We truly appreciate the loyalty of our guests and normally aim to acknowledge it during their stay. We do have various room categories, including Executive Rooms, which may differ in amenities and layout and I apologise for any confusion regarding this distinction. Additionally, I regret to learn that the mattress and pillows did not meet your comfort expectations, and that the room temperature was not to your satisfaction.
