Amazing staff what a credit to your hotel! I booked paid for a homeless person to stay Xmas eve Xmas night until Boxing Day morning as no one should be sleeping rough Xmas night! You guys absolutely had the Xmas spirit compared to other local hotels your staff welcomed the guest I had paid for! Even allowed me to drop a Christmas meal for her at reception! Xmas night! While I do understand a hotel providing rooms for homeless is not the look a hotel wants I sincerely appreciate the hotel accepting this lady. Had it not of been for your staff she would of spent Christmas in a doorway for this I will continue to use your chain of hotels and will recommend you to friends and family that come up to visit Leeds! Your staff on the desk I can not thank them enough they are a credit to the hotel thank you once again for having staff that have a heart when it’s needed

The hotel is conveniently located in central Leeds, with easy access to major public transport links for getting around the city. It’s a 2-minute walk from Bus and coach Station and also a 10-minute walk to central Shopping are. I stayed for One nights, arriving late evening after a day of travel The rooms are basic clean, and functional for a quick overnight stopover. The staff are efficient and service is minimal but offers fair value for money. Although I didn't use the bar or restaurant, I was let down by the noise that woke me unexpectedly at 8am and continued until check out time, this was a combination of building work and the cleaners and spoiling any chance of any decent rest and relaxation and no opportunity to address any problems on checkout with a staff member
