Stayed here for two nights with friends as we were there for the bottomless brunch which was absolutely fabulous our drinks were constantly topped up and the food was lovely. The rooms were spacious and clean and the location is perfect for city centre and train station. The breakfast was super and the bar area was cosy. I can’t than the staff enough for looking after us especially Lucinda who was a fabulous work horse and nothing was too much trouble she went that extra mile to make sure everyone had the best experience and took time to acknowledge the guests and children. Thank you very much, I will definitely be back to stay again.

Pretty good. I found the bed comfy and the room was spacious. it could have been a bit cleaner and I was woken up at 6am by the person in the room above me clomping around like an elephant. Breakfast wasnt too bad, although I made the mistake of going a little too close to 9am so it was a bit of a free for all.

Enjoyed the smooth check-in, comfy bed and decent size room. Loved the non-steal-ables! The Ritual products were amazing. Centrally located, just perfect for my needs.

Lovely welcome on arrival. Great room, plenty of space and good amenities with a very comfy bed. The reasons you have not scored higher - the room was unbearably hot at night and even opening the window didn't help so I did not sleep well. Also, breakfast on the second day was ruined by poor service. The bacon looked like it had been broiled not grilled and I can't stand fatty bacon. I asked if it would be possible to have some crispy bacon and was told no problem. So I waited and I waited and I waited. I had to ask staff 3 times whether or not this was happening (despite the fact that they seems to have plenty of time to have a chat). In the end I gave up and chose something else when some slightly better cooked bacon appeared. I could have cooked it quicker myself at home and it really ruined my opinion of the breakfast and the staff.
