The hotel is clean and well maintained, staff was all very helpful and pleasant, and the restaurant/bar was accommodating while remaining inviting, even if a bit familiar at times. I was really hoping to exercise at your hotel during a stressful week. This was a disappointment.

Average stay. Body lotion in room 633 toilet has run out during the first day but was never refilled. There were no toilet amenities including comb, tooth brush, etc in the room toilet.

We truly appreciate not only the rating, but also your extensive comments on the individual aspects of your experience. This level of detail helps us better understand expectations, especially from international business travelers. First of all, please accept my apologies regarding the body lotion in your room. This should of course have been noticed and refilled during your stay. Unfortunately, in daily operations such details can occasionally be overlooked. We are always grateful when guests inform us directly, as this allows us to react immediately and resolve the situation. Regarding bathroom amenities such as toothbrushes or combs, these are intentionally not placed in the room by default as part of our environmental program. They are, however, available free of charge at any time at the reception, can be ordered by phone, or via our hotel app. This approach helps us avoid unnecessary waste while still ensuring that guests receive everything they need when required. I am very sorry to read about your experience with the Accor reservation hotline. That this process was frustrating is completely understandable, especially when price differences are involved. I am glad you eventually contacted us directly and that we were able to assist you. Please feel free to reach out to us directly by email or phone at any time in the future should similar situations arise. Concerning your ALL Silver membership, the main benefit at this level is the complimentary welcome drink, which is available as a voucher in your ALL App. In addition, Silver members generally receive preferred consideration during room allocation. This should ideally be explained during check-in, and I regret that this information was not communicated clearly. You also raised a critical point regarding our sustainability initiatives. I understand your concerns and appreciate your openness. In many areas, environmental protection and cost efficiency do indeed correlate. Reducing waste, energy and resource consumption often goes hand in hand with avoiding unnecessary expenses. However, the intention behind these measures is not to reduce service quality, but to focus resources where they add real value for our guests. In some cases, such as optional room cleaning, guests even benefit directly through reward points. Other measures help keep prices more stable in a very competitive market, rather than passing higher costs on to our guests. Thank you once again for your honest and comprehensive feedback. Even though your stay was only average for you, your comments give us valuable insight into where we need to improve communication and execution. The rooms were too small. Usage: Especially for business. Food: Good. Bar: Good. Cleanliness: Good. Housekeeping: no normal amenities are available.
