We are truly sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations or the standards associated with our hotel and the Accor brand. We sincerely apologise for the disappointing arrival experience and for the way your enquiry regarding your Accor Gold membership upgrade was handled. While room upgrades are subject to availability, we recognise that this should have been explained clearly and courteously. Your comments indicate that we fell short in both communication and service, and for that we are sorry. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the missing room amenities, the difficulty reaching reception, and the inconsistent information you received regarding the availability of requested items. This is not the level of responsiveness or service we aim to provide. Your feedback regarding the fan, the request for an extension lead, and the explanations provided by our team has been shared with the relevant department managers so that we can investigate these matters and address any training or operational issues. It is particularly concerning to hear that you felt reluctant service rather than genuine assistance was being offered.
