Why is the shower room’s door semi transparent? When the window is opened , all little insects come inside.

Its like prison

We understand that the design of our rooms, which follows the Ibis Budget brand standard, might not be to everyone's taste, but we assure you that our guests' comfort is paramount and we regularly conduct tests to enhance the quality of our beds. Regarding the waiting time at check-in, we strive to be efficient and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Our team works diligently to ensure that guests can access their rooms swiftly, using the access codes provided upon receipt of the invoice. Moreover, we acknowledge your concerns about the food and beverage quality. Please know that we offer a cold breakfast buffet with quality products, and we have a pizza oven and microwaves available at the food corner for guests' convenience. As for the queuing time, we appreciate your patience as our team works hard to replenish the breakfast buffet and ensure all guests have an enjoyable meal experience. Furthermore, we take cleanliness seriously, and while our hotel was recently updated, we will reflect on your feedback to continue maintaining high standards of cleanliness. We also note your comments on the ease of access. Our hotel is situated in the port area, with the city center accessible by a short tram or bus ride. The ibis budget is a great hotel at the edge of the town, so easy to get out and away to explore the surroundings. Great breakfast and coffee.

Rooms were too hot with non functioning Aircon. Don't open the windows in the summer evening or you will let the mosquitos in. However room was more than adequate for the overnight stay.
