Staff fantastic , was running a marathon and asked if it possible that I could use the facilities after check out to shower before flying home, they went one better and let us keep the room ! Instead of a communal shower I got to have a deserved beer in the bath in our room. Room clean and well equipped, fridge was real bonus too

Good location, nice room. The worst night sleep. Mattress was hard as a concrete same for pillows. Air-con didn’t work. Breakfast lovely apart scramble eggs. No idea what that was but definitely not a crumble eggs.

This is a modern mid range hotel with a sleek entrance and reception. Check in easy and quick. All the staff met friendly and helpful. Our room on the 4th floor was very spacious and quiet. Unfortunately it was the bathroom that lets it down. The design of the bathroom is terrible, separate from the loo which is in a 1970s style box with no sink. The bath is so tricky to get in and out of to use the shower and the mould and grim around the shower panel is the worse I’ve seen in a very long time- yuk. The towels were pretty threadbare too. The room is pretty well equipped but why leave just one biscuit for a double room - bizarre. Sleep wasn’t great due to limited ability to regulate air on. Breakfast was mediocre at best. For me this hotel is all a bit of a show on the surface but where it matters it’s just not up to it.
