Fab place for a night away as a stop to attend the First direct arena. Room was compact but amazingly large shower cubicle. Disappointed on arrival as we were only meant to have one breakfast deputethe room being booked for two. The receptionist did query with his manager and it was sorted. Incredible breakfast choices- we were there at 7. Well attended to by the amazing ladies who couldn’t do enough for us. Great seating area

The staff were very nice and helpful. Room and corridor decor was dated compared to other Ibis hotels I have stayed in. Biggest issue was repeated noise from plumbing. I was in room 112, and it sounded like every time a toilet was flushed in other rooms there was a long banging noise in the pipes in the wall of my bathroom. This woke me up several times through the night.

We stayed for one night, for a comfy bed and a clean bathroom. And that was exactly what we got! Bathroom was a great size and spotless, plenty of extra pillows and really nice and quiet. The only thing was it was rather warm in the room, and even with the window open there was very little air. The aircon also didn’t seemed to be doing anything. As we were only staying the one night, we didn’t want to bother anyone asking about it (as we got in late). But just something worth mentioning as my partner didn’t get much sleep. Overall though, the staff we absolutely lovely, the hotel was perfect so would absolutely stay again!
