Good location, clean room, quiet, nice view, only problem was the quality of the tea bags, the bags were all split inside so the tea spilled out

A budget-conscious choice in Leeds, close to the university and a short walk to the city centre. Rooms are basic but comfortable, however the amenities are starting to feel a little tired. Messages to the 24/7 whatsapp service are not always replied to in a timely fashion. Location opposite student halls does mean quite some noise in the early hours which unfortunately the reception were unable to find an alternative room for me to relocate to.

Bed was comfy, the bathroom was very clean and the shower flow was strong and hot. Not much else to say - it was one of the cheapest hotels we could find and we didn’t spend much time in the room, just somewhere to sleep.

Great hotel. Clean with good standard of food and a really good breakfast (take note Novotel Leeds!) with well thought out presentation. Lovely helpful people on the bar and reception and everything worked well. The only I would change is put a plug socket nearer the mirror so you don’t have to stretch the hairdryer cord from the bedside!
