No air-conditioner on hot night ... uncomfortable sleep only able to crack open window a couple of inches

We couldn’t get served at the bar as there was only one person serving so had to leave the hotel to get an evening drink. We were also given a disabled room for some reason which wasn’t requested. Overall, on this specific occasion, this was a disappointing stay.

What was supposedly a superior room there was nothing superior about it except may be the fridge. Poorly designed - with toilet closet separate to shower/wash basin (and no bath) and only 2.5 ft wide. Also no electric sockets by bedside and mirrors poorly positioned. Breakfast was just about passable - 2 self service coffee machines out of order on one morning. Breakfast items spaced out all over restaurant so with self service walking was the name of the game.
