We enjoyed an overnight stay in York & found this hotel to be a great spot for exploring. Just outside York it’s easy parking & lovely grounds for walking our dog. Room was lovely & found the staff ( Laura) to be very friendly and helpful & have no doubt we will be back again soon..

Rooms dated, trouble getting in touch with reception before arrived, room phone didn't work, no conditioner for hair in room. Didn't each anything apart fm gluten free toast as nothing I could eat for gluten free and lactose free. Bed wasn't a double, 2 singles pushed together. Overall wouldn't return. Wasn't told gym shut at 7, so reception gave us a voucher when we got their pool shut. We were going for facilities.
