Nice room, very comfortable bed, big TV and beautiful bathroom, much appreciated. Breakfast was good too. What I didn't like is that the room was very cold and I couldn't open the window.

It is by far the best Accor hotel that I stayed. The staff was really helpful and even gave us tips about the city. The room was properly cleaned.

Good morning. I was satisfied with the hotel service, as expected. Regarding parking (one of the reasons I chose this hotel), I was surprised because it didn't actually have parking. What it did have was an agreement with a nearby parking lot, and I paid €35 ​​for 24 hours. That's regrettable.

The stay was just ok but the staff wasn't. The receptionist at night was a very cold person and talked rudely. I needed to reach out to the manager for an emergency help required, but they didn't help. Even the accor customer care wasn't responsive since the manager was on Easter leave. They didn't want to disturb their manager even for urgent and important decisions! The cleaning lady barged into our room in afternoon even though we told her in the morning that we don't need cleaning.

As expected from a Novotel, the interior decor is fairly standard. Unfortunately, this particular property showed clear signs of wear and neglect. The staircase looked tired and uncared for, and a persistent smell of stale cigarette smoke permeated the first-floor corridor and seeped into the rooms. Music from the bar area was on until well past 1am, making it nearly impossible to ventilate your room to clear the odor without sacrificing your sleep. The room itself also felt less well-equipped than comparable Novotel rooms I’ve stayed in elsewhere. On the plus side, the free parking situation was good. However, the hotel’s location is currently inconvenient due to ongoing roadworks in the area. Most navigation apps haven’t really caught up, which can result in an unnecessary 10-min detour when arriving by car.
