Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm truly sorry to hear that your stay was disturbed by noise from other guests, especially after requesting a quiet room. While I’m glad the room itself was well-insulated from the party downstairs, it’s disappointing that inconsiderate behavior from others affected your rest. We do our best to minimize disturbances and will be reviewing how we allocate rooms during events to prevent this from happening again. I understand how important a good night’s sleep is, and I’m sorry we fell short on this occasion.
