Lovely night away. Perfect location with a quick walk to the city centre. Hotel reception and bar was lovely and staff were friendly. The rooms were great too. Clean, comfortable, spacious. They provided Birthday balloons for my partner which was great. There is also parking on site with a daily fee. Would recommend to anyone staying in York.

Great breakfast and downstairs foyer is modern and welcoming, with helpful staff. Location is very close to Clifford’s Tower an about 20 minute walk to the Minster. Parking on site or at Q Park very close by. But upstairs corridors felt very tired and although modern, the rooms were small and basic and our bathroom was not well maintained.
