Just had a bar lunch at the Mercure hotel willerby and would just wish to congratulate Nickie who took our Order and served our delicious food. Nickie has served us before and her customer service skills are excellent. She is personable , customer focused and extremely friendly and helpful.A real credit to the hotel and we will definitely visit more often. Thank you Nickie .

Pleasant check in experience and good breakfast served by Linda and Nicola. Room electric sockets failed and reception could not fix. Fire alarm going off on morning of check out was not managed well

Chose this hotel as was working near the hospital. Staff were lovely but the hotel is grubby, I would absolutely not stay there again.

We use this hotel regularly as it is convenient when visiting relatives, and we have always been satisfied with it. We would particularly mention the staff and the breakfast quality. The rooms are comfortable but beginning to show their age a little.
