There was an internet access problem in the beginning. Mentioned 'connected", but actually not connected. Staff spent big effort and time to solve the problem, but it was a failure. The next day, I solved the problem by the help of a friend. Generally, it was a very good stay and a good breakfast. Thanks.

The room was quite small but very clean and sufficient. The staff were very friendly and the food in the restaurant was very good, especially the breakfast. I got the impression that the hotel chain saved money by cutting down on the little things that stop a higher grade, such as only a few thin towels and only minimal hot drinks provided free. But overall it was a positive stay.

The hotel is located in a quiet area and is easily accessible by car. The room looked a bit old, while the bathroom on the other hand looked very modern as it had apparently been renovated in the last year or so. The smell that came from the sink and shower drain was annoying, however. For one night the stay was perfectly fine. But we would not stay here any longer than that. One clear criticism must be that it is almost outrageous to charge guests a fee of 35€ if they arrive 30 minutes before the actual check-in. In my opinion there is a lack of sensitivity for customer Service here. If you arrive >2 hours earlier, this sort of fee is totally reasonable. But of you arrive 30 minutes earlier, when the room has already been prepared and the hotel is obviously not even close to fully booked out? That borders on ripping off the customer and that is how it will be remembered.

We had a 10 night stay to visit family who live 5 minutes from the hotel, The staff were very friendly and made sure our stay was pleasant, my only criticism was when we booked we couldn’t do it directly with Ibis in the UK and was diverted to “booking.com” which resulted in a charge for parking in the hotel car park.
