It was a while ago since we booked this hotel in Antwerp, and yet it felt like homecoming. As always. So, we'll come again next year, that's for sure! Excellent hotel and very friendly staff. Just all we want.

Before checking in reception has confirmed i can check out one night earlier free and i have changed all my planning accordingly. On check out time the reception declined and said we can not do it. Our manager is in trip and we can not do anything. That it it. It caused big change and extra cost of changing return trip because of this issue.

I think this aging hotel deserves renovation, rooms and common areas. The restaurant also deserves to be renovated, both on the menus, on the furniture and on the atmosphere. On the other hand, the breakfast is very correct, and appreciated. The room I occupied was filled with cigarette smoke (via air conditioning) as soon as someone smoked somewhere (in the next room? Next to the air-conditioning entrance?) Very unpleasant! The door of the bathroom is no longer closed (worn hinges), the carpets are very damaged by the years. The people at the front desk are very knowledgeable and available.

Hello, I did 4 room booking for 1 night stay at Novotel Antwerpen. To keep long story short, our breakfast experience in the morning was very poor. - Breakfast was out of stock. - Plates were not available. - Coffee machine was running out of service. - Hotel staff was arguing over white sugar vs brown sugar. - Waffel dough took almost 30 min to arrive. - This was not only problem with us. In general your team was not prepared for big number of guest. Please do your best to improve upon.

Sink in the rooms look yellow. Used many years or not cleaned properly. For the rest the rooms were clean.

We paid extra for. 3 person room. The ‘mattresss’ on the sofa bed was useless... metal springs poking into the sleeping person. Our room was at the end of a corridor. No wifi... didn’t seem to reach that far. Was told by staff that wifi is supplied by another company and do I want their number to call them... shouldn’t Novotel have done that? 1 drinking cup supplied between the 3 of us. Lot of dust. Tired room. Building looks on need of renovation.

1 night stay in family room

I had checked in on line prior to arrival which made the process quick and easy upon arrival. During on line check in I requested a low level room and this was granted with a great view into the garden and pool area. Our room was as expected and we had a good stay. However it isn't all good news when I made the booking I decided to use 2000 reward points which gives a 40 euro discount and although my reservation shows the discount upon returning home and checking my credit card statement I have been charged for the full amount and I am now having to waste my time chasing Accor to see why this has happened and as of today it has yet to be resolved.
