am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at the Novotel York on 28th March. Overall, I found the hotel to be of a high standard. The facilities were modern, the environment was clean, and the general presentation of the property was very pleasing. The staff I encountered were courteous, and the atmosphere reflected the quality one would expect from the Novotel brand. However, I was disappointed with certain aspects of my stay, particularly in relation to pre-arranged requests. I had organised an early check-in more than three weeks in advance, yet upon arrival I was required to wait in excess of one hour for my room to be made available. This delay was inconvenient and resulted in unnecessary pressure, as it left us rushed in order to make a pre-booked meal reservation in the city. Additionally, I had been assured that a second bathrobe would be provided in the room. Unfortunately, this item did not arrive at any point during our stay, which was also disappointing. While the overall quality of the hotel is commendable, these service shortcomings detracted from what would otherwise have been a very positive experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and that improvements can be made to ensure greater consistency in delivering on guest requests. Kind regards Jonathan S.

The only negative is the guest parking is a little to expensive and found £18.50 a little harsh. Otherwise staff and location and good cleanliness attributed to a good stay.
