Everything worked well, room was spacious. I didn’t like the carpet floor and shower was ok, but I felt the water wasn’t running very well. It was great to have the electric kettle but there was no tea mugs. Espresso cups are not suitable for tea. Breakfast was delicious and more than enough.

Clean and nice. Close to good restaurants. I would like to see three staff members behind the desk during check-out between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m.

The reception staff are slow and inefficient. We were asked to leave the bar at 11.20, as they were closing. My room was incredibly dated. Scuff marks on walls, felt like windows weren't shut, so it was noisy and incredibly dusty. Shower was hard to adjust. I really dislike staying here.

The Hotel overall was good, in a good location, service was good. However, I Was not able to get a good night's sleep because the A/C in my room was not blowing cold at all. I don't know if this was only my room or all of the A/C systems are weak.
