The hotel is under reconstruction and it’s not mentioned anywhere

Spending the night on a construction site CON: Mold on the ceiling in the room (316), loud fan in the bathroom all the night, and construction site in the entrance area. PRO: Breakfast was nice

The issues you mentioned regarding the mold on the ceiling in room 316 and the loud bathroom fan are certainly not up to our standards. Please be assured that this has been reported to our maintenance team for immediate inspection and follow-up. We also understand that the construction work at the entrance may have caused discomfort. We are currently improving our facilities, but we regret that this negatively affected your experience. Our manager has tried to contact you by phone to personally discuss your stay, but unfortunately was unable to reach you.
