We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the great location of our hotel and enjoyed the comfort of your room We appreciate your feedback regarding the absence of bin liners in your room. To explain, this is one of our Accor initiatives toward sustainability and the environment . Additionally, we apologise for the inconvenience caused by the differing charging options at the bedside. Your comfort is important to us, and we will take on board your comments for future improvements. I am glad that you enjoyed the drinks at the Soap Factory bar.
