We had a very good stay and enjoyed the hotel. The staff was very friendly, service-oriented and quick. 11/10 for the staff. A few things could be improved: - Our weekend was a busy one for the hotel (that's what was written on a sign in front of the elevators). Unfortunately this led to a line in front of the breakfast, where we had to wait until a table was free for us, among with about 20 other waiting people. It wasn't too long but still not great. - The spa area was supposed to have a "beauty treatment" and massage offering, which was unavailable while we were there. The staff at the front desk told us, that the resident masseuse position has been vacant for a while without replacement. We booked the hotel for a weekend in November to relax, enjoy the amenities (spa, pool, massages,...) and explore the city of Eindhoven. Unfortunately, we couldn't book any treatments or massages. - The spa does not have a quiet room, or furniture / places to lie down. This was just very strange to us, because usually after a sauna and cold bath cycle you lie down for a bit. For this we had to go back to our room and come back down for the next cycle.

Tried the Pullman for the first time in a year or so. Won't be back. Post Covid surly, inexperienced bar staff who can't wait to close at 10pm, no water nor mini bar in rooms. Couldn't get a bar snack at 940pm on a Sunday after arriving from long journey. Rooms tired and same as 2019. I've stayed at the Pullman EHV 100 plus times in its various guises Dorint Sofitel etc and it's still at a very low ebb. Get staff that like customers and don't want to shut up shop at 10pm.

I I booked on the phone a room with balcony, and really insisted on this which was confirmed to me. When I arrived for check-in they told me that the room has no balcony. I ended up by paying an extra to get a room with balcony.
