I visited Tilburg and stayed at Ibis hotel. Hotel and the rooms were clean and neat. Typical of Ibis, there was nothing wrong in my stay. Staff were courteous and helpful. Restaurant was good and perhaps some additional vegetarian stuff would have helped guys like me. But not a complaint but a suggestion. Overall a good experience.

Great atmosphere, helpful staff. Room was nice, food and bar perfect. Loved the possibility to use bikes, wich was so easy through the app.

We were satisfied with our stay. The mattress was too soft for me. There was also a sound that waked me up at night. Like some machine turning on and off. We did like the breakfast. Enough fresh fruit and bread options. Loved the croissants.

I do appreciate the way Miss TUNC at the reception handled our reservation problem ; we had requested 2 connecting rooms to make the logistic easier with our little dog ( I had even called in advance to confirm & make sure we would get said connecting rooms ! ) but , alas , for some « technical reasons » , the original request got erased from the system and the rooms were no more available when we arrived at the hotel. Miss TUNC said she was sorry for the problem ( and we could feel she really meant it ! ) , found solutions to compensate our original frustration and made sure the rest of our stay went smoothly for us. So «kudos » to Miss TUNC 👍
