Beste Rob, Hartelijk dank dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw ervaring met ons te delen. Wat jammer om te horen dat de incheckprocedure niet naar wens is verlopen. We begrijpen heel goed dat het frustrerend is om na een online boeking alsnog handmatig alle gegevens te moeten invoeren. Dat is natuurlijk niet de ervaring die we onze gasten willen bieden. Het is ook vervelend dat de ID-scanner bij het inchecken niet goed functioneerde. Wij maken gebruik V. een digitaal systeem om het incheckproces te versnellen en te vereenvoudigen, maar helaas kan techniek soms tegenwerken. Uw ervaring laat duidelijk zien dat er op dit vlak ruimte is voor verbetering, en we nemen uw feedback dan ook zeer serieus. We zijn op dit moment al bezig om dit proces gebruiksvriendelijker te maken en zullen uw opmerkingen daarin meenemen. Uw comfort en gemak staan bij ons voorop, en we hopen u bij een volgend verblijf wél een vlotte en aangename check-in te kunnen bieden. We are very sorry that you have experienced noise disturbance. I am happy to hear that our colleagues give you another room at the end of the hallway. We try to make all our guests aware of the fact that they are not the only guests in the hotel, but this is not always controllable. We don’t have service rooms on the first floor.
