It's fine. I had a 'superior' room on this occasion which seemed to be identical to the 'standard' room I stayed in on my previous visit. I stay there as it is well located for my office. The air conditioning does not work, the rooms are too warm. The mini-fridges do not keep things cold. I found out on this occasion that I was entitled to 3 snacks per night from your shop AFTER I left, it would have been helpful if someone explained this when I checked in. Your hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, curtains are dark, the safe works, there are enough plugs, the breakfast was pleasant, the staff are nice. This all makes for an acceptable but not brilliant stay.

Modern hotel with comfortable & clean rooms, good breakfast & helpful staff - but parking is a challenge. There are not enough parking spaces in the garage nor in front of the hotel, the spaces in the garage are narrow. If a car does not park precisely, the space next to it becomes too narrow for another car. And finding a parking place in the neighborhood is difficult.

As we are located in a dense urban area close to the trade fair grounds, parking can indeed be limited at times. Our underground garage offers a considerable number of spaces for a city hotel, but during busy periods it can fill up quickly. I expected at least a few basic amenities to be available in the room. The hotel provided Rituals-branded bottles with local soap, shampoo, and conditioner, which I was not particularly satisfied with. There was no toothpaste provided, although most 3-star hotels usually offer this. I also had some difficulty using my socket converter, as the power outlet was not conveniently placed. The table obstructed the plug, making it hard to fit properly. Additionally, no complimentary water bottles were provided, whereas in my experience, other hotels typically offer two complimentary bottles daily. On the positive side, I appreciated receiving a welcome voucher for a drink. The staff were humble, calm, composed, and always greeted guests with a smile. However, the food selection could be improved, as there were limited options, especially for vegetarians.

One point I’d like to clarify, as there may have been a misunderstanding: the toiletries we provide are official Rituals products (The Ritual of Karma hotel collection) as part of a Novotel-wide partnership across Europe. Regarding additional items such as toothpaste: these are available free of charge at reception, and they can also be ordered to your room anytime via our digital room directory. We should have communicated that more proactively. About water: tap water in Germany is safe to drink and of excellent quality, comparable to bottled water. If you prefer mineral water, it is available in our lobby shop. Thank you also for mentioning the power outlet situation. If the placement makes it difficult to use a socket converter or larger power supplies, our team can help immediately. We can provide a power strip/multi-socket adapter if you need more accessible connections or additional outlets. And finally, your note about the food selection, especially for vegetarians, is very important. We want our offering to feel inclusive and satisfying, and we will review the variety with a clear focus on improving vegetarian choices. Thank you again for sharing these points.
