Jsut one addition would be to add a gluten free option to the breakfast

We very much appreciate that you have taken the time to complete the survey and for providing us with a positive score. We see your comment regarding the lack of additional gluten free breakfast options. We apologize that we have only been able to provide a limited choice of items until recently, where we are starting again to provide our breakfast buffet, with all the options including vegetarian and gluten free choices. I have also addressed you comment with our breakfast chef, who would be looking into being able to possibly increase the availability of additional gluten free options on offer so we can fulfill your desire during a future stay. We stayed here last night for to meet up with friends to celebrate. At first glace the room looked ok the bathroom is like they got a bathroom from a train and just installed it in the corner must be one of the worst hotel bathrooms I have ever seen. I have stayed in the budget brand of Ibis before and the bathroom were better. The bed was rock hard and the mattress was only a mattress topper we stayed in room 711. The pillows were also rock hard we both found it very hard to get to sleep id say we got about 4 hours of sleep each it took me from 11pm to 3am to get to sleep and I normally can sleep almost anywhere. We went for the assisted breakfast in the morning which we got at 9am. This was stone cold and the butter they had was some kind of spread had littley no taste to it at all. We would have been better off getting breakfast at greegs or weathspons,

Very welcoming reception staff. I will say it become very frustrating having to get the swipe key reset every time we came back to the hotel. Also the room could of done with tidying on the second night as we stayed 3 and had to ask reception staff for more toilet roll and clean towels.

Excellent service and stay only downside didn't like the idea of refilled shower gels bit that's just a personal preference as always bring my own anyway

The hotel was not very busy and I expected it to be less noisier than usual.

Before the stay, we had problems booking a room at the hotel. Once arrived the staff was really not welcoming and friendly. Dirty walls in the room, with stained bed sheets and pillows hard as rocks. I would also add that the walls are really not soundproof between the rooms. I was happier to leave the hotel than to arrive... We almost considered not sleeping there and go find another hotel!

Check in was striaght forward but room was very cold on entry and towel was dirty and on bathroom floor on entry. No shower gel in toilet either. Mentioned to reception for no resolution to be found. Will not stay here again!

Never slept the two nights i was there due to other guests making a noise nothing was done about it at the time. Changed room after first night but things were the same. Something should have been done at the time.

No room cleaning at all....covid the excuse. No linen change, no towell change, have to ask for toilet paper. Rubbish not taken way. I felt i was in a hostel at best...at worst, an open prison. It was not fun. I hope things get better...I used to rate this place highly. It is still value for money.

Stayed for 2 nights couldn't sleep for interruption from other guests although we were moved after the first night to another room. My daughter was with me and she was petrified, hence to say i was very concerned about things to. Reported thiings but not enough staff on to cope with the situation. One staff on for all the night just not on.
