Check in wasn't great. Person seemed uncertain of check in process. We had preordered drinks to the room that weren't there. Instead of fully checking our booking it felt more like we were being questioned. Hotel itself is quite dated in some areas. It needs a good and a good lick of paint. Will say the bar staff appeared very well trained. they helped with getting us an extension lead as no plugs next to bed. Also saw them handle some drunk guests very well.
