Hotel was clean and the location was great. Night time is a bit noisy. Car park is super tight even when you are paying £15 a night you are not guaranteed a space. We were told its better for us to get a taxi rather than leaving the car park and risking losing our space (extra expense)

We arrived early, so paid for breakfast and staff let us know when our room was ready. Lovely clean room, I had requested to be near my daughter and her partner who were also staying at the novotel leeds and we were literally 2 doors away from her. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Perfect location to get the buses to Leeds Festival. We stay here every year. Unfortunately we did not book with breakfast included. I found the £15 charge a bit excessive especially as I do not eat very much. But we paid it as we needed feeding for the day ahead. We always have a lovely comfortable stay at Novotel Leeds :)

Treated well as an Accor Gold member, room was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. Only issue is there aren't enough car parking spaces
