stayed 18 nights with them. 1. before the trip i confirmed whether ALL points would be credited and i was told yes. however at the end of the stay, it was reflected as "not eligible" on my account. 2. i had requested for an apartment but prior to my stay, i was told that the apartment block would be undergoing renovation and i was then offered a studio instead. however, a colleague ended up getting a room in the apartment block. 3.the heater in the bathroom broke down halfway through my stay and i had to request for maintenance to change it out. 4. bathroom amenities was severely insufficient since housekeeping was only once a week. despite requesting for amenities numerous times from the reception, they were not sent to my room. 5. i had requested to store frozen breastmilk at the reception since there wasn't a freezer in the room. the night before checking out, i informed that i would be needing ALL my frozen breastmilk early in the morning in order to pack before my flight. however when i was checking out, the hotel misplaced half of my breastmilk and spent the next 30 minutes searching for it, causing me to rush to the airport to catch my flight.

I stayed in the Pullman for 5 days. When I checked in, I received an upgrade from a normal room to a spacious apartment free of extra charge, which was very nice. I enjoyed the breakfast, it was good. Coffee was served at the table by a nice lady. The hotel is very close to the city center, everything is on walking distance.
