When we reached the room at midnight, the air cooling was not working. Had to get the staff to check who confirmed it isn't working and recorded a video. But then a second guy wanted to confirm it which was absolutely unwanted. In this process, I had to move from fifth floor to ground floor multiple times to get this sorted out - some of these trips (when we were tired and when it's midnight) could hav been managed better. Luckily they agreed to provide a different room and we with a kid at midnight had to gather all stuff and move to a newer room. It was a painful forgettable experience. Place looks like it's not taken care of and needs to be more customer focused & friendly.
