Not in the best location perhaps in Leeds, but it's only a 10min walk to the social areas. Room was fine and everything worked. Reception was friendly enough, and check in and out was smooth. Shared areas in hotel look a bit tired, but for the price it's great value.

Solo traveller, booked for gig at arena. 15 mins walk from train, on busy crossroads but rooms quiet. Standard Ibis, clean, compact, decent nights sleep, never ate or drunk, nice big building, staff seemed ok Priced about right, and yes I know there is an Ibis at the arena

Place is a dump it's more like a immigration centre than a hotel. Rude staff and very very basic rooms Don't stay here unless your desperate Cheap but doesn't have to be a hole. Good location but that's it Worst place i have ever stayed. It's a pit

Excellent Budget Hotel located within easy walking distance of central bus and rail stations in Leeds. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room clean and well supplied, and hotel is lovely and quiet at night. Continental breakfast very good.

Ok the good points room clean,beds comfy & it's cheap . Not so good points . Hotel bumf says tea/coffee facilities available in reception. I don't think so. We fancied a drink after our visit to the Arena ,but we were told sorry we have no cups . Not even a vending machine for hot drinks . You name you can buy it unless you want a hot drink later at night. Freeview TV in the room it says. Unless you want sky news ,that's all that's installed on the TV. Yes it's cheap ,yes it's handy for the bus station . If there is a next time I will bring a travel kettle & cups !! Budget really means budget
