Dear Mr. A., thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us and for your honest feedback. First of all, I would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced due to the elevator malfunction. You are absolutely right to point this out, and I fully understand how frustrating it must have been to face long waiting times or even use the stairs with luggage. This is certainly not the level of comfort we aim to provide. During your stay, we unfortunately encountered a technical issue affecting two of our elevators. Due to the timing over the weekend and the unavailability of a required spare part, an immediate repair was not possible. However, I am pleased to inform you that both elevators were successfully repaired by Monday morning. Please rest assured that situations like this are taken very seriously. We are in close contact with our maintenance partners to minimize such disruptions and to ensure faster response times wherever possible. We truly appreciate your understanding and your otherwise positive impression of your stay.
