Second time staying here, excellent location in central bruges on edge of town centre. Only negative is poor water pressure in the showers.

The hotel lobby was bright and clean and the staff were welcoming. The actual room was a little untidy - the previous occupant's shower gel had been left in the shower and the coffee cup was dirty. The sofa bed was also not made up, but bedding was available in the wardrobe for us to do it ourselves.

Location and room were superb. We got two supreme deluxe which comes with 2 levels room and 2 bathrooms which is amazing. However, we rented the umbrella and returned the next day and we got charged 17 euros for it. There is no support team that we can reach out to and this is frustrating having to pay for wrongful charges.

Lovely stay. Hotel close to everything. Comfortable. Enjoyed-Our welcome gift and room. Service at the bar was slow and very disorganised. 3 gentlemen working the bar and didn’t seem able to cope with the guests even though it wasn’t busy!
