The hotel was well located and very clean and staff was kind they kindly let us have a early check in the only disappointment was the room was not very well lit and we had a brick wall for view from the window so no natural day light either and breakfast was not a disappointment taste and quality of food

Pleasant and efficient staff, clean room, comfortable bed, effective environmental control, spacious and efficient shower, very good breakfast. Only minor criticism is lack of a bright lighting option in the room to easily see what you are doing and a couple of coat hooks by the door would be handy. Good value and would certainly stay again.

It was clear the hotel has recently undergone a refurbishment; both the rooms and the bar are nicely decorated and feel fresh. The staff were consistently friendly. However, our room was quite small with a steeply slanted ceiling that gave it more of an attic feel than a standard guest room. Additionally, it was a bit of a trek to get there, involving several sets of stairs and doors, which is worth noting if you have heavy luggage.
