The cleaning ladies smelled extremely bad, the hallway and room smelled of urine and smoke, we had a view of the parking lot and the air conditioning didn't work. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! It’s super disgusting

dirty floor rooms too warm

Why is the shower room’s door semi transparent? When the window is opened , all little insects come inside.

Our team works diligently to ensure that guests can access their rooms swiftly, using the access codes provided upon receipt of the invoice. Moreover, we acknowledge your concerns about the food and beverage quality. Please know that we offer a cold breakfast buffet with quality products, and we have a pizza oven and microwaves available at the food corner for guests' convenience. As for the queuing time, we appreciate your patience as our team works hard to replenish the breakfast buffet and ensure all guests have an enjoyable meal experience. Furthermore, we take cleanliness seriously, and while our hotel was recently updated, we will reflect on your feedback to continue maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
