The stay was decent; good bed, clean room. The breakfast option were very limited. However, the customer service was efficient.

Bad Smell

The room was clean, but from the second night onwards it stunk of smoke and gas. I understand the hotel is in an industrial area but the smell was overwhelming and the first night was suffocating. I would seriously think twice about booking this hotel again. The water pressure was also quite low and the separate toilet was quite odd.

Concerning the cleanliness of your room, it is concerning to hear about the stains on the sheets. Our housekeeping standards are usually very high, and we are disappointed to have fallen short in this instance. too cold in the room

still the heating is not working properly. It is too cold in the room and there is no way to adjust it.

little disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel and unable to add drinks at the bar to my room. According to the bar staff it was locked at reception
