Here for business, during pandemic but Louise at reception was lovely and sorted out my dinner and breakfast which got brought up to my room and the food was all delicious. The only issue was that there was some hair on the bath/under shower door which was slightly off putting but the rest of the room was great and staff were very friendly

Due to Covid-19 I was forced to stay in the Novotel Leeds from 09/11/2020-20/02/2021 .I cannot recommend this hotel enough.Having stayed in hotels in quite a lot of countries around the world it was refreshing to experience this hotel under such difficult circumstances.Starting with 1)Paul,Night Manager an absolute gentleman,incredibly polite and willing to go to any lengths to make your stay seamless & a true asset to the Accor group.2)Karina a consumate professional,polite with the abilities of a psychologist to diffuse difficult situations.3)Emanuela who has the patience of Jobe and amazing generosity of both time and patience.4)Thalia,absolutely nothing was an inconvenience or too much trouble for her during my time here.5)Baz(Food & Beverage Manager),a particularly polite & detail orientated individual when it came to your food needs,a true beneficial asset to have in any hotel. 6) Louise as an assistant Manager she demonstrated a continuously generous & understanding attitude towards my plight due to the the COVID-19 Isolation on an ongoing basis. Finally Ludovic I have to save the best commendation for last.Zizzi whom I spoke to most days she was working was incredibly helpful,friendly and diligent in her duties,But I have to commend her finally on the last night spent in the hotel she went to extraordinary lengths to make sure I would have a hard copy of all documents I needed to get back to Ireland.She is an absolute diamond when it comes to Customer Service. Due to Covid my original booking at the ibis Stylus has been transferred to the Novotel. There were many last minute changes prior the check in date but the reception team have been very patient and understanding every time. All guest were very satisfied with their stay and the breakfast was amazing!

Can't fault the service, however booking an executive suite it should have been toastie. However it was very cold even with the small oil heater that was supplied. We tried to make the most of the journey, that was due to medical reasons. Both Myself, IT Technician, and my Wife, Mental Health Nurse, were looking forward to the time away, but the lack of warmth did but a dampener on the stay

I've stayed at the Novotel in Leeds before, during brighter times, but this was my first hotel stay since the pandemic began. I spend much of my working life in hotels. From the moment I arrived, safety procedures were impeccable; hand gel was ubiquitous, screens were in the right places, and social distancing was observed. But... underneath the masks the smiles remained - the staff were friendly, kind, accommodating, and flexible. As I was working night shifts, my breakfast time was unpredictable; nonetheless, the staff made sure I was well fed and did so without a grumble. Dinner was excellent, safely delivered to my room, and I genuinely felt that the staff were taking pride in doing their jobs 'as normal' despite nothing being normal. Overall, a flawless experience - great work from the entire team, with special thanks to Manuela who was cheerful and welcoming.

We had to stay in Leeds during the Covid lockdown in Jan 2021. The hotel was nearly empty and for obvious reasons the restaurants and bar areas were closed. We found the reception staff to be very welcoming and extremely helpful. Breakfast and dinner were both available as room service, the menu choice was good given the circumstances, the quality was excellent and delivery prompt.

I hadn't been to this hotel for nearly 18 months and yet the lady on reception recognised me and greeted me warmly. The rooms are comfortable, the location good for the station and city centre, and the room service that's required at the moment delivered tasty food in a timely manner. Thanks.

I came to this hotel because due to Covid-19 lockdown I couldn't travel back to Ireland.I have travelled quite a lot,America,Canada,Asia,Australia,Europe quite a lot.I cannot speak highly enough of the staff in this hotel.Specifically the front desk.Louise who I believe is an assistant Manager has a marvellous way of dealing with people.A long time ago I was a Customer Service Trainer for a large American company & this lady is a wonderfully totemic ambassador for the hotel and Accor brand in general,she is helpful,genuine and empathetic,professional & extremely amenable to guests situation and needs.Also the I have to make mention(as we say in Ireland) of the afternoon team,Sissi who has helped me through countless issues is also,I believe an indispensable asset in the hotel.There is also an Italian young lady,whos name unfortunately escapes me who has also made my Covid-19 enforced confinement infinitely more bearable.But I also have to mention a lady named Karina (who I believe is Russian)who has helped me incalculably time after time during the night.I have to say that you have assembled an invaluable team here,particularly at front desk who should be commended and vaunted for their work under extremely difficult circumstances.

I don’t remember the name of the lady, but she was on shift Saturday 5th December evening and then Sunday afternoon also. She was amazing, very polite from the moment I rang and couldn’t find the car park and very attentive to everything we needed or queried. She is an absolute star and an amazing worker and made the stay very pleasant. Good sized room and very clean.

Stayed for one night in late October.Our room was spacious and modern with a great bathroom-very good value for money. Everything was spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful.Only a few minutes walk from the station and close to the shops. Had a lovely stay and will definitely return.
