Had an accessible room but didn’t need one. I didn’t mind that at all, but feel like I was given it as I mentioned needing a flashing fire alarm due to deafness. I was unsure why I had the accessible room when the flashing alarm is portable. It felt generally not the cleanest and that any cleaning itself was rushed. There was hair in the bathroom, dust on the surfaces, and the mugs were unclean. These were not cleaned or replaced after my first night. The fire detector flashed at random intervals which made it difficult to sleep.

Was expecting a decent room, especially having paid EUR99 for an All+ card in December. Room given was really poky and felt cramped.
