I prepaid my stay on this occasion, for a triple room with a double bed, the double bed being the main requirement. I arrived late after a long drive expecting to have a large comfortable bed to sleep in. unfortunately the hotel had given me a room with 2 single beds.

The breakfast was disappointing, no eggs (all gone at 7am?) And I had t ask for fruit. The orange I picked was overripe Also in room 303 damp damage by the cubicle that is clearly months old has not been dealt with. But its still value for money

We arrived with 3 people but couldn't get a spare blanket for the twin bed. Also the light in the toilet was broken (told reception but they didn't fix it) so you needed to use your phone in the middle of the night to use the toilet. Very bad and didn't feel like our complaint (which we told the reception about straight away) was taken seriously.

Warm welcome but the night was difficult the mattress was hard and the pillows were practically not stuffed

Real skummy hotel

Horrible, took over 25 mins to check in, room was dirty towels were like paper. Bed sheets had hair in them. There was drunk people all sat in reception drinking cans of beer. Breakfast was good though! Wouldn’t stay again, rather sleep in the car. Not a safe place to take kids

Room was hot but slept well - I was tired.

Basic hotel needs are covered, and as "a place to sleep", IBIS does what it promises. The service from the employes, the drink and food offers, the breakfast, the standard of the rooms and the overall impresion was both in Antwerpen and in Lille, that "you have a place to sleep". So as long as you expectations are low, the stay at IBIS is safe and comfortable. I will definently consider to stays at an IBIS hotel again for a single night, traveling throug Europe again.

Just needed a place to rest and spend a night on a road trip through Belgium, and this hotel was perfect. The room was quiet, bed was comfortable, and I slept well. I arrived in the evening, and guy at the front desk helped me order take out dinner from a local restaurant.
