Stay there 7 days never vaccum the room the floor increased the amount of dirt during the days, the dust over the desk and some black clothes were visible in the last days! In a buzy night, the restaurante responsible refuse to serve a quick dinner on the counter, the room was full but the tables in the back for breakfast were not been used while people attend for the next table vacancy, leave to eat outside and never had anyother meal on the hotel since. Bed sheets had a hole on the foot area ~6cm wide, complaint at front desk and sheet was changed ... to a sheet with a hoe at the top with ~3cm.... a clear improvement!

Bed is ok as is the size of the room. However, room was cold given there was no heating in the room and the parking was full of snow which then froze overnight making the walk back to the car quite precarious. And maybe one more minor detail, there are mislabelled items on the restaurant menu. Pulled Chicken hamburger is actually just a chicken breast sandwich. It was good though.

We did not expect this from Novotel. We were on a family vacation and we really did not like the hotel. The breakfast did not have much options for vegetarians. The rooms were not comfortable either. There were bed bugs that caused rashes to our children. The dinner too had very limited options and we had to resort to outside options. I would not recommend.

Our recent inspection by our pest control specialists found no evidence of the concerns you mentioned, and we take all such matters seriously. Our breakfast buffet includes a dedicated healthy corner with muesli, granola, seeds, dried fruit and soya milk, and our team is always available to assist with additional dietary requirements. Our restaurant offers various dining options throughout the day, and we are located just a short walk from additional dining venues to provide more choices for our guests. We had a bad restaurant experience at this hotel. Our family of five arrived for dinner at 9 pm. We asked if the food was still available and were told that it was, so we took a seat. We ordered from the menu and were then told that our requests were not available. The only option was fish and chips, so we ordered 2. I asked if we could order a salad for the two children with coeliac disease, who require a gluten-free diet. We were told that salad was not an option and that there was nothing for them. I asked to speak with the chef about any fruit or vegetable options, but he was unwilling to speak with me. My husband went to find some fruit in the car, so they could have something. When our fish and chips arrived, the meal was over cooked and the plate came with a small side salad. I asked the waiter why I was told I couldn't order a salad, and he said it only comes with a main meal. A very frustrating experience!!!
