Drama, very bad beds and pillows, lights in the room is a catastophe

Hotel was okay given the price. The only thing was that the heating in the hotel was turned on high with no option to lower it on the room other than opening a window

dirty floor rooms too warm

Why is the shower room’s door semi transparent? When the window is opened , all little insects come inside.
