Our stay was satisfactory, we stayed 2 nights and the location was good for us. The hotel decor reminds me a bit of Eastern bloc apartments and the colour scheme was not easy on the eye! The room and the double bed was small but fairly clean and the shower was pretty good. Note that it is in the room so not suitable if your room buddy is not used to seeing you unclothed!! At £72 a night, I thought it a bit pricey considering it was a 20 minute walk outside the city centre and was very basic but it was ok for us. I probably would stay again when visiting Leeds.
