Overall experience was good, however, the check in was the most disappointing we have had with this hotel. We booked online, the check in time was supposed to be 3pm, as confirmed by reception. We had to wait until 4.15pm for the room to be ready. We were offered a complimentary drink, which although was a nice gesture, we would have preferred to have checked in on time, as we were only staying one night, and it wasted our time.

No netflix app on our tv room Got dogs barking from next room early in the morning
