Dear Zulfiqar, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for having stayed with us regularly over the past years. This makes it even more disappointing to read that your recent experiences have left you feeling so frustrated. I am very sorry that the room temperature did not meet your expectations. During your stay, Frankfurt experienced exceptionally high outdoor temperatures, which unfortunately pushed our air conditioning system to its operational limits. While the system was functioning, it was not able to achieve the much lower room temperatures that many guests would naturally prefer under such extreme weather conditions. I completely understand how uncomfortable this can feel, especially after a long day. I am equally sorry that our breakfast offering disappointed you. We have made various changes and additions to our buffet over the years, so it is unfortunate that these improvements did not match your expectations. Detailed feedback is always very valuable to us, as it helps us better understand which aspects guests feel are missing and where we should focus our efforts.
