We booked slightly outside centre of york due to the cost. We weren’t disappointed. Service from every member of staff we came across was very friendly. We only stayed 1 night but we had a great night sleep. Bed and pillows were comfy. Bar service was good too. We will visit again if we visit york again. Thank you

Hotel clean, easy access, though take care when walking along main road in the dark returning from park and ride. Bed comfortable but very hot, duvet too thin to snuggle into.

As above. Menu could have been more adventurous. Wine expensive. Room comfortable but had to get out of bed to switch off bedside lights.

We stay here quite regularly and are never disappointed. The hotel is very well located (5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to the nearest park and ride) and is very well appointed following the recent renovation. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the place always seems to be very well organised. Breakfast is very good too!
