All good but bar closed early

Comfortable. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Could have done with more tea, coffee and milk in the room as had to keep asking Reception for more (they didn't mind but we were in the old part of the hotel with no lift). Breakfast was generous and tasty but the breakfast staff seemed a little overwhelmed at times and queues quickly built up around the hot food, toast griller and hot drinks machines. One of the juice dispensers had a broken tap.

We’re also sorry for the inconvenience caused by being in the older part of the hotel without lift access. It’s great to hear you enjoyed the breakfast, though we do apologise for the queues and that the team seemed stretched at times. We’ll look into improving the flow during busy periods and ensure equipment, like the juice dispenser, is fully maintained. Lovely reception area. Rooms were adequate ( black out curtains were great). Squeaky floor boards in corridors sounded like someone was entering room Everytime so didn't have a great sleep. Also when you tick no emails it didn't matter at already had 2 In 24hrs !!!
