Out of town, convenient for motorway

Located in the outskirts of town but near the motorway. Stayed for a night and this hotel seemed to be popular with the tour groups. It’s an old hotel but our room was spacious and clean. The lift was tiny but you can walk up the stairs if you don’t have anything heavy.

we arrived on Sunday night. The room we stayed in still had two identical issues as when we last stayed there in April this year. We had reported those items at the time. Both the restaurant and the bar were closed on the Sunday. No other restaurant in the vicinity not very nice. Last time in April at least the bar was open and we had snacks. Saw a a family camping in the lobby with sandwiches from the cabinet. Guests should be made aware of this and have their dinner before they arrive at the hotel, or the hotel should think of something else, e.g. services through Deliveroo if that is available.

We urge our guests to inform us of any issues with their room so that we may find a convenient solution. Unfortunately, our dining options did not meet your expectations. Our restaurant is open for dinners from 6 pm till 10 pm and snacks are available 24 hours, and there is also an "All you can eat" restaurant next door. We also regret that you were not entirely satisfied with our breakfast offer. The price of our breakfast reflects the great variety of healthy, fresh products as well as the quality of these items. location suits my needs but unf food wasn't that good this time, breakfast unfortunately a mess

The selection of options are carefully chosen by our chef to please all our guests, nevertheless, we are constantly trying to improve the variety and quality of food items that we offer and would welcome any suggestions on how we could improve. We have also noted your concerns regarding service at breakfast and will address this with the team. We do carry out maintenance whenever necessary to keep our rooms up to date and will consider your comments closely when improving.
