I was happy to find a room because I booked last minute. The room was clean and tidy and I had nice view over the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. And I want to particularly mention Hedler who was exceptionally professional and kind.

I just wanted somewhere in Leeds city centre for one night after a work event. Lots of places were full as darts on at the arena, but this was available, cheap and fitted the bill. Busy road but decent windows kept noise out. Multi-storey parking close by (Citiparks Leeds docks and NCP Leeds market) which charge £10 - £15 for 24 hours. Approx. 10 minute walk to city centre and bus station, 15 to train station. Check-in 3pm and check-out 12pm so no rush before or after. Room was compact but clean and had everything I needed - comfy bed and decent shower. Free WiFi was a bonus. Basic food and drink available from reception (no kettle in room) and independent restaurant in the same building.
