The 24h Reception staff were excellent. Very helpful and unfailingly courteous, even when very busy. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The showers were very good. The hotel was within 20 minutes' walk of all our Leeds city destinations. I should have appreciated tea and coffee facilities in the room, but Reception staff were always ready to provide a cuppa, and the price was modest. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but it looked to be good value. The hotel is near very busy road junctions, but the pedestrian crossings make getting in and out of the hotel easy and the proximity of the traffic wasn't an issue once we were inside the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and felt we had very good value

Room was okish had a glass door for shower so when you open it would bang on the wall thought it might smash, not very good shower either. No kettle or tea/coffee got told can buy tea/coffee ect but then next day got told if I had my own tea/coffee I could get hot water for free no good when checking out. Bed was comfortable

Clean room, comfy bed and great for a short stay. All staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful - including reception staff and cleaning team. Only things of note were the chargers not being by beds and basin outside of toilet. But overall fab stay!

I found the bed too hard. It caused back pain and had to get medication for it. I did speak to the front desk and they gave another mattress to help but didn't make much difference. Would have changed hotel but the venue of the course i was attending was literally next door.

We stayed here for Leeds Festival. Nice clean room, decent size, and good location for the town centre. I hadn’t realised the room didn’t have a kettle so had to go out every morning for coffee. Our key cards didn’t work two nights out of three when returning late at night which was a bit annoying. There isn’t meant to be housekeeping for short stays and only after 3 nights, but on day 2 we returned and someone had been in our room so got fresh towels but we were only taking our phones with us so felt a bit uncomfortable we hadn’t put our personal things away as we didn’t think anyone would be in the room. Shower and toilet layout is a bit odd especially for a 3 person room - the shower cubicle with just a frosted glass door is in the middle of the room so you need to be very very comfortable with your friends!! Would be handy to have a rail to be able to hang clothes/towel in the cubicle but we managed to hang stuff over the door in the way you would a public gym or something. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again for a similar situation but a kettle in the room would be better.

It states you have a parking garage on your booking.com info - you do not, this needs changing. On the 29th, other customers on the 6th floor were screaming shouting and running at 4am. Staff came and told them to be quiet. It should be a zero tolerance policy and be asked to leave the next morning as they, predictably, did the same the next evening. I did not feel safe to come out of my room when this screaming and running was taking place. No plug socket by the bed and a bedside table/ shelf would be nice. Other than that a functional room.

No tea n coffee making stuff. Dog was £10 extra never mentioned anywhere car park miles away n hard to get too as road shut n £15 for overbite stay nice big towels bed hard but had a sleeper n slept well

2 of us booked a twin room some months ago. Upon arrival we found the toilet to be constantly running. Complained to reception. They didn't have a suitable room to swap with (double only). No maintenance team member available until the following day. The problem was sorted, but I think housekeeping should have noticed it when cleaning, reported it and the problem resolved before we checked in. POOR NIGHT SLEEP.
