The staff at breakfast were so lovely and kind, went over and above to ensure we had a great start to the day. Room was okay. Hard floor (very odd) which was loud and you could clearly hear the people in the above room. Please note the car park code changes daily - we weren't told that and had to run back in the rain when we couldn't get out. On the whole it was fine. Only fine. Great location, 5-10 mins to the shops and markets.

All of the staff in the hotel were very friendly helpful and polite. We stayed two nights and enjoyed a lovely breakfast each morning. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The bedroom acoustics need attention as the foot noise from the room above was very loud. The view from our room was a over the bin store.
