you booked, our room views vary depending on availability and category booked. Please know our reception team is always available to address such matters promptly during your stay. I honestly hope you did enjoy your time in Eindhoven. I also hope we will have the change to welcome you back in the future, for a stay where we will do our utmost to make sure it will fully meet your expectations.
