Here for business, during pandemic but Louise at reception was lovely and sorted out my dinner and breakfast which got brought up to my room and the food was all delicious. The only issue was that there was some hair on the bath/under shower door which was slightly off putting but the rest of the room was great and staff were very friendly

Due to Covid-19 I was forced to stay in the Novotel Leeds from 09/11/2020-20/02/2021 .I cannot recommend this hotel enough.Having stayed in hotels in quite a lot of countries around the world it was refreshing to experience this hotel under such difficult circumstances.Starting with 1)Paul,Night Manager an absolute gentleman,incredibly polite and willing to go to any lengths to make your stay seamless & a true asset to the Accor group.2)Karina a consumate professional,polite with the abilities of a psychologist to diffuse difficult situations.3)Emanuela who has the patience of Jobe and amazing generosity of both time and patience.4)Thalia,absolutely nothing was an inconvenience or too much trouble for her during my time here.5)Baz(Food & Beverage Manager),a particularly polite & detail orientated individual when it came to your food needs,a true beneficial asset to have in any hotel. 6) Louise as an assistant Manager she demonstrated a continuously generous & understanding attitude towards my plight due to the the COVID-19 Isolation on an ongoing basis. Finally Ludovic I have to save the best commendation for last.Zizzi whom I spoke to most days she was working was incredibly helpful,friendly and diligent in her duties,But I have to commend her finally on the last night spent in the hotel she went to extraordinary lengths to make sure I would have a hard copy of all documents I needed to get back to Ireland.She is an absolute diamond when it comes to Customer Service. In short it appears you have assembled a fantastic team of professionals to work with you in your Novotel & should be very proud of these individuals. Yours Sincerely Andy Cahill1

Due to Covid my original booking at the ibis Stylus has been transferred to the Novotel. There were many last minute changes prior the check in date but the reception team have been very patient and understanding every time. All guest were very satisfied with their stay and the breakfast was amazing!

Your staff are fantastic but I returned home with 4 large painful bites after a week with you. Room 434. Might be worth looking at that.
