A warm welcome, clean and tidy hotel. Car park is limited and expensive. Staff are helpful. Room is well maintained and modern. Breakfast was excellent. Issue with Air conditioning reported, informed engineer in today but not looked at or fixed - disappointing! Otherwise a really nice stay and would use again.

Nice hotel, good staff. The room itself was comfortable in size, super clean with a comfy bed and good shower. The problem was the location of the room. Hardly any natural light due to there being a solid brick wall about 3 foot in front of the window. Rubbish in front of the window including an empty beer can and the black seals of the window were hanging off in two separate places! Not what I expected. Would rather of hoped to be allocated a better room as an Accor member.

Hotel location was fine, but parking arrangements woeful. Website should clearly say that 85% of guests will not get parking on site, and provide details of where to find parking. Breakfasts were good, and staff worked hard. Our room was far from clean...for example lots of hair from the previous guest was in the washroom.
