Stayed here for the weekend to visit the Christmas Markets. A great location with parking oposite the Hotel. Rooms are in good condition and staff were excellent. For a budget hotel it was really good.

We nearly always stay here when we come to Leeds... I have never written a review so about time! Firstly the rooms are immaculately clean... have never had a problem with that....toiletries available no need to bring with... shower nice. The beds are so comfy and the pillows amazing.. we stayed 2 nights first night slept like a log... last night? Hmmmm Not the fault of the hotel but oh my word people can be so selfish.... noisy partying till 5am! Why do folk think it's OK in hotels? We had to get up at 5.... reason I say this .. I am not a miserable person but the walls are quite thin and the doors noisy just be aware. The staff are really good and helpful. Large bath towels supplied and shower mat but no small towels... had to ask but wasn't a problem. Drinks ok price for a hotel large wine and pint of Stella £12 . Have not eaten here but couple of good takeaways at top of the hill on burley Road. Warning.... car parking... not hotels fault... Read the small print very carefully.... we didn't and had a lovely yellow bag on the windscreen. They were still checking at 21.30 All in all its a good location 15 min walk to city Square. We will be back.

Heater didn’t work and was very cold. Staid before and was fine and this time was very very cold and even on full heat the heater was blowing very cold air. For value was ok but don’t expect to wake up like an ice pop with condensation on the windows even in today’s climate.
